Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan di Garuda Indonesia Training Center. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kompetensi pada Flight Attendant Garuda Indonesia Training Center. Variabel bebas yang digunakan adalah pelatihan dan variabel terikat adalah kompetensi. Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan sampel yang berjumlah 51 orang flight attendant. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear, dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil uji analisis data didapatkan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi flight attendant Garuda Indonesia Training Center sebesar 67,9% sedangkan sisanya 32,1% dipengaruhi oleh sebab-sebab lain yang tidak diteliti. Berdasarkan kesimpulan, perusahaan diharapkan menerapkan metode pelatihan yang dapat memberikan kesempatan bagi peserta untuk berpendapat dan memberikan saran seperti fishbowl dan interteam conflict management.

Abstract

This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to improve the understanding and skills of SMEs fostered by the Cooperative and Small Business Office of Central Bengkulu Regency in human resource management (HRM) in the digital era, especially in preparing employee work calendars. The activity began with surveys and discussions with SME owners to identify their needs and challenges in HR management. Training covering both theory and practical use of digital work calendars was conducted to improve operational efficiency. The results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding and ability to compile and apply digital work calendars, which are expected to increase productivity and adaptation to technological developments.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between Islamic spirituality in the workplace, affective commitment, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Islamic Philanthropic Organizations (OCBIP). Specifically, the research aims to investigate the mediating role of Islamic-based organizational culture in enhancing OCBIP among employees. Methodology/approach: This research employs a quantitative approach utilizing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze the data collected from 144 employees working in Islamic philanthropic organizations in Indonesia uses a survey method and the data was processed using AMOS software. Results/findings: The findings indicate that there is no direct influence of Islamic spirituality on OCBIP or affective commitment on OCBIP. However, the study reveals that Islamic-based organizational culture significantly influences OCBIP. Furthermore, the mediating role of Islamic-based organizational culture is confirmed, demonstrating a significant effect between Islamic spirituality in the workplace and affective commitment towards OCBIP. Conclusions: The study concludes that Islamic spirituality and affective commitment do not directly influence Islamic-based OCB, but both have indirect effects through Islamic organizational culture. Strengthening organizational culture rooted in Islamic values is essential to enhance employee behavior and performance. Limitations: Focus on an Islamic perspective and philanthropic organizations in Indonesia. Thus, the findings may not be generalizable to other types of organizations or cultural settings. Contribution: Literature on organizational behavior by highlighting the importance of Islamic-based organizational culture in promoting OCBIP. The findings offer practical implications for Islamic philanthropic organizations, suggesting that cultivating an organizational culture aligned with Islamic values can enhance employee engagement and performance.

Abstract

This Community Service Program conducted in Talang Babatan Village, Kepahiang District, Bengkulu, aims to empower the local community through the enhancement of human resources in coffee production. The project focuses on developing Talang Babatan as a competitive and sustainable coffee-producing village. Despite its potential, the community faces challenges including limited knowledge of modern coffee processing, weak production management, and inadequate access to broader markets. Activities conducted include field visits, community discussions, problem identification, and training sessions focused on improving the knowledge and skills of coffee farmers in post-harvest processing, diversification, and product branding. Preliminary outcomes indicate improved awareness and readiness among local farmers and women’s groups to adopt innovative methods in coffee processing and marketing. Through these initiatives, the program contributes to enhancing the village’s economic resilience and positioning local coffee on the global stage.
