Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan kompetensi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai unit kerja digital banking PT Bank Syariah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif statistik dengan populasi sebanyak 115 pegawai. Teknik penarikan sampel berdasarkan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 5% diperoleh sebanyak 89 sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung dan penyebaran kuesioner Google Forms. Teknik analisis data dengan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Uji kualitas data, uji hipotesis dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai Thitung 7,121 > Ttabel 1,987. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai Thitung 3,382 > Ttabel 1,987. Pengaruh kompetensi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai Fhitung 78,590 > Ftabel 2,71.
