Abstract

Perinatal depression is a mood disorder that occurs in pregnant and postpartum women. To determine the magnitude of the risk of perinatal depression, this study uses the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) screening tool. This study uses primary data in the form of a questionnaire to collect data on screening for depression in pregnant women and postpartum during the last 12 months. This research is an observational descriptive study with cross sectional research design. Sampling was done by cluster random sampling in Segobang Village, Jelun Village, and Banjar Village in Licin District, Banyuwangi Regency. The number of samples obtained was 31 samples. In the EPDS screening results of the pregnant women group, the results showed a very high risk of 18,75%. Whereas in the postpartum maternal group, the results showed a high risk of 6,67%, and a very high risk of 6,67%. Based on the results of the correlation test with Spearman's rho correlation, it can be concluded that there was a significant corellation between maternal age of postpartum with the risk of perinatal depression (α = 0,03).

Abstract

Abstract : Management in education requires a system that stores various information needed in educational institutions. The system can be said to be a management information system. Management information systems in education have a very broad scope and are based on initial concepts such as systems, data, databases, and information presentation in an educational institution. This article aims to explain the basic concepts related to management information systems in education. This article uses descriptive qualitative and literature study methods by collecting various information from various references related to systems, system development, education systems, information, data, databases and the provision of educational data and information. The education system is a regular arrangement of activities and sub-systems that are interrelated with each other and correlated to achieve the desired educational goals. In the system there are two parts that should not conflict with each other, the difference only lies in the procedures for use and elements such as teachers, students, student guardians, principals, and the community. Furthermore, the system requires development that is useful as an improvement in achieving educational goals through stored data and information.

Abstract

Kehilangan orang tua memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap perkembangan psikologis remaja, yang mempengaruhi rasa diri dan problem traumatis tetapi banyak dari mereka yang bisa bangkit dan menunjukkan prestasti yang lebih baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar pada remaja yang orangtuanya telah meninggal dunia. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus dengan subjek sebanyak tiga orang yang memiliki karakterisik remaja hingga dewasa awal yang memiliki prestasi dan salah satu orangtuanya telah meninggal dunia, pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara semi terstruktur yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa remaja yang mengalami kematian orang tua mengalami kesedihan dan keadaan trauma yang buruk, kehilangan sosok orang yang dicintai yang menghilangkan dukungan sumber motivasi utama serta hilangnya kenyamanan. Menghadapi berbagai situasi masalah yang menyebabkan stress, dalam beberapa waktu membutuhkan kemampuan untuk mengelola permasalahan dan resiliensi yang mampu membuat mereka bertahan. Mereka juga memiliki sumber motivasi yang tinggi baik internal dan eksternal sehingga mampu memberikan prestasi yang terbaik
