Abstract

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) is a businesses whose personnel and revenue numbers fall below certain limits. The abbreviation "SME" is used by international organizations such as the World Bank, the European Union, the United Nations, and the World Trade Organization (WTO). SMES contribute to the economy and development of a region. This activity focuses on the digital transformation implemented by Dr. Koffie as one of the SMEs in Bandar Lampung. The activity uses a participatory approach by discussing and presenting material about the importance of digital marketing for businesses. Dr. Koffie uses digital transformation to increase product sales and customers. However, Dr. Koffie can pay more attention to digital developments and optimize online marketing on sites such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and their own website. Dr. Koffie is a coffee shop located in the city of Lampung, that carries a unique concept, namely the beach, with bean bag chairs so that visitors seem to be on the beach.

Abstract

The problem of low science literacy needs to be used as a reference by the government in improving the learning system in Indonesia. This study aims to produce teaching materials in the form of STEM-Based Electronic Student Worksheets (E-LKPD) to Improve Science Literacy Skills in Environmental Change Materials. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a 4-D development model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). The development process goes through a validity test of 2 experts, a readability test of 15 students, and a field trial by 1 biology teacher and 35 students. The results of the study showed that the developed E-LKPD had an average validity percentage of 85.2% with very feasible criteria. In the readability test, the average percentage of E-LKPD reached 86.2% with very feasible criteria. While in the field trial, the responses of teachers and students showed very feasible criteria with percentages of 81.25% and 82.25%. There was an increase in the average creative thinking ability measured through the test instrument. The average result of creative thinking ability before the implementation of E-LKPD was 57.3 while after the implementation of E-LKPD it increased to 79.6 with an N-Gain of 0.50 in the moderate category. Based on these results, it can be concluded that E-LKPD is very feasible to use in learning activities and there is an increase in scientific literacy skills after the use of E-LKPD in the learning process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan bisnis pada usaha Es Ameng yang telah beroperasi sejak tahun 1965 di Kecamatan Bengkalis. Usaha ini dikenal sebagai salah satu ikon kuliner lokal yang mampu bertahan di tengah persaingan industri minuman segar yang sangat ketat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis dilakukan pada berbagai aspek, meliputi aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek teknis dan operasi, aspek sumber daya manusia, serta aspek lingkungan industri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usaha Es Ameng layak untuk dijalankan dan dikembangkan karena memenuhi kriteria kelayakan dari berbagai aspek yang dianalisis. Selain itu, posisi Es Ameng yang dikenal sebagai kuliner legendaris di Bengkalis dapat memperkuat citra usaha sebagai bagian dari warisan kuliner lokal sekaligus meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan dan daya saing di pasar lokal. Studi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi para pelaku usaha dalam mengembangkan dan mempertahankan bisnis di tengah persaingan pasar yang ketat.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan agar pengendalian kas pada usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) Roti Bakar Kuy di Makassar lebih baik dengan menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR). Pengabdian ini dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap proses pencatatan dan pengelolaan keuangan harian di beberapa outlet usaha. Roti Bakar Kuy meskipun pencatatan masih dilakukan secara manual, pemilik usaha telah menyadari pentingnya pemisahan kas pribadi dan usaha, serta disiplin dalam pelaporan keuangan. Namun, ditemukan berbagai kendala seperti kelalaian mencatat transaksi saat outlet ramai, kesalahan perhitungan, hingga indikasi kecurangan pegawai. Kegiatan ini merekomendasikan penggunaan aplikasi akuntansi sederhana seperti Manager.io serta penerapan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Entitas Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (SAK EMKM) untuk meningkatkan akurasi dan transparansi keuangan. Temuan ini menjadi bukti bahwa UMKM dapat mengelola kas secara efektif asalkan didukung oleh sistem yang tepat dan kemauan untuk beradaptasi terhadap teknologi.

The results of the research showed that the developed E-LKPD had an average validity percentage of 85.2% with very feasible criteria. While in the field trial, the responses of teachers and students showed very feasible criteria with percentages of 81.25% and 82.25%. There was an increase in the average scientific literacy skills measured through the test instrument. The average result of scientific literacy skills before the implementation of E-LKPD was 57.3 while after the implementation of E-LKPD it increased to 79.6 with an N-Gain of 0.50 in the moderate category. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh inflasi terhadap pendapatan usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) di Kecamatan Bengkalis. Inflasi sebagai faktor eksternal yang dapat mempengaruhi daya beli Masyarakat dan biaya oprasional yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja usaha, terutama UMKM yang rentan terhadap perubahan ekonomi. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang didapatkan melalui survei dan pengisian kuisioner oleh pelaku umkm secara langsung. Dari data yang dianalisis inflasi memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap berbagai aspek UMKM. secara umum, Inflasi mempengaruhi kenaikan harga bahan baku, yang pada gilirannya berdampak pada biaya operasional. meskipun banyak UMKM yang merasakan kenaikan biaya ini, sebagian dari mereka dapat mengelola dampaknya dengan cukup baik, meskipun ada juga yang terpengaruh cukup signifikan. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar pelaku umkm perlu mengembangkan pendekatan yang lebih adaptif dan inovatif untuk menghadapi tantangan inflasi ini, dengan fokus pada pengelolaan biaya dan kualitas produk agar tetap dapat bertahan dan berkembang dalam pasar yang semakin kompetitif.
