Abstract

Permasalahan dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia yang dialami oleh siswa dimana pembelajaran yang hanya berpedoman pada penjelasan guru dan masih bersifat konvensional sehingga pembelajaran menjadi pasif dan kurang aktif, hal tersebut mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar sebelum dan sesudah diterapkan model pembelajaran Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. (2) Hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas IV MIN 17 Aceh Barat dengan memakai model pembelajaran Student Team Achievement Division  (STAD). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV MIN 17 Aceh Barat. Adapun objek dalam penelitian ini adalah pengaruh model pembelajaran Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) terhadap hasil belajar pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan diterapkannya model pembelajaran student team achievement division (STAD) pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, hasil belajar termasuk dalam kategori baik dengan nilai rata-rata (mean) 65,375 masuk dalam interval 64-70, artinya cukup memberikan pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dengan nilai rata-rata (mean) 77,13 masuk dalam interval 73-86 dari hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia yang meningkat.

Abstract

The purpose and objective of this study is to analyze the effect of functional promotion services on the satisfaction of lecturers at UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. Exogenous attributes are based on service theory, which consists of the following attributes: reliability, assurance, tangible, empathy, and responsiveness. After testing the path analysis, the results showed that the total influence of the reliability, assurance, and tangibility attributes on lecturer satisfaction obtained a value of 0.742. These results indicate that the attributes of reliability, assurance, and tangibility have a strong and significant effect on the attributes of lecturer satisfaction. Meanwhile, the results obtained showed that the reliability, assurance, and tangibility attributes on the empathy attribute obtained a total influence value of 0.703. That is, the three attributes have a strong and significant effect on lecturer satisfaction. In addition, the results obtained show that the reliability, assurance, and tangibility attributes have a total effect of 0.634 responsiveness attributes. These results indicate that the reliability, assurance, and tangibility attributes have a strong and significant effect on the responsiveness attribute. Measurement of empathy and responsiveness attributes to satisfaction in total obtained a value of 0.723. These results mean that the attributes of empathy and responsiveness have a strong and significant effect on the attributes of lecturer satisfaction in the process of managing their functional positions.

Abstract

Aktifitas dunia pendidikan sekarang tidak hanya mengacu kepada usia sekolah dasar saja sebagai tingkat pendidikan awal, tetapi sekarang sudah lebih megarah kepada anak-anak usia dini. Dengan ini perhatian terhadap anak-anak usia dini sebagai langkah awal untuk memberikan dan memperkenalkan pembelajaran dasar dan awal yang disesuaikan dengan umur anak-anak usia dini maka kelas PAUD (Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini) yang diadakan mahasiswa di Gampong Alue Bakong sangat membantu masyarakat Gampong Alue Bakong. Dengan tujuan agar anak-anak usia dini di desa tersebut bisa diarahkan lebih awal untuk belajar dengan tidak mengenyampingkan dunia anak-anak, sehingga dalam proses pembelajaran yang diberikan dengan menggunakan konsep belajar sambil bermain dan menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan membuat anak-anak gembira, serta tertarik untuk belajar. Setelah diadakannya kelas PAUD (Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini) ini terlihat perobahan yang sangat positif. Salah satunya terlihat pada pengetahuan dan pemahaman anak terhadap pengenalan huruf, angka, doa harian, dan aktifitas motorik.
