Abstract

Peserta didik dengan segala kemampuan di dalamnya mempunyai berbagai keunikan yang berbeda satu dengan yang lainnya. Manusia tidak hanya berkembang dalam sebuah bentuk fisik semata, akan tetapi pikiran ataupun akal yang ada dalam diri manusia juga ikut berkembang dalam sebuah bentuk fisik semata, akan tetapi pikiran ataupun akal yang ada dalam sebuah fisik semata, akan tetapi pikiran ataupun akal yang ada dalam diri manusia juga ikut berkembang. Berkembangnya akal manusia inilah yang kemudian akan membedakan kedewasaan manusia. Membangun kesadaran akan fungsi dan tujuan diciptakanya manusia hendaknya telah ditanam sejak sebelum dewasa, di mana terciptanya manusia di bumi dan segala konsekuensi yang harus dihadapi manusia, tidak bisa terlepas dari kuasa sang khaliq, dalam hal ini adalah Allah SWT, sehingga pemahaman ini hendaknya menjadi sebuah kesadaran untuk berbuat yang lebih baik dalam kehidupan ini.  Peran Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam secara tidak langsung sangat dibutuhkan dalam mengatasi permasalahan yang ada di sekolah khususnya di MTs Negeri 1 Kabupaten Indramayu, ini tidak lepas perlunya kerjasama yang saling mengisi dan memberi dalam setiap mengatasi masalah dengan melakukan pembinaan kepada siswa di sekolah. Karena secara tidak sadar keduanya saling membutuhkan. Peran pembinaan oleh guru keagamaan yaitu melaksanakan dan membimbing pendidikan agama yang dilaksanakan dalam lingkup sekolah bertujuan untuk memahamkan peserta didik tentang pengertian pendidikan agama Islam. Peran guru pembina adalah haruslah memiliki mempunyai pengaruh besar dalam pembentukan tingkahlaku siswa secara Islami setelah mempelajari tentang agama Islam di sekolah. Peran guru pembina dalam pembentukan karakter, disebut sebagai peran agama dalam pembentukan karakter siswa dimaksudkan agar siswa mempunyai karakter muslim yang sempurna dan menjadi muslim yang sejati. Kata Kunci : Pembinaan, Motivasi, Minat.

Abstract

The problem of competition and the demands of changing times towards globalization and modernization are quite dynamic, so that demands high performance and high performance can be realized by the conducive organizational climate and organizational culture that is open to technological and information changes. This study aims to determine the extent of the role and influence of organizational culture and climate on service performance. This research method uses descriptive and verification research. Descriptive research tries to provide an overview of research variables that are able to provide information on current conditions, while verification research to draw a conclusion to provide an explanation of the relationship between variables, so that by doing verification analysis can provide an explanation of the contribution of the magnitude of the relationship or influence and the results of hypothesis testing that was submitted. The results of the study prove that the organizational culture, organizational climate and service performance variables are descriptive in the good category. While the results of the verification study prove that organizational climate has a greater effect on service performance when compared to organizational culture. The results of this study provide recommendations to the PD. BPR Sukahaji should always maintain, maintain and even improve the creation of climate and organizational culture, especially for the creation of a work environment related to organizational climate.

Abstract

The implementation of technology and information in the government environment or Electronic Government (E-Government) is a very important factor to be carried out by the government in order to implement more responsive, transparent, accountable services to realize a more quality service system in responding to the challenges of technological development today. Thus, the government, society, and business parties can access information and transact quickly, precisely and cheaply. Therefore, the strategy formulation is indispensable in responding to challenges and weaknesses to maximize strengths and opportunities. The strategy formulation that is considered relevant for conducting this present research is the SWOT analysis. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research model by identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats through research questionnaires and interviews conducted on 30 employees involved in the process of public service activities. Technique for analyzing internal and external business environments uses SWOT. The results show that by considering the strengths and weaknesses as well as external factors to take into account the opportunities and threats, it can be seen that the appropriate strategies to realize the implementation of E-Government to achieve quality service is the aggressive strategy, which refers to the strategy of development regarding very good situations because there are strengths to be utilized to seize profitable opportunities.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to contribute to the literature by focusing on the relationship between Islamic financial literacy and investment behavior while identifying the mediating effect of Islamic financial management behavior among millennial generations. This study adopts a quantitative research design. Data for this research were obtained through the distribution and completion of questionnaires by millennials in South Sulawesi. The questionnaire distribution took place over a span of 3 months (September-October 2023). The population in this study consists of millennials in South Sulawesi, and the sampling technique employed is purposive sampling. SmartPLS version 4 is utilized as the data analysis tool. The results of the research show that Sharia financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on Islamic financial management behavior, Islamic financial management behavior has a positive and significant effect on investment behavior, Islamic financial management behavior has a positive and significant effect in mediating the relationship between sharia financial literacy and investment behavior, and sharia financial literacy has no effect on investment behavior.

Abstract

Abstract

The local economy is a topic that is widely discussed because of its importance in economic growth, because it is local, one of the sectors that supports it is the MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) sector. In line with this, the global halal industry has experienced growth in several years final. The local economy and the halal industry are two interesting things to research, therefore this research contributes to the literature with a focus on local economic empowerment through the development of the halal industry. This research is a field research study with an economic approach and the data was collected using interviews with 5 people responded, the results of the research show that the development of the MSME halal industry in Bone Regency shows a positive trend with an increase in the number of MSMEs and the average income of the sector. MSME players show commitment to halal principles, government support is considered key, and even though they have not implemented many specific marketing strategies, they have succeeded in utilizing social media. In the context of local economic empowerment, the Bone Regency government supports the halal industry through tax incentives, collaboration with the private sector, and active promotion. Thus, it is hoped that the potential of the halal industry in Bone Regency will continue to have a positive impact on local economic growth and job creation, making this area the center of a competitive halal industrial cluster.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe aim of this research is to analyze the influence of each variable, namely attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and Islamic financial management behavior on investment behavior, the influence of each variable, namely attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control on financial management behavior. Islamic, the influence of each variable, namely attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control on investment behavior through the mediation of Islamic financial management behavior. This type of research is quantitative research for the methodological aspect and a sharia economic approach for the scientific aspect. Data collection methods use questionnaires and interviews. The population in this study was the millennial generation in South Sulawesi using a sample of 180 respondents. These data were tested using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique with the help of the SmartPLS Version 4 analysis tool. The research results showed that attitudes, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control each had no effect on investment behavior. Islamic financial management behavior has a positive and significant effect on investment behavior. Attitudes and subjective norms each have a positive and significant effect on Islamic financial management behavior, while perceived behavioral control has no effect. Attitudes and subjective norms each influence investment behavior through the mediation of Islamic financial management behavior, while perceived behavioral control has no effect. This research has the implication that seminars on sharia finance must be carried out more actively and investment galleries and stock communities in each city/district need to be formed so that the opportunity to increase the number of sharia stock investors will be greater. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat religiusitas, inklusi keuangan, perilaku menabung dan keputusan menabung nasabah bank syariah Indonesia kabupaten Bone serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh religiusitas dan inklusi keuangan secara parsial dan simultan terhadap perilaku menabung serta dampaknya terhadap keputusan menabung nasabah bank syariah Indonesia kabupaten Bone. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan 100 orang penyebaran kuesioner. Adapun teknik yang digunakan antara lain: survei, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk menjawab hipotesis yaitu analisis jalur.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil deskriptif dari nilai rata-rata tingkat religiusitas sebesar 4,27, tingkat inklusi keuangan sebesar 4,08, tingkat perilaku menabung sebesar 3,87 dan tingkat keputusan menabung di bank syariah Indonesia Kabupaten Bone sebesar 3,68 sehingga hasil tersebut dalam kategori cukup tinggi. Sedangkan hasil penelitian verifikatif menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh religiusitas dan inklusi keuangan baik secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku menabung dengan nilai R Square 70%. Temuan selanjutnya menunjukkan bahwa religiusitas dan inklusi keuangan baik secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menabung dengan nilai R Square 57%. Temuan terakhir menunjukkan bahwa perilaku menabung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menabung sebasar 51,7%.

Abstract

This research aims to identify how the concept of frugal living can address wasteful behavior and examine its relationship with the principle of hifdz al-mal. The methodology employed is a qualitative approach through Library Research. Data were comprehensively collected by examining various sources such as books, online materials, and relevant scientific articles. The findings indicate that frugal living is consistent with the principle of hifdz al-mal, as both emphasize efficient and prudent wealth management. The implementation of frugal living aids in avoiding wastefulness and ensures that wealth management aligns with Islamic teachings as outlined in the concept of hifdz al-mal. This study concludes that the application of frugal living is effective in mitigating wasteful behavior and supports the implementation of the hifdz al-mal principle in Islamic economics. Frugal living, which emphasizes efficient and planned financial management, aligns with Islamic teachings on the prudent use of wealth. By adhering to the principles of frugal living, individuals can manage consumption by considering basic needs (dharuriyat), secondary needs (hajiyat), and complementary needs (tahsiniyat), thus preventing waste and unproductive use of resources.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi promosi yang dilakukan oleh Toko Rindu Mode melalui media sosial Instagram dalam meningkatkan penjualan serta meninjau kesesuaiannya dengan prinsip ekonomi syariah. Toko Rindu Mode merupakan salah satu UMKM fashion yang aktif menggunakan Instagram sebagai media promosi utama. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Rindu Mode menerapkan berbagai strategi promosi yang efektif, antara lain penyajian konten visual menarik, pemberian diskon dan penawaran khusus, kolaborasi dengan influencer, serta keaktifan mengikuti berbagai kegiatan komunitas. Strategi tersebut terbukti meningkatkan penjualan, memperluas jangkauan pasar, serta memperkuat hubungan dengan pelanggan. Dari perspektif ekonomi syariah, strategi promosi yang dilakukan Rindu Mode telah sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam, seperti kejujuran dalam penyampaian informasi produk, keterbukaan harga, serta menghindari praktik penipuan dan ketidakjelasan (gharar). Selain itu, toko ini juga menerapkan prinsip kerelaan untuk memperoleh keuntungan yang wajar demi menjaga kepuasan dan kepercayaan konsumen.
