Abstract

Abstrak : Penggunaan tehnik pembelajaran kontekstual dalam pengajaran menulis teks deskriptif efektif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa akan teks deskriptif. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil belajar siswa pada siklus pertama dan siklus kedua. Nilai mean pada siklus pertama adalah 52.7 yang dikategorikan dibawah standard ketuntasan. Sedangkan pada siklus kedua nilai mean yang dicapai adalah 77.1 yang dapat dikategorikan diatas standard ketuntasa. Nilai mean mengindikasikan bahwa kemampuan siswa dalam menulis teks deskriptif meningkat dengan menggunakan teknik pembelajaran kontekstual. Melalui penelitian ini penulis dapat menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan siswa menulis teks deskriptif dapat meningkat dengan menggunakan teknik pembelajaran kotekstual. Kata Kunci: mengajar, menulis, deskriptif, teknik pembelajaran kontekstual Abstract : Using contextual teaching and learning technique in teaching desriptive writing was effective to improve the achievement in writing a descriptive text. It was shown by the students’ score achievement from the first cycle to the second cycle. The mean score of the first cycle is 52.7. It is  categorized below the students’ standard achievement. The mean score of the second test is 77.1. It is categorized above the students’ standard achievement. The mean score indicated the improvement on the students’ descriptive sentence writing achievement by teaching use contextual teaching and learning approach. At the second cycle there were more improvement on students’ descriptive sentence writing. The result was better than the first result. Through this research the writer shows that the students’ descriptive sentence writing achievement can be improved by using contextual teaching and learning technique. Key Words: teaching, writing, descriptive, contextual teaching and learning technique

Abstract

Reading is an important ability that must be learned by students. The students will get knowledge from what they read and can increase language acquisition. The goals of this study are to find out the strategies used by the English teacher in teaching reading narrative text and to find out the student’s responses to the strategies used by the English teacher in teaching reading narrative text for the tenth graders of MA Ihyaul Ulum Cangaan. The study design is descriptive qualitative. Data collection methods include; observation, questionnaire, and documentation. The data analyzed were into three parts; Data Reduction, Data display, and Drawing Conclusions or verifying. This study will focus on the English teacher and 27 tenth-grade students at MA Ihyaul Ulum Cangaan. The result showed that the English teacher employed specific techniques, such as, defining the purpose of reading, silent reading, QAR, analyzing the vocabulary, and discussion strategies. Applying these techniques, the English teacher can utilize a variety of techniques and establish new ways of teaching reading based on the subject. As a result, the teaching of reading techniques became more engaging and successful in improving students’ ability to read narrative text.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi pengaruh profitabilitas, leverage, dan intensitas modal terhadap penghindaran pajak pada perusahaan subsektor energi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama 2020–2023 dengan landasan Teori Agensi. Penelitian kuantitatif ini memanfaatkan data sekunder laporan keuangan, dengan pemilihan sampel secara purposive sehingga diperoleh 41 perusahaan dan 131 unit observasi. Penghindaran pajak diproksikan menggunakan Effective Tax Rate (ETR), sedangkan profitabilitas, leverage, dan intensitas modal diukur melalui rasio keuangan yang lazim digunakan dalam literatur, kemudian diuji menggunakan regresi linear berganda berbantuan Stata. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap penghindaran pajak, sementara leverage dan intensitas modal tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Secara teoretis, temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penjelasan Teori Agensi atas keputusan pajak bersifat kontekstual dan dipengaruhi karakteristik sektor. Secara praktis, hasil penelitian mendukung pengawasan berbasis risiko yang memprioritaskan entitas berprofitabilitas tinggi, penguatan tax governance internal, serta penyusunan benchmark ETR sektoral dan analitik kepatuhan untuk menekan potensi penggerusan basis pajak.Kata kunci: penghindaran pajak, profitabilitas, leverage, intensitas modal
