Abstract

The research entitled The Effect of Substitution of Soybean Flour on Biscuit Quality is a type of research using quantitative approach with experimental method. The purpose to know the effect of quality biscuit with soybean flour substitution with different percentage that is equal to 50%, 25% and 10% viewed from aspect of color, flavor, aroma and texture. The experiments used 3 different types of treatment on the percentage of soy flour used ie, biscuit A with 50% soy flour, biscuit B with 25% soy flour, and C biscuits with 10% soy flour.Methods of data collection using subjective assessment of sensory tests taken from the results of a panelist assessment that includes assessment of color, aroma, taste and texture on biscuits. The panel of researchers was 30 people taken by random sampling technique with considerations that included panelist knowledge about the sensory properties of biscuits in general. Methods of data analysis to test the hypothesis using the analysis of single classification variables and tukey test, previously conducted prasarat test that is homogeneity test and normality test. Abstract

Survei air tanah di Kecamatan Bolo, Kecamatan Palibelo , Kecamatan Woha , Kecamatan Langgudu , Kecamatan Wawo, Kecamatan Sape, dan Kecamatan Wera, Kabupaten Bima, Nusa Tenggara Barat telah dilaksanakan. Daerah penelitian terletak di kawasan mayoritas berbukit-bukit dengan jenis tanah rentan kekeringan. Air berlimpah saat musim hujan. Namun, saat musim kemarau permukaan tanahnya retak dan terjadi kekurangan air bersih. Situasi ini meresahkan masyarakat dan pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Bima. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode konfigurasi Geolistrik Resistivitas Schlumberger. Titik pengukuran berada di tujuh Kecamatan dengan total 18 titik pengukuran. Lokasi penelitian di 118,6305833 SL; -8,300888889 EL sampai dengan 119,01925 SL; -8,704638889 EL atau meliputi area seluas ±1.961 Km2. Panjang lintasan yang digunakan maksimal 400 meter. Berdasarkan hasil data resistivitas geolistrik, ditemukan dua jenis akuifer yaitu akuifer terbuka dengan kedalaman berkisar antara 1 m sampai dengan 26 m dan akuifer tertekan dengan kedalaman berkisar antara 90 sampai dengan 115 m. Selain data informasi geolistrik, digunakan pula data pemboran di titik yang dapat dijangkau alat berat di Desa Lanta Barat, Kecamatan Lambu. Di titik pemboran, didapatkan keberadaan lapisan akuifer pada kedalaman sekitar 80 meter. Penemuan sumur bor ini kemudian dimanfaatkan warga untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air bersih.

Abstract

Groundwater Survey in Bolo District, Palibelo District, Woha District, Langgudu District, Wawo District, Sape District, Wera District, Bima Regency, and West Nusa Tenggara for drought mitigation has been implemented. The study area is located in the majority of hilly areas with soil vulnerable to drought. Water is abundant during the rainy season. However, during the dry season, the ground surface is cracked, and there needs to be more clean water. This situation is troubling the community and the Regional Government of Bima Regency. The study was conducted using the Schlumberger resistivity geoelectric configuration method. The measurement point is in seven sub-districts, with a total of 18 measurement points. Research location at 118,6305833 SL; -8,3008888889 EL up to 119,01925 SL; -8,704638889 EL or covers an area of ± 1,961 km2. The length of the path used is a maximum of 400 meters. Based on the results of geoelectric resistivity data, two types of aquifers are found, open aquifers with depths ranging from 1 m to 26 m and aquifers depressed with depths ranging from 70 to 115 m. In addition to geoelectric information data, drilling data is also used at points that can be reached by heavy equipment in Lanta Barat Village, Lambu District. At the drilling point, the presence of an aquifer layer is obtained at a depth of about 80 meters. Residents then use the discovery of the wellbore to meet their need for clean water.
