Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial menggunakan model cooperative tipe snowball throwing di kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 15 Pontianak Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian 28 siswa. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah IPKG I, yaitu kemampuan guru merancang pembelajaran pada siklus I dengan skor rata-rata 3,29, siklus II 3,53, dan siklus III 3,61. Sedangkan IPKG II, yaitu kemampuan guru melaksanakan pembelajaran pada siklus I dengan skor rata-rata 3,04, siklus II 3,76 dan siklus III 3,87. Hasil belajar tertulis siswa pada data awal dengan rata-rata 67,14, siklus I sebesar 75, siklus II sebesar 82,59 dan siklus III sebesar 86,07. Hasil belajar penilaian sikap siswa dengan rata-rata siklus I sebesar 87,22, siklus II sebesar 89,81 dan siklus III sebesar 90,36, artinya model cooperative tipe snowball throwing dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.  Kata Kunci: Hasil Belajar, Pembelajaran IPS, Model Cooperative Tipe Snowball Throwing  Abstract: This study aims to determine whether there is an increase in student learning outcomes in study Social Sciences using the type cooperative model of snowball throwing in class V State Elementary School 15 South Pontianak. The method used is descriptive method with the form of classroom action research. Subject of the study are 28 students. The results obtained are IPKG I, ie the ability of teachers to design learning in the first cycle with an average score of 3.29, 3.53 second cycle, and the cycle III 3.61. While IPKG II, ie the ability of teachers to implement the learning in the first cycle with an average score of 3.04, 3.76 second cycle and the third cycle of 3.87. Written learning outcomes of students at the beginning of the data with an average of 67.14, the first cycle of 75, the second cycle of 82.59 and 86.07 for the third cycle. Learning outcomes, the assessment of students with an average of 87.22 for the first cycle, the second cycle of 89.81 and 90.36 for the third cycle, it means the type of snowball throwing cooperative models can improve student learning outcomes.  Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Social Sciences Learning, Cooperative Model Type Snowball Throwing.
