This research tries to uncover online buying and selling with a dropshipping system. Buying and selling online with a dropshipping system is a business selling products where the seller or dropshipper does not have to own the product to be sold. Dropshipping can also be interpreted as a buying and selling transaction system where the dropshipper can determine the price of an item that is not owned, but after receiving an order for goods from the dropshipper buyer directly buys goods from the supplier and sells them to the buyer according to the price determined by taking advantage of the difference the purchase price from the supplier with the selling price to the buyer. The dropshipping system in buying and selling online fulfills the requirements and pillars of the legality of buying and selling according to Islamic law. Buying and selling online dropshipping in its implementation is carried out with two contracts, namely the salam contract and the wakalah contract and also by modifying the consent and qabul. This conclusion is based on the author's conclusions and studies on the practice of buying and selling online with the dropshipper system. The method used in this study is a qualitative analysis method through library research with a descriptive normative approach.

Illegal logging is a problem that cannot be solved. This activity causes damage to forest ecosystems which will have a negative impact on human life. The solution presented for this crime is the enactment of Law no. 41 of 1999 and Law no. 41 18 of 2013 concerning the prevention and eradication of forest destruction. However, this crime continues to occur and even increases from year to year. This study elaborates the spirit of the Qur'an in responding to the above problems with the ushul fiqh approach with the concept of maslahah according to Al-Syâthibî in his book Al-Muwâfaqât. The method used in this paper is to use the method of content analysis (content analysis) and descriptive analysis (descriptive analysis). Based on this study, it can be concluded that according to qiyâs al-Isthinbhâthy, illegal logging is strictly prohibited in religion. He violates the principle of benefit dharuriyyat such as always taking care of the soul. Illegal logging is a crime that can threaten the human soul.

Penelitian ini mencoba untuk menguak bahwa karakter ûlu al-Albâb yang Allah isyaratkan dalam beberapa firmannya dalam al-Qur’an menggambarkan sebagai manusia unggul, insan kamil dan paripurna, generasi yang memiliki kecerdasan spiritual, kecerdasan intelektual, dan kecerdasan sosial dapat diimplementasikan dalam dunia pendidikan yang dengannya dapat menghantarkan Indonesia menuju Indonesia emas pada tahun 2045. Kesimpulan ini didasarkan kepada tela’ah dan temuan penulis pada beberapa ayat al-Qur’an yang mengisyaratkan tentang manusia yang unggul, dan salah satunya diungkapkan dengan kata ûlu al-Albâb yang dapat ditemukan sebanyak 16 kali dalam pengulangan pada 10 surat yang secara keseluruhan diawali dengan kata ûlu maupun ûli. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode alanisis kualitatif melalui penelitian kepustakaan dengan pendekatan deskriptif interpretatif.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter yang terkandung dalam Surat Al-Fatihah dan menganalisis dampaknya terhadap perilaku brutal remaja geng motor. Fenomena kekerasan yang dilakukan oleh remaja dalam geng motor menjadi perhatian serius di masyarakat, sehingga diperlukan pendekatan yang efektif dalam mengatasi masalah ini. Surat Al-Fatihah, sebagai bagian dari Al-Qur'an, mengandung berbagai nilai moral dan etika yang dapat dijadikan dasar dalam pendidikan karakter. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kajian literatur dan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan analisis konten untuk mengidentifikasi nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter dalam Surat Al-Fatihah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Surat Al-Fatihah mengandung nilai-nilai penting seperti keimanan, ketakwaan, kesabaran, keadilan, dan rasa syukur, yang semuanya berkontribusi pada pembentukan karakter yang baik.

Penelitian ini mengulas mengenai penggunaan lembar Mutaba’Ah Yaumiah dalam meningkatkan ibadah siswa kelas VIII di SMP Pasundan Banjar. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) mengetahui ibadah peserta didik kelas VIII sebelum penggunaan lembar mutaba’ah yaumiah di SMP Pasundan Banjar (2) mengetahui Penggunaan Lembar Mutaba’ah Yaumiah dalam Meningkatkan Ibadah Peserta Didik Kelas VIII di SMP Pasundan Banjar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian komprehensif (perbandingan). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa angket/kuesioner dan lembar mutaba’ah yaumiah. Untuk perhitungannya menggunakan Microsoft Exel. Adapun subjek dari penelitian ini sebanyak 40. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lembar mutaba’ah yaumiah berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan ibadah peserta didik dengan adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata keseluruhan ibadah sebesar 22,82 (23%). Hasil dari data pertama menunjukkan nilai rata-rata keseluruhan ibadah peserta didik sebelum menggunakan lembar mutaba’ah yaumiah sebesar 55,19 (55%) yang kemudian mengalami peningkatan setelah menggunakan lembar mutaba’ah yaumiah menjadi 78,01 (78%). Background: Indonesia is entering an aging population phase, in line with the global increase in the number of older adults. The World Health Organization (WHO) reports that more than 700 million people are aged 65 years and over worldwide, a figure projected to rise sharply by 2050. In response, the Indonesian government established the Integrated Development Post (Posbindu) to promote early detection, monitoring, and prevention of non-communicable diseases among the elderly. Objective: This study aimed to examine the relationship between family support and elderly participation in Posbindu activities at Urug Public Health Center, Tasikmalaya. Methods: A quantitative descriptive correlational design with a cross-sectional approach was applied. The study population included 189 elderly individuals aged 60 years. A purposive sampling technique was used to recruit 51 respondents. Data were collected using a family support questionnaire and Posbindu attendance records. Bivariate analysis was conducted using the Spearman rank correlation test. Results: The findings showed that 35 respondents (68.6%) reported receiving family support, while 16 (31.4%) did not. Statistical analysis revealed a significant correlation between family support and elderly participation in Posbindu activities (p = 0.000, p < 0.05). Conclusion: Family support is crucial in encouraging elderly participation in Posbindu programs. Strengthening family involvement and health worker initiatives may enhance community-based elderly care and ensure the sustainability of Posbindu activities.

The method of analyzing the structure of the Qur'anic text has been offered by many scholars, both classical scholars and contemporary scholars. One of them is Abdullah Darrâz in his book An-Nabâu Al-Azhîmu Nazharâtun Jadîdatun fî Al-Qur'ân. The purpose of this study is to try to analyze how Abdullah Darrâz's munasabah thought in analyzing the interrelationships of the verses in the Qur'an. This paper finds that Abdullah Darrâz's munâsabah thought can be used in analyzing the coherence of each arrangement of the verses of the Qur'an in a letter by first determining the introduction (muqaddimah), the main objective (maqâsid), and finally finding the conclusion al-Qur'an (Al-Khâtimah) from a chapter of the Qur'an

This study tries to reveal that the character of ûlu al-Albâb which Allah has indicated in several of his words in the Qur'an describes a superior human being, insan kamil and plenary, a generation that has spiritual intelligence, social intelligence and social intelligence that can lead Indonesia to Indonesia gold in 2045. This conclusion is based on the study and the author's findings on several verses of the Qur'an that hint at superior human beings, and one of them is expressed by the word lu ûlu al-Albâb which can be found 16 times in repetition on 10 a letter which as a whole begins with the words lu or li. The method used in this research is a qualitative analysis method through library research with an interpretive descriptive approach

This research tries to examine the signs of the Qur'an related to the sun as one of Allah's creations. which is the source of energy for life. This study describes that the Qur'an hints at the sun with the words sirâj and dhiyâ', both of which mean that sunlight comes from itself. The method used in this study is a qualitative analysis method through library research with an interpretative descriptive approach. The temporary conclusion of this study shows that based on the cues in the Qur'an, it shows that the Qur'an and Science explain that the sun has a function as a source of light which not only illuminates but can provide and produce heat or energy which is very beneficial for life. One of the benefits is as a source of light energy
