Abstract

The Government of the Republic of Indonesia has decided to continue the implementation of the Regional Election (pilkada) for governor and deputy governor, regent, and deputy regent, the mayor and deputy mayor process simultaneously in the Covid-19 Pandemic has generated many counter attitudes from various circles. This purpose of this is to review the legal related to the regulatory readiness, especially the simultaneous regional election campaign in the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used in this research is the legal normative method. The results of this research are, (a) The process of implementing the campaign by the health protocol regulated through PKPU Number 13 of 2020 Article 57, Article 63 and Article 58 paragraph (1) and (2), (b) The campaign materials, it is regulated through PKPU Number 10 of 2020 Article 60 paragraph (2) and (3) PKPU Number 13 of 2020 Article 62, and (c) prohibited activities and sanctions are regulated through PKPU Number 13 of 2020 Article 88B, 88C paragraph (1) and paragraph (2).

Abstract

The Investment is all forms of investment activities, either by domestic investors or foreign investors to conduct business in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. The basic policy on investment regulations is in line with one of the goals of forming a state government, namely, to advance the general welfare. During the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia, which has caused people's purchasing power to decline in consumption activities, it is necessary to encourage government spending and additional investment. Investment policies must make it easy for investors to invest in Indonesia. Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation provides convenience in investing, especially in licensing issues. The Job Creation Law is expected to increase investment in Indonesia.

Abstract

The Student Regiment is an organization that serves as a forum to meet students' needs for organizational skills. But if in its implementation this organization performs actions such as persecution, it is necessary to conduct an evaluation related to the existence of this organization. This paper aims to find out how the legal review of the death of students during menwa training. The research method used in this study is a normative method of law. The results of this study are, (a) Violations that refer to the basic rules of the organization can be subject to actions in the form of sanctions that lead to the revocation of permits by the Rectorate, (b) If in the implementation of activities such as training there is persecution leading to death then the organizing committee can be subject to legal action referring to Article 351 paragraph (1) jo. paragraph (3) of the Criminal Code (Criminal Code).

Abstract

This article is entitled the characteristics of shares as a capital market instrument in Indonesia. The problem studied in this article is how the characteristics of shares as a capital market instrument in Indonesia. The research method used in writing this article is the normative legal research method. The purpose of this study is to determine the characteristics of shares as a capital market instrument in Indonesia, while the benefits of this study are so that readers can determine the characteristics of shares as a capital market instrument in Indonesia. The findings of this study are that shares are a capital market instrument that has characteristics that are different from other securities. The differences in the characteristics of these shares are determined based on the classification of the shares themselves, namely the first common shares, namely shares that provide equal rights for each holder, the second preference shares, namely shares that have advantages in terms of dividend distribution and distribution of the Company's remaining assets from liquidation, and the third priority shares, namely shares that provide special rights to their holders. In addition, other differences are related to the issuance of shares in the capital market which must go through several stages, namely the pre-issuance stage, the issuance stage, and the post-issuance stage.

Abstract

The implementation of trade in the world has achieved rapid development. Through this development, an online transaction system was created which can be called E-commerce. This transaction system allows someone to carry out buying and selling activities without meeting face to face. This trend has also spread to Indonesia because it is considered to have many positive impacts. In its implementation, regulations and a clear legal basis are needed to facilitate trade transaction activities, especially in protecting consumer rights. The juridical legal basis has been regulated in UUPK, UU ITE, PP PSTE and UU Criminal Code.

Abstract

With the increasing number of violations committed by students related to the use of technology, especially in the use of social media, it is necessary to provide an understanding of how to use social media in accordance with the Electronic Transaction Information Law (UU ITE). The Law on Electronic Information Technology provides an understanding of the scope of the following regulations: how to use social media, about defamation, about violations and sanctions that we must pay attention to and of course provide an optimal understanding of the positive and negative sides of using these technological advances. By understanding and realizing/implementing the knowledge they gain about how to use social media through the ITE Law intelligently through the field of personality education such as Religious Education and Pancasila Education, the character of students who are responsible for using social media will be formed.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian yang dilaksanakan bertujuan dalam mengetahui “Pengaruh Promosi Jabatan dan Mutasi terhadap Motivasi Kerja Karyawan Bagian Rektorat pada Universitas PGRI Palembang”. Dalam mendapatkan data pada penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode studi lapangan atau field research, yakni penelitian yang dilaksanakan secara langsung melalui penyebaran kuesioner terhadap responden yang sesuai kriteria. Penggunaan sumber data pada penelitian yang dijalankan menggunakan data primer yang didapat lewat kuesioner yang diberikan terhadap responden. Kuesioner tersebut dipakai dalam mengukur promosi jabatan dan mutasi serta motivasi kerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil olah data dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 26 for window, memperlihatkan hasil yang diperoleh yakni secara simultan (Uji F) memperlihatkan jika Fhitung senilai 110.594 > Ftabel 3.15 pada tingkat signifikan senilai 0.000 < 0.05, jadi bisa diambil kesimpulan jika terdapat pengaruh antara kualitas promosi jabatan (X1) dan mutasi (X2) secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan (Y). Kemudian hasil koefisien determinasi didapatkan jika R2 bernilai 0,781, itu mengartikan jika senilai 78.1 % bisa diterangkan dari variable promosi jabatan dan variabel mutasi, sedangkan 21.9 % (100% - 78.1 %) terpengaruh dari variabel lainnya yang diluar penelitian. Kata Kunci: Promosi Jabatan, Mutasi, Motivasi Kerja Karyawan. ABSTRACT The research conducted aims to determine "The Effect of Job Promotion and Mutation on Work Motivation of Employees in the Rectorate Section at Universitas PGRI Palembang". In obtaining data in this study, it was collected using a field study method, namely research that is carried out directly through distributing questionnaires to respondents who meet the criteria. The use of data sources in the research carried out uses primary data obtained through questionnaires given to respondents. The questionnaire is used to measure job promotions and mutations and employee work motivation. Based on the results of data processing with the help of the SPSS version 26 for window program, the results obtained are simultaneous (F Test) showing that F count is 110,594> F table 3.15 at a significant level of 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that there is an influence between the quality of job promotion (X1) and mutation (X2) together (simultaneously) on employee work motivation (Y). Then the results of the determination coefficient were obtained if R2 had a value of 0.781, which means that 78.1% could be explained by the job promotion variable and the mutation variable, while 21.9% (100% - 78.1%) was influenced by other variables outside the research.
