Abstract

Competitive advantage is the added value that a company has or an advantage that makes the company superior to other competitors in the product or service aspect so that it can attract attention when the target buyers are the same. Strategic management is very important to determine the decisions that must be made so that the company continues to survive and win over its competitors. This paper has several objectives as follows: (1). To find out the Vision, Mission, Goals and Strategy of PT Campina Ice Cream Industry. (2). To analyze the External and Internal Environment of PT Campina Ice Cream Industry. (3). To find out Strategy Implementation in Management aspects and other prominent aspects of PT Campina Ice Cream Industry. (4). To find out the Evaluation and Control of PT Campina Ice Cream Industry. Campina must continue to show that their company is running according to the company's vision, mission and goals. Campina also needs to continue to analyze the business environment, both external and internal, so that Campina can take advantage of existing opportunities and survive threats from outside the company as well as maximize the benefits of the company's strengths and overcome internal weaknesses. The many issues of management, operations, marketing, finance, research & development, and management information systems mean that successful strategy implementation is not guaranteed. Therefore, Campina needs to continue to carry out evaluation and control so that it can continue to survive and develop over a long period of time and in a sustainable manner (5). To analyze the Social Responsibility carried out by PT Campina Ice Cream Industry. (6). To analyze the strategy for achieving long-term sustainability (sustainability) of PT Campina Ice Cream Industry. Campina must continue to show that their company is running according to the company's vision, mission and goals. Campina also needs to continue to analyze the business environment, both external and internal, so that Campina can take advantage of existing opportunities and survive threats from outside the company as well as maximize the benefits of the company's strengths and overcome internal weaknesses. Abstract

Employee development program aims to strenghten talents and as a optimal retention program. Development program which is not followed by interesting career development opportunities can be occured turn over intentions. Employability Paradoxs is an employee development program which brings   increasing turn over intentions risk. This paradoxs occurs if employee who gets  improvement on their competency does not have good career opportunity in organizations. The objectives of this study examines internal and external employability as of mediating the relationship between human resource development with turn over intentions. The relationship between perceived internal and external employability with turn over intentions is moderated by Job autonomy. This study is a quantitative study by distributing questionnaires to 108 employees of beauty services companies in Surabaya. The result of this study is that employee development has no direct effect on turnover intenions, perceived internal and external employability fully mediates employee development related to turn over intentions. Job autonomy strengthen the perceived internal employability relationship with turnover intentions and job autonomy lowered the perceived external employability relationship with the turnover intention.

Abstract

Lentera Harapan School (SLH) Gunung Moria is located at Jalan Boulevard M.H. Thamrin No. 11 00, Kelapa Dua, Tangerang, Banten. The number of students at SLH Gunung Moria is 152 people, consisting of junior high and high school students who are children from the interior of Papua. Based on the problems found, the partners need to improve skills in carrying out simple practical activities without using laboratory equipment. Community Service (PkM) activities are carried out to provide scientific education to SLH Gunung Moria students about creative practical work on developing natural laboratory equipment in the surrounding area. The methods used are lectures and demonstrations. PkM activities are carried out in three stages, namely preparation of tools and materials, implementation, and evaluation. Demonstration of simple practical work that is arranged without using laboratory equipment, namely practical work: (1) cigarette smoke test, (2) Ingenhousz photosynthesis experiment, (3) anaerobic respiration, and (4) water filter. The results of this PkM show a positive impact in the implementation of simple practical work at SLH Gunung Moria. At the end of the demonstration, students were given the opportunity to try practicing the practicum so as to improve their skills and understanding of scientific practicums using simple tools. It is hoped that this education will increase the creativity of SLH Gunung Moria students to carry out simple practicums by exploring natural resources in Papua without using laboratory equipment that may not be available in their area.
