Abstract

The problem of competition and the demands of changing times towards globalization and modernization are quite dynamic, so that demands high performance and high performance can be realized by the conducive organizational climate and organizational culture that is open to technological and information changes. This study aims to determine the extent of the role and influence of organizational culture and climate on service performance. This research method uses descriptive and verification research. Descriptive research tries to provide an overview of research variables that are able to provide information on current conditions, while verification research to draw a conclusion to provide an explanation of the relationship between variables, so that by doing verification analysis can provide an explanation of the contribution of the magnitude of the relationship or influence and the results of hypothesis testing that was submitted. The results of the study prove that the organizational culture, organizational climate and service performance variables are descriptive in the good category. While the results of the verification study prove that organizational climate has a greater effect on service performance when compared to organizational culture. The results of this study provide recommendations to the PD. BPR Sukahaji should always maintain, maintain and even improve the creation of climate and organizational culture, especially for the creation of a work environment related to organizational climate.

Abstract

The implementation of technology and information in the government environment or Electronic Government (E-Government) is a very important factor to be carried out by the government in order to implement more responsive, transparent, accountable services to realize a more quality service system in responding to the challenges of technological development today. Thus, the government, society, and business parties can access information and transact quickly, precisely and cheaply. Therefore, the strategy formulation is indispensable in responding to challenges and weaknesses to maximize strengths and opportunities. The strategy formulation that is considered relevant for conducting this present research is the SWOT analysis. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research model by identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats through research questionnaires and interviews conducted on 30 employees involved in the process of public service activities. Technique for analyzing internal and external business environments uses SWOT. The results show that by considering the strengths and weaknesses as well as external factors to take into account the opportunities and threats, it can be seen that the appropriate strategies to realize the implementation of E-Government to achieve quality service is the aggressive strategy, which refers to the strategy of development regarding very good situations because there are strengths to be utilized to seize profitable opportunities.

Abstract

The advances in science and technology accelerate modernization in all areas, it grew stronger developments in line with the demands of reform and globalization. It is necessary for human resources which has the competence to master science and technology and be able to compete for the challenges of globalization. The development of science and technology (science and technology) can bring qualified human resources into all aspects of human life that can change the life style of the traditional mode of modern life. The changes that must be followed to improve the quality of human resources, one way to improve the quality of education. The national education system continues to be developed in accordance with the needs and developments in the local, national and global. Fiqh subjects closely related to the real world of students, for example thaharah, prayer, Hajj and Umrah, taking care of the corpse, sale and purchase, inheritance and others. For that a teacher must be creative in delivering course material, creating a fun learning conditions for students, so that students are interested and able to understand the material presented by the teacher to the fullest. The use of instructional media at the stage of learning orientation will greatly help the effectiveness of the learning process and the delivery of messages and content at the time. Besides, to encourage motivation and interests of students, learning media can also help students improve comprehension, presenting an interesting and reliable data facilitate the interpretation of data, and condense information. Interest in learning for students is an important factor for the successful achievement of learning objectives. Due to the lack of interest will grow the passion to learn and a sense of fun to the subject. Conversely the absence of strong interest, the desire or curiosity also lost and will lead to failure.Keywords:  Learning Media, Learning Motivation, Learning Fiqh

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, sectors were affected, one of which was the transportation sector for exampleis public transportation. The performance of public transportation is an important benchmark to maintain theexistence of public transportation, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to evaluatepublic transportation’s operational performance based on the Directorate General of Land Transportation’sstandards, the level of satisfaction, and the level of user interest in public transportation on the Soreang-Leuwipanjang route using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). From the results of the research,obtained that in terms of operational performance parameters of number of vehicles operating and duration ofservices have a value below the Standards. The number of operating vehicles is less than 82% of the totalvehicles that have operating permits that is 51,2%, whereas the duration of operation is less than 15 hours, thisis because during the COVID-19 pandemic passengers tend to decrease. The level of satisfaction and interestare grouped into factors that are prioritized by the passengers. Based on the results of the IPA, the factors thatneed to be improved are the use of masks by both the passengers and public transportation drivers and also thedriver’s skill in driving. ABSTRAK Pada masa pandemi COVID-19 sektor yang terkena imbas salah satunya adalah sektor transportasi misalnyaAngkutan Kota (Angkot). Kinerja angkot merupakan tolak ukur yang penting dalam beroperasinya angkot,terlebih di masa pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja operasional angkotberdasarkan standar dari Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Darat serta mengevaluasi tingkat kepuasan dankepentingan pengguna angkot rute Soreang-Leuwipanjang menggunakan metode Importance PerformanceAnalysis (IPA). Dari hasil penelitian, diperoleh bahwa dalam hal kinerja operasional parameter JumlahKendaraan Beroperasi dan Durasi Pelayanan memiliki nilai dibawah standar. Jumlah Kendaraan Beroperasi<82% dari total kendaraan yang memiliki izin operasi yaitu sebesar 51,7%, sedangkan untuk Durasi Pelayananoperasinya kurang dari 15 jam, hal ini karena pada masa pandemi COVID-19 pengguna angkot cenderungberkurang. Untuk tingkat kepuasan dan tingkat kepentingan, dikelompokkan ke dalam faktor yang diutamakanoleh pengguna angkot. Berdasarkan hasil IPA, faktor yang perlu ditingkatkan yaitu penggunaan masker olehpenumpang dan sopir serta keterampilan sopir dalam mengemudi.
