Abstract

Sekolah inklusif adalah sekolah tempat siswa regular belajar bersama dengan siswa ABK. Dalam sekolah inklusif, ada interaksi antara siswa regular dengan siswa ABK, baik itu interaksi positif maupun negatif. Interaksi positif ditandai dengan adanya hubungan pertemanan yang baik, sedangkan interaksi negatif ditandai dengan adanya masalah dalam hubungan pertemanan. Salah satu cara menangani masalah pertemanan yaitu dengan memaafkan. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi individu untuk memberikan maaf, salah satunya adalah empati. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara empati dan pemaafan dalam hubungan pertemanan siswa regular kepada siswa ABK di sekolah inklusif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa regular di sekolah inklusif SMP 02 Muhammadiyah Malang sejumlah 105 orang. Pengambilan data menggunakan skala empati dan skala pemaafan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adaah simple random sampling. Metode analisa data menggunakan Uji Korelasi Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang positif antara empati dan pemaafan dalam hubungan pertemanan siswa regular kepada siswa ABK di sekolah inklusif. (r = 0,323; p = 0,001; p < 0,005).Kata Kunci : Empati, pemaafan, sekolah inklusif. The inclusive school is a school where regular students study together with the ABK students. In an inclusive school, there is an interaction between regular students with ABK students, be it positive or negative. Positive interaction is characterized by the presence of a good friendship relations, whereas negative interactions are characterized by the presence of problems in a friendship relations. One way of addressing the problem of friendship by forgiving. Many factors that affect the individual to give an apology, one of these is empathy. This research aims to know the relationship between empathy and forgiveness in relationship friendship regular students to ABK students in inclusive school. The subject in this study was a regular students at SMP 02 Muhammadiyah as 105 students. Data retrieval using the forgiveness scale and emphaty scale. Technique sampling use simple random sampling. Data analysis using the method of correlation of Test Product Moment. The results showed that there is a positive relationship between empathy and forgiveness in relationship friendship regular students to ABK students in inclusive school. (r = 0.323; p = 0.001; p < 0.005).Keyword : Empathy, forgiveness, inclusive school

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 yang melanda berbagai negara di dunia menuntut manusia untuk beradaptasi dalam aktivitas sehari-hari, termasuk aktivitas belajar mengajar yang dilakukan secara online. Berbagai kesulitan terjadi saat belajar online. Untuk mengatasi kesulitan yang terjadi, diperlukan strategi pembelajaran yang efektif yang dikenal dengan self-regulated learning. Sudah banyak alat ukur mengenai self-regulated learning dalam pembelajaran offline. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan alat ukur self-regulated learning yang cocok digunakan dalam konteks pembelajaran online. Alat ukur didasarkan pada teori self-regulated learning yang dikembangkan oleh Toering et al., (2012). Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa aktif laki-laki dan perempuan sebanyak 307 siswa. Analisis data menggunakan analisis faktor konfirmatori dengan bantuan software Jamovi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa model yang digunakan fit dan alat ukurnya dapat digunakan untuk mengukur self-regulated learning dalam konteks pembelajaran online (RMSEA = 0,041; SRMR = 0,04; TLI = 0,955; CFI = 0,964; χ2/ df = 1,535).

Abstract

The condition of individuals with special needs (IBK) has been quite neglected, especially in terms of psychological and physical well-being. The lack of involvement of experts or professionals in terms of psychological assessment in IBK is one of the inhibiting factors related to psychological well-being and career preparation in IBK. Currently, not all IBK have an understanding of the basic abilities (intelligence and personality) that they have, so that they can be used as preparation for their careers. The purpose of this community service is to conduct a Psychological Assessment of Disabled Workers: Efforts to Align Basic Potential and Career Projections of Disabled Workers. The method used is Community Based Research, with the stages of laying the foundation, planning, data collection and analysis, and action on findings. Through this community service activity, results were obtained from 20 participants, 6 participants had IQ at the Defective level, 2 participants with below average IQ, 6 participants with average IQ, 5 participants with above average IQ and 1 participant with superior IQ. In addition, the results of the participants' personalities were also found to be quite diverse, ranging from typical participants who are easily stressed when facing pressure at work, to typical participants who are quite flexible with existing challenges. The results of the service also describe job recommendations for each participant as a future career projection for the participants.

Abstract

Each employee may have different level of work engagement. A company must wants its employees to have high level of work engagement so they can work vigorously, with good dedication and get fully immersed in the work. The grit, proactive personality, supervisor support and organizational support factors can be predicted to to be able to influence work engagement of the employees. This study aims to discover the effect of grit, proactive personality, supervisor support, and organizational support on work engagement on employees. The subject of this study was employees who work at companies in East Java. Quantitative method was applied in this study with 197 subjects in total using simple random sampling technique. Grit Scale, Proactive Personality Scale (PPS), Surveys of Perceived Supervisor Support, Perceived Organizational Support (POS), and Utrech Work Engagement Scale - 9 (UWES-9) were the instruments used in this study. The results of the analysis explain there was an effect of grit on work engagement on employees (p<.05), there was an effect of supervisor support on work engagement on employees (p<.05), there was an effect of organization support on work engagement on employees (p<.05), and there wasn’t an effect of proactive personality on work engagement on employees (p>.05). As for suggestions for further research, paying more attention to completeness and suitability when distributing questionnaires to respondent, and it is necessary to pay more attention to the characteristics of the research subjects and other factors that might affect employee engagement such as social welfare, quality of work life, and organizational culture.

Abstract

Background: Increasing popularity of personality research on facet level, followed by instrument developments such as IPIP-NEO, that freely usable and modifiable measures. Research using the IPIP-NEO instrument is often conducted in Indonesia.Purpose: This study aims to analyze the quality of items and develop a short version of the IPIP-NEO-300 for Indonesian samples that measures thirty facets within Big Five personality domains. The processes undertaken in this study include item analysis using the Rasch Model, the development of a shorter scale, and validation of this shortened version.Method: The total subjects in this research is 759 people with an age range of 11-46 years. The sampling technique used for subject selection is convenience sampling, and data collection was carried out online using google forms.Findings: These results indicate that IPIP-NEO 300 and IPIP-NEO 90 are psychometrically acceptable and practically convenient for measuring Big Five Personality on the facet level. IPIP-NEO short version 90 has a high correlation with IPIP-NEO 300, which means that IPIP-NEO short version can be used to measure personality in Indonesian samples.Implication: The results of this study can enrich the psychometric literature in Indonesia and provide a basis for more specific and contextual personality research.
