Abstract

Global warming is one of the things that causes environmental damage. Factors causing environmental damage include development that is not environmentally friendly, such as wasting energy, reducing green land, and others. The Green Building concept is one of the solutions to reduce global warming related to Civil Engineering buildings. The City of Langsa has recently rehabilitated the Integrated Hajj and Umrah Service Center (IHUSC) office, from a simple building to a 2-storey building, therefore the building has become the object of the author's research to assess how much the building has implemented the Green Building concept. The purpose of this study is to provide information regarding the value of the Green Building concept obtained by the Langsa City IHUSC building and provide advice regarding the suitability of implementing the Green Building concept in the IHUSC building so that it can be implemented as well as possible. The research steps use interview techniques and field observations and adapted to the Greenship assessment tool. Based on the results of the green building assessment, that have been carried out, the Langsa City Hajj and Umrah Service Center building received 43 points out of 117 maximum points. The Langsa City Integrated Hajj and Umrah Service Center building succeeded in obtaining a Bronze rating. ABSTRAK Pemanasan global adalah salah satu hal yang menyebabkan kerusakan lingkungan. Faktor-faktor penyebab kerusakan lingkungan tersebut diantaranya pembangunan yang tidak ramah pada lingkungan, seperti pemborosan energi, berkurangnya lahan hijau, dan lainnya. Konsep Green Building adalah salah satu solusi untuk mereduksi pemanasan global terkait bangunan Teknik Sipil. Kota Langsa baru saja merehabilitasi kantor Pusat Layanan Haji dan Umrah Terpadu (PLHUT), dari yang sebelumnya bangunan sederhana menjadi sebuah gedung yang memiliki 2 lantai, maka dari itu gedung tersebut menjadi objek penelitian penulis untuk menilai seberapa besar gedung tersebut sudah menerapkan konsep Green Building. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan informasi terkait nilai dari konsep Green Building yang diperoleh gedung PLHUT Kota Langsa dan memberikan saran terkait kesesuaian implementasi konsep Green Building pada gedung PLHUT agar dapat diterapkan sebaik-baiknya. Tahapan penelitian ini menggunakan suatu metode dengan teknik wawancara dan pengamatan di lapangan dan disesuaikan dengan perangkat penilaian Greenship. Berdasarkan dari hasil penilaian grren building, gedung PLHUT Kota Langsa memperoleh poin sebesar 43 dari 117 poin maksimal. Dengan demikian gedung PLHUT Kota Langsa berhasil memperoleh peringkat Perunggu.

Abstract

Administrative management of the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business (FEBI) at State Islamic University of Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi is still ineffective, where mail management is still done manually or semi-automatically. However, the number of letters published is still limited. The situation in this faculty often results in long queues when students need to collect their letters. Students have to come directly to the faculty to check whether the letters they have submitted have been issued or not. However, there is currently no specific information system in place to manage administrative difficulties linked to letter submission and issuance at FEBI. As a result, improvements in this area are required to boost the efficiency and convenience of administrative procedures at the faculty. The purpose of this research is to create an Administration System for Letter Submission and Issuance at the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, UIN Bukittinggi, utilizing the Laravel framework and the MySQL database. This technology enables users to manage correspondence online, making it more productive and efficient. This study uses the Research and Development (RnD) version of the Pressman waterfall model. The system was built using Visual Studio Code software and using the Laravel framework as the back end and CSS bootstrap as the front end. The system can help students in managing correspondence effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

The Nasari Savings is needed to find out the perceptions of a member about the services and performance of the management that has been carried out. To assess and examine the satisfaction of members, several dimensions can be used as measurement tools. The study was aimed to determine the level of satisfaction of members of the Cooperative. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with a total sample of 96 people. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling technique and data is collected through a questionnaire. The indicators of service; office strategic elements, cleanliness and comfort of office space, the availability of complete office facilities such as computers, printers and office telephones, transaction execution systems, accuracy in services, information clarity given by employees, the readiness of employees to receive complaints from members, the willingness and ability of employees to provide the information needed, the readiness of employees in providing services, knowledge, skills and skills of employees in their fields, beliefs about security, cooperative legal certainty, attention given by employees against member complaints, employees provide services to all members regardless of social status, employees always maintain good communication with members are included to Very Good performances.
