Abstract

Multiple linear regression analysis is used to determine the relationship between two or more explanatory variables and the response variable. Best regression model is a model that can explain the behavior of dependent variable as well as possible by choosing variables are free of many independent variables available in the data by using criteria comparators adjusted and .. One of the issues on the assumption of multiple linear regression model is frequent correlation between the independent variables in a multiple linear regression model known as multicollinearity. If there is multicollinearity then the conclusions are not appropriate. In this study, the method that been used to find the best model in the case of multicollinearity are stepwise method and the method of Principal Component Analysis (PCA) The main objective of this research is looking for the best model using Stepwise Method and Principal Component Analysis (PCA) method. The results obtained to search for the best model in the case of data multicollinearity stock returns in LQ 45 in BEI period from July to December 2015 by using Principal Component Analysis (PCA) Y = 11.992 + 2.179 with value adjusted by 0,050 and the value of amounted to 63.049, while the results obtained by the stepwise method is Y = 4.891 + 0.144 + 7,804 value adjusted by 0.191 and the value of amounted to 53.678. From these results it can be concluded that the Stepwise method is more suitable to find the best model on a case of multicollinearity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of student satisfaction with online lectures during the Covid-19 pandemic which is still ongoing today. Variables measuring student satisfaction with online lectures are limited to aspects of learning including lecture facilities, learning media, and the implementation of online lectures. This research method uses descriptive analysis techniques. Data was collected using a questionnaire, then the data was analyzed using statistical tests to determine the validity and reliability of the instrument, multicollinearity test, and ordinal logistic regression analysis and regression parameter tests at the 95% confidence level. Based on the test results the instrument is declared valid and reliable, and the obtained regression model is feasible to use. The results of the interpretation of the model lead to conclusions, (a) the probability of students who are satisfied with online lectures in the aspect of lecture facilities is 2.21 times compared to students who are not satisfied; (b) the probability of students being satisfied with online lectures in the aspect of learning media is 1.53 times compared to students who are dissatisfied; and (c) the probability of students being satisfied with online lectures in the aspect of lecture implementation is 2.28 times compared to students who are not satisfied.

Abstract

Education is an effort to improve knowledge, one of which is by conducting studies on the Qur'an and Mathematics. This research examines the verses of the Qur'an containing odd-even concepts and their relevance to mathematics. By using the library research method, the verse selection step is taken from observations of the translated Qur'an. The mathematical concepts found are materials related to odd-even concepts, such as KPK (Least Common Multiple) and FPB (Greatest Common Factor), Venn diagrams, and Phi in ṭawwāf. As the result, the number of verses and the number of surahs show odd-even numbers. If the numbers are added up to 38, these will be equal to the number of letters in the syahādah sentence.

Abstract

Social media has a strong appeal to today's young generation. The use of social media with religious nuances in f-math can provide context that is relevant to religious values, so that students can connect mathematics with moral principles and have a positive perception of mathematics learning. The use of social media-based f-math media can also influence students' cognitive abilities in understanding mathematical concepts. With dynamic interactions and attractive visuals, students tend to be more interested and participate more actively in mathematics learning. Apart from that, the use of social media in mathematics learning can influence students' affective abilities. Active involvement in use so that students' level of confidence and motivation can increase. This can lead to the formation of a positive attitude towards mathematics and increase self-confidence in solving mathematical problems. The use of f-math media based on social media with religious nuances can have a positive influence on students' creative thinking abilities as well as cognitive and affective abilities in learning mathematics. By utilizing the appeal of social media and emphasizing the relevance of mathematics to religious values, students can view mathematics more positively and develop their creative thinking skills in solving mathematical problems.
