Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan dari penggunaan alat peraga logika matematika, dalam menyelesaikan soal-soal matematika pada materi “Konsep Logika Matematika (pernyataan)” yang telah di laksanakan di SMK Negeri 01 Sumarorong. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti telah merangkum data-data hasil belajar, aktifitas peserta didik, dan respon dari peserta didik kelas X TKJ SMK Negeri 01 Sumarorong. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian quasi eksperimen yang melibatkan satu kelompok atau kelas. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah, peserta didik kelas X (sepuluh) SMK Negeri 01 Sumarorong semester genap tahun ajaran 2020-2021 sebanyak 35 orang. Pengumpulan data di lakukan melalui tes, lembar observasi dan angket. Data hasil penelitian, di analisis dengan analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, hasil analisis deskriptif pada kelas X TKJ di peroleh nilai rata-rata 87% > KKM atau mencapai  ketuntasan  klasikal 80%. Dan berdasarkan analisis terhadap non test di peroleh data aktivitas peserta didik pada kelas X TKJ memenuhi  kriteria  kefeefektifan yaitu mencapai  91%. Dan respon peserta didik berada pada kategori positif dengan nilai rata-rata 94%. Dan dapat di simpulkan bahwa alat peraga logika matematika mampu meningkatkan (efektif) hasil belajar peserta didik kelas X TKJ SMK Negeri 01 Sumarorong pada materi “Konsep Logika Matematika (pernyataan)” dan mampu membuat peserta didik semangat dalam mengerjakan soal-soal logika matematika (pernyataan)”.

Abstract

This research aims to implement the application of the Canva graphic design platform in order to improve the creativity and digital skills of children at the Muara Kasih Bunda Orphanage. The research method used is a case study, with data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that using Canva can provide significant benefits for children's orphanages, namely improving visual design skills, opening technological insights, and developing digital skills that are important in the current era. However, there are several challenges such as limited resources, diverse understanding of technology, and the need for intensive guidance and training. This research provides recommendations for orphanages to integrate Canva as part of the educational curriculum, as well as the need for collaboration with various stakeholders to support program sustainability and increase children's orphanage access to technology.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) merupakan sebuah bentuk intrakurikuler yang merupakan implementasi dari Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi di Indonesia, yaitu pengajaran, pengabdian masyarakat, dan penelitian. Kegiatan kuliah kerja nyata menjadi peluang emas bagi mahasiswa yang cerdas, kritis, inovatif dan kreatif mencarikan solusi dan strategi yang tepat dalam permasalahan yang ada di desa. Artikel ini membahas pelaksanaan KKN dengan fokus utama pada pembangunan desa, yang meliputi aspek infrastruktur, pendidikan, kesehatan dan sosial. Metode yang digunakan dalam program ini adalah pendekatan partisipatif, dimana masyarakat desa dilibatkan secara aktif dalam setiap tahap kegiatan. Hasil dari kegiatan KKN ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam kualitas infrastruktur desa, peningkatan keterampilan masyarakat, kerjasama dan kontribusi masyarakat. Adapun sasarannya dalam kegiatan ini yaitu masyarakat sekitar lokasi KKN yang terdiri atas perangkat desa, pihak sekolah, tenaga kesehatan, ibu PKK, dan anak-anak.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of supervision and communication on the performance of Musi Rawas District Education Office employees. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, and data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires and observations. The number of respondents 53 people. Data analysis techniques using simple regression test, correlation coefficient, t test, multiple regression test, determination test, and f test. The first hypothesis testing is the Supervision variable (X1) on employee performance (Y) which shows that the calculation produces a coefficient of 22,830. With a sample size of 53 found df = (53-2) and at a significant level of 0.05, the t-table value was 1.675. With this result it can be said that Supervision has a significant effect on Employee Performance because t arithmetic (22,830)> t table (1,675). The second hypothesis testing is the Communication variable (X2) on employee performance (Y) which shows that t arithmetic produces a coefficient of 8,178. With a sample size of 53 found df = (53-2) and at a significant level of 0.05, the t-table value was 1.675. With these results it can be said that supervision has a significant effect on employee performance because t arithmetic (8,178)> t table (1,675). Then testing the third hypothesis found that the calculated F value was 291,566> F table = 3.18 and the significant level simultaneously sig F was 0,000.

Abstract

The concept of fidelity in translation has long been dominated by the pursuit of equivalence, whether formal, dynamic, or functional. However, recent developments in translation studies suggest that this paradigm may be insufficient to address the complexities of meaning, intention, and cultural context. This article argues for a reconceptualization of faithful translation through a pragmatic lens, emphasizing communicative purpose, contextual appropriateness, and cultural resonance over rigid equivalence. Drawing from theories such as Skopos Theory, Relevance Theory, and speech act pragmatics, the study explores how pragmatic considerations shape faithful translation as an interpretive and purpose-driven act. By analyzing examples from literary, legal, and intercultural translation scenarios, the article demonstrates how function-oriented approaches better accommodate nuanced intentions and audience expectations. This shift from equivalence to function does not imply a betrayal of the source text but rather a redefinition of fidelity as a dynamic negotiation of meaning across cultural and linguistic boundaries. The paper concludes by proposing a model of pragmatic fidelity that integrates context-sensitive strategies and ethical responsibility, offering a more adaptable and communicatively effective framework for modern translation practice.
