Abstract

Teluk Sumenep adalah sebuah teluk di Laut Jawa yang terletak di ujung timur Provinsi Jawa Timur. Teluk Sumenep adalah salah satu tempat atau wadah masyarakat untuk membuang sampah sembarangan. Kurang diperhatikannya volume sampah yang setiap hari memenuhi perairan Teluk Sumenep menjadi latar belakang dari dilakukannya penulisan ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan sebuah desain kapal kerja pembersih sampah yang tersebar di perairan laut khususnya perairan Teluk Sumenep. Konfigurasi peralatan geladak dan sistem bongkar muat yang dibuat berdasarkan kebutuhan dan jumlah volume sampah yang terdapat di Teluk Sumenep. Dengan mengasumsikan bahwa luasan wilayah yang ditinjau sebagai rute yang harus ditempuh kapal, maka didapatkan kapasitas muatan sampah yang dapat diangkut kapal yang direncanakan. Desain yang optimum didapatkan melalui metode optimasi dengan variabel, parameter, dan constraints yang telah ditentukan. Yakni berukuran L = 10,7 m, B = 4 m, H = 2 m, T = 1 m. Selanjutnya dari ukuran utama yang diperoleh ini dibuat lines plan dan general arrangements sesuai dengan konfigurasi peralatan bongkar muatnya. Penelitian ini akan menentukan ukuran utama kapal yang direncanakan, kapasitas muatan yang akan diangkut oleh kapal, tahanan dan mesin utama kapal.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the influence of promotional strategies and product quality on consumer purchasing interest around the Nurul Jadid University campus. This field research aims to gain a deep understanding of the realities faced by SMEs around Universitas Nurul Jadid through qualitative and inductive approaches. The study uses a descriptive method to examine the current conditions and social dynamics of SMEs in the area, focusing on their challenges and opportunities. Data were collected through direct observation and interviews, providing insights into the social, cultural, and economic factors influencing the success of these businesses. UMKM around Universitas Nurul Jadid use both traditional methods like word-of-mouth and modern strategies via social media to reach a wider audience, particularly female students. Product quality, including raw materials, consistency, packaging, cleanliness, and customer feedback, plays a key role in attracting and retaining customers. The combination of traditional and digital promotion methods, supported by quality products, enhances effectiveness, with innovation and adaptability being crucial for success.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada layanan gadai emas di BSI KCP Probolinggo.Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 30 responden, serta dianalisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Squares (PLS) melalui perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4.Kebaruan Penelitian: Studi ini memberikan kontribusi empiris pada literatur pemasaran jasa dengan fokus pada sektor keuangan syariah, khususnya dalam konteks layanan gadai emas, yang masih terbatas dalam penelitian sebelumnya.Hasil Penelitian: Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, dengan nilai original sample sebesar 0,896, t-statistik sebesar 26,493 (1,96), dan p-value sebesar 0,000. Nilai R-square sebesar 0,803 menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan mampu menjelaskan 80,3% variasi kepuasan nasabah.Implikasi: Temuan ini menjadi dasar strategis bagi manajemen BSI dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan guna menciptakan pengalaman nasabah yang lebih memuaskan dan loyal secara berkelanjutan. Research Objective: This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in gold pawn services at BSI KCP Probolinggo.Research Method: A quantitative approach was employed using a survey technique by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) through the SmartPLS 4 software.Research Novelty: This study provides empirical contributions to the service marketing literature with a focus on the Islamic financial sector, particularly in the context of gold pawn services, which remain underexplored in previous research.Research Findings: The results show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, with an original sample value of 0.896, a t-statistic of 26.493 (1.96), and a p-value of 0.000. The R-square value of 0.803 indicates that service quality explains 80.3% of the variation in customer satisfaction.Implications: These findings serve as a strategic foundation for BSI management to enhance service quality in order to improve customer experience and long-term loyalty

Abstract

Grocery stores (toko kelontong) are common micro-enterprises in Madura, often managed by individuals or families with limited capital. In this context, the implementation of the mudharabah contract as a profit-sharing system can serve as a solution to increase the store owners’ income. Through the mudharabah contract, capital owners (shahibul mal) and managers (mudharib) collaborate by sharing both risks and profits from the business. This study aims to examine how the mudharabah contract can be implemented in the profit-sharing system of Madura’s grocery stores. The research explores the impact of this system on increasing income, while also identifying challenges and opportunities faced by business owners. A qualitative approach was used, employing in-depth interviews with grocery store owners, investors, and other relevant parties. The agreed profit-sharing ratio is 50-50 between the capital owner and the manager. Challenges include competition among stores, dishonesty among managers, and unstable income, while supporting factors include mutual benefits for both parties and satisfactory earnings. The profit-sharing system in Madura's grocery business involves the mudharib running the store, while the shahibul mal entrusts the business to the mudharib. The profit-sharing is calculated based on the store's profit, minus operating expenses such as purchase costs, rent, electricity, waste management, and damages.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the BSI KCP Situbondo Basuki Rahmat gold installment strategy and the BSI KCP Situbondo Basuki Rahmat gold installment strategy in increasing people's financial intelligence and the number of customers. The research approach used is qualitative with a field study research type. Data collection applies interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model. The results of this research are: 1) The BSI KCP Situbondo Basuki Rahmat gold installment strategy was carried out in two stages, planning and implementation. The planning stage is carried out by implementing segmentating, targeting and positioning (STP) strategies. The implementation stage is carried out by implementing the marketing mix; 2) Increasing the number of financial intelligence and number of customers is carried out with three education programs. First, awareness that the value of currency always decreases over time. Second, awareness that the value of property assets always decreases over time. Third, the importance of investing in gold is to save money from a decline in currency value and assets from a decline in value.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction both partially and simultaneously at Bank Syariah Indonesia Probolinggo Branch. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were all consumers of Bank Syariah Indonesia Probolinggo Branch. The sample size was 100 respondents. Validity test and reliability test are used to test measuring instruments. The results showed that responsiveness with a coefficient of 0.003, assurance with a coefficient of 0.016, tangible with a coefficient of 0.037, reliability with a coefficient of 0.040 had an effect on customer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination analysis shows that 59.2% of customer satisfaction is influenced by service quality. While the remaining 40.8% is influenced by other variables not included in the study Thus, improving overall service quality can be an effective strategy in increasing customer satisfaction at BSI Probolinggo Branch.

Abstract

Studi kasus pada PA krakasaan perbedaan putusan hakim tentang nomimal nafkah anak pasca perceraian. Ini menimbulkan spikulasi penafsiran bagi perbagai pihak apa dasar hakim yang menjadikan dasar putusan sehingga terjadi perbedaan nominal nafkah anak, oleh karena itu peneliti mencoba mengkaji dan menganalisis apakah putusan tersebut sudah memenuhi aturan Undang-undang konsep keadilan, kasus ini menurut hemat peneliti masih faktul dan Paktual untuk di analisis, agar tujuan penelitian memenuhi standart adaemik dan kasus tersebut termasuk kajian hukum perdata, maka Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian hukum normatif agar penelitian lebih konprehensif dan fokus,maka peneliti menggunakan pendekatan study kasus yaitu di PA kraksaan., adapun hasil penelitian adalah terkait penelitian penetapan perbedaan nominal nafkah anak sudah sesuai dengan (a) Surat Edaran Mahkamah Agung (SEMA) No. 3 Tahun 2015 (b) sesuai dengan teori keadilan hukum Aristoles, Rawls, dan Hans Kelsen bahwa sudah menerapkan keadilan sebagai legalitas dengan merujuk pada norma hukum yang berlaku secara hirarkis dengan mempertimbangkan aspek hukum, ekonomi, dan sosial demi kepentingan anak.

Abstract

This study examines the role of mothers as Madrasatul Ula (the first school) in education and national development, focusing on the women's empowerment model implemented by Fatayat NU in Bondowoso. Using a qualitative approach with literature review and case study methods, the research demonstrates that Fatayat NU plays a crucial role in enhancing women's capacities through multidisciplinary programs encompassing religious education, social development, economic empowerment, and health initiatives, all grounded in Islamic values that affirm gender equality (Q.S. An-Naml:23, Al-Hujurat:14). The organization actively combats patriarchal stigma and discrimination by promoting religious literacy, policy advocacy (such as the implementation of Presidential Instruction No. 9/2000 on Gender Mainstreaming), and skills and entrepreneurship training. Collaboration with government entities (through CEDAW, Law No. 23/2004) and institutions such as the Ministry of Religious Affairs (KEMENAG), the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI), and the Department of Social Affairs (Dinsos) further amplifies its impact. The findings reveal that Fatayat NU not only empowers women as agents of change in both domestic and public spheres but also contributes to human resource development toward Indonesia's Golden Vision 2045. Key challenges include deeply entrenched patriarchal norms and women's low self-confidence, which are addressed through a holistic, Islamic value-based approach and policy collaboration.

Abstract

Akad Mudharobah adalah akad kerjasama yang dilakukan oleh pemilik dana (Shohibul Mall) dengan pengelola dana (Mudhorib) yang mana jika mendapatkan keuntungan akan di bagi menurut kesepakatan diawal akad. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Sistem Tabungan Baitullah iB Hasanah di Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Kantor Cabang Pembantu di Probolinggo dengan Akad Mudhorobah, untuk mengetahui Tabungan Baitullah iB Hasanah yang memakai Akad Mudhorobah bisa menyerap nasabah lebih banyak dan untuk mengetahui solusi jika Tabungan Baitullah iB Hasanah yang memakai akad Mudhorobah tidak memenuhi target Nasabah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan fenomenologis dan jenis penelitian kualitatif, karena melihat dari fenomena kesenangan masyarakat Probolinggo dalam memilih tabungan dengan akad mudharobah. Dalam penelitian ini yang digunakan untuk menganalisa data adalah dengan cara deskriptif (non-staistik), yaitu penelitian yang digunakan dengan menggambarkan perolehan data dengan kata-kata atau kalimat secara terpisah demi mendapatkan kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa Nasabah yang menabung pada Tabungan Baitullah iB Hasanah di BSI Probolinggo lebih banyak menggunkan Akad Mudharobah dengan alasan mendapatkan bagi hasil dari bank, dan cara untuk memasarkan produknya, BSI ikut andil dalam event yang diadakan oleh pemerintah seperti Muharom Days dan CFD di alun-alun Probolinggo.

Abstract

The development of the frozen food industry in Indonesia is growing rapidly in line with changes in people's lifestyles that prioritize practicality and efficiency. This sector is a potential opportunity for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), including Sakinah Frozen Food which sells various frozen processed foods. However, competition with large manufacturers' products as well as limitations in digital promotion and marketing strategies are the main challenges faced. This research aims to analyze marketing development strategies that can increase the competitiveness of Sakinah Frozen Food in the digital era. The approach used is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, in-depth interviews with business owners, and documentation of marketing activities carried out. Data analysis was carried out using the 7P marketing mix theory and Porter's competitiveness concept, to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT analysis) in the marketing strategy of the business. This study discusses aspects of marketing promotional capacity through social media. The results show that Sakinah Frozen Food has strength in terms of product completeness, competitive prices, and responsive service to local consumers. However, there are still weaknesses in terms of digital promotion and the use of online platforms such as marketplaces and application-based delivery services
