Abstract

Cupping therapy is a traditional treatment method that has been used for centuries. This study aims to map the effects of cupping therapy on body health based on existing literature. This study reviews various scientific articles that discuss physiological effects, mechanisms of action, and benefits and potential risks. The review results show that cupping therapy has a positive effect on improving blood circulation, relieving pain, and reducing inflammation. However, further research is needed to strengthen the scientific evidence supporting the application of this therapy in modern medical practice.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi, hambatan, dan upaya perbaikan kebijakan organisasi serta tata kerja pada Sekretariat Deputi Koordinasi Peningkatan Kesejahteraan Sosial di Kementerian Koordinator Bidang Pembangunan Manusia dan Kebudayaan (Kemenko PMK). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan telah berjalan namun belum optimal. Hambatan utama yang ditemukan meliputi jumlah sumber daya manusia yang belum ideal (hanya 9 orang dari kebutuhan ideal 10), keterbatasan alokasi anggaran, serta infrastruktur teknologi yang belum memadai. Keterbatasan ini mempengaruhi efektivitas kerja dan responsivitas lembaga. Dalam mengatasi kendala tersebut, dilakukan beberapa upaya perbaikan seperti pelatihan peningkatan kapasitas, revisi anggaran, inisiatif anggota membawa perangkat teknologi pribadi, serta dukungan langsung dari pimpinan dalam mendampingi pelaksanaan tugas sekretariat. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya perencanaan SDM yang strategis, dukungan teknologi, serta keterlibatan aktif pimpinan dalam optimalisasi implementasi kebijakan organisasi di instansi pemerintahan. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi referensi dalam penguatan tata kelola birokrasi, khususnya dalam fungsi koordinasi bidang kesejahteraan sosial.

Abstract

This research to describe the mathematical engagement of seventh grade junior high school students in problems solving with the theme of Brawijaya Temple with high, medium, and low levels of mathematical ability. This type of research is qualitative research using an exploratory approach. The students used were 6 grade VII students of Junior High School 1 Karangrejo who were students working on problem solving and interviewing. The results showed: (1) mathematical engagement of highly skilled students in  problems solving with the theme of Brawijaya Temple, namely students having the engagement of “get the job”, (2) mathematical engagement of students with moderate abilities in problems solving with the theme of Brawijaya Temple, namely students having engagement is “I am really into this”, (3) Mathematical engagement of students with low abilities in problems solving with the theme of Brawijaya Temple is that students have “pseudo-engagement”.
