Abstract

This research aims to determine the Business Success of food entrepreneurs in Tuah Madani District, Pekanbaru, using the variables Business Experience and Entrepreneurial Skills to analyze their influence on Business Success. The population in this research is all food business actors who run food businesses in Tuah Madani District, Pekanbaru City, the exact number of which is not yet known. For an unknown population, the sample size in this study used the Wibisono formula and a sample of 97 people. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire method, namely by providing a list of statements to respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis operated through the SPSS 20 for Windows program. The results of the research show that simultaneously and partially the variables Business Experience and Entrepreneurial Skills have a significant effect on Entrepreneurial Success among food business actors in Tuah Madani District, Pekanbaru. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills on the Business Performance of Culinary Entrepreneurs in Pekanbaru City. The data analysis method used is quantitative. Sources of data using primary and secondary in the form of questionnaires and interviews. The population in this study are culinary business actors in the city of Pekanbaru. For the population and sample because the total population is not known with certainty, then a total sample of 97 people. The results of the study indicate that there is a simultaneous significant influence between Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills on the Business Performance of Culinary Entrepreneurs in Pekanbaru City. Partially also found that knowledge has a significant effect on business performance, ability has a significant effect on business performance, skills have a significant effect on business performance.

Abstract

Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman dan keterampilan melalui pelatihan pembuatan sabun cuci piring cair dalam upaya pemberdayaan Kelompok Arisan Ibu-Ibu RT 08 RW 11 Kelurahan Sidomulyo Barat, Kecamatan Tuah Madani. Target kegiatan adalah mampu menambah pengetahuan dan memotivasi masyarakat khususnya ibu-ibu arisan RT.08 RW 11 Kelurahan Sidomulyo Barat tentang keterampilan usaha melalui pembuatan sabun cuci piring cair. Kegiatan dilakukan yaitu : Sabtu-Minggu, 07 dan 08 Oktober 2023, setelah diskusi dengan masyarakat ditetapkan di Perumahan Vila Bunga Arengka Blok. C 1, RT.08 RW 11 Kelurahan Sidomulyo Barat Kecamatan Tuah Madani Kota Pekanbaru, Riau. Peserta yang hadir sebanyak 28 orang ibu rumah tangga , 13 orang ibu-ibu telah memiliki usaha makanan ringan, usaha catering, pembuatan bunga dan usaha hantaran pesta. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah peserta berhasil membuat sabun cuci piring dan dimasukan didalam kemasan dan tercapainya kelompok kerja (Pokja) RT 08 RW 11 yang memiliki keterampilan dalam membuat Sabun cuci piring.

Abstract

Tujuan Pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan penyuluhan untuk memberikan semangat usaha usaha dan teknik peningkatan pelayanan usaha pada usaha rumahan yang ada di RT 08 RW 11 Kelurahan Sidomulyo Barat, Kecamatan Tuah Madani. Target minimal kegiatan adalah mampu menambah pengetahuan dan memberi semangat kepada ibu-ibu yang sudah memiliki usaha maupun usaha yang baru akan dirintis. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada yaitu : Sabtu dan Minggu, 04-05 Mei 2024, melalui rapat disepakati tempat dilakukan di Perumahan Vila Bunga Arengka Blok. C 1, RT.08 RW 11 Kelurahan Sidomulyo Barat Kecamatan Tuah Madani Kota Pekanbaru, Riau. Peserta terdiri dari 23 orang ibu rumah tangga , 14 orang ibu-ibu sudah mempunyai usaha kue, usaha loundry, usaha makanan prozen, kedai harian ,pembuatan bumbu pecal dan tahu pedas. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Pertama, peserta mendapat pengetahuan baru berdasarkan berbagai pengalaman oleh pelaku usaha sukses agar peserta yang sudah memiliki usaha dapat memperbaiki manajemen usaha, meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan terhadap pelanggan dan meperluas jaringan pertemanan termasuk melakukan kontrol keuangan secara tepat guna agar usaha dapat maju. Kedua, setelah mendapatkan penyuluhan juga dapat dengan mudah dan sungguh-sungguh dapat mendapatkan penghasilan rutin dari penjualan online maupun offline. Berdasarkan hasil praktik penjualan secara onlinie dalam 20 jam dan mampu menghasilakan uang rata-rata sebesar Rp 22.000 dari memanfaatkan secara positif media sosial dan jaringan pertemanan

Abstract

Tujuan Pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan penyuluhan untuk memberikan pengetahuan , pemahaman dan keterampilan literasi keuangan melalui penyuluhan bimbingann pencatatan laporan keuangan di Perumahan Garuda Sakti Residense RT 05 RW 01 Kelurahan Air Putih, Kecamatan Tuah Madani. Target minimal kegiatan ini adalah mampu menambah pengetahuan masyarakat khususnya UMKM Rumah tangga Perumahan Garuda Sakti Residence Panam tentang literasi keuangan melalui sosialisasi dan bimbingan dasar pencatatan laporan keuangan usaha. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada yaitu : Sabtu, 19 Oktober 2024, melalui rapat disepakati tempat dilakukan di di Perumahan Garuda Sakti Residense RT 05 RW 01 Kelurahan Air Putih, Kecamatan Tuah Madani, Riau. Peserta terdiri dari 25 orang ibu rumah tangga dari 32 orang peserta arisan. Peserta ada yang telah memiliki usaha mandiri berupa, kedai harian, penjual makanan dan sarapan pagi, usaha kue, dan usaha laundry. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Pertama, meningkatnya pemahaman peserta ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang memiliki usaha berhasil memperdalam pemahaman mereka mengenai konsep dasar literasi keuangan, Kedua, meningkatnya keterampilan pencatatan keuangan, menyadari risiko usaha dan meningkatkan daya saing ibu rumah tangga yang memiliki usaha memperoleh kesempatan untuk mengasah keterampilan mereka dalam menerapkan konsep literasi keuangan dalam situasi nyata. Serta menyadari resiko usaha yang mungkin dialami, sehingga pelaku usaha harus waspada terhadap keumungkinan tersebut. Abstract

Abstract: The present research was conducted at Riau Province. The purpose of this research is to influence of credit portfolio to non perfoming loan (NPL) and profitability (ROA) in Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Convensional in Riau. The population of this research is a Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Convensional from annual report are listed in Perbarindo Riau during 2009-2013 with the number of saturation samples are 33 BPR in Riau. This research apply on using portofolio credit based on a type of used that is working capital loan, investment loan and consumer loan as an exogenous variable, credit quality (NPL) as an intervening variable and profitability (ROA) as a endogenous variable. The data were analyzed using path analysis. The result of this study indicate that working capital loan through credit quality indirectly significant negative effect on profitability, but the working capital loan directly positive effect on profitability. While investmen loan and consumer loan positive impact on profitability either directly or indirectly throught credit quality. Finally, credit quality and negative significant effect on profitability. Abstract

The entrepreneurship sector is one of the business fields which is the choice for women to prove their ability in entrepreneurship. This study aims to determine the motivation of women, especially housewives in entrepreneurship in Pekanbaru. The data used are primary and secondary data with qualitative descriptive methods. From the pre-survey conducted on housewives in Villa Bunga Arengka Residance, 27.5% of housewives are involved in entrepreneurship which mostly use online services in marketing their sales products. Independent variables used in this study are independence, capital, emotional and education. While the dependent variable in this study is entrepreneurial motivation of housewives. Data collection using online questionnaires and data analysis techniques using quantitative analysis techniques with multiple linear regression analysis tools.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price on purchasing decisions for Kickers Women's Shoes at PT Mahkota Petriedo Indoperkasa, Matahari Branch, Department Store, SKA Mall, Pekanbaru. In this study data were collected through a questionnaire to 87 who became respondents. Then performed an analysis of the data obtained in the form of quantitative analysis. The results of data processing t count 8,643> t table 1,988, which means that the price has a significant effect on the purchase decision for Kickers Women's Shoes at PT Mahkota Petriedo Indoperkasa, Matahari Branch, Department Store, Mall SKA Pekanbaru. The effect of price on purchasing decisions for Kickers Women's Shoes at PT Mahkota Petriedo Indoperkasa, Matahari Branch, Department Store Mall, SKA Pekanbaru, is positive as evidenced by the regression coefficient (b) of 0.633. The magnitude of the effect of the price on the purchase decision for Kickers Women's Shoes at PT Mahkota Petriedo Indoperkasa, Matahari Branch, Department Store, SKA Mall, Pekanbaru, is 46.80%.

Abstract

In an increasingly competitive level, companies must be able to face competitors who offer similar products. Realizing that the company PT. Adhi Karya Persada Nusantara has been prepared by conducting promotions and preparing adequate facilities to meet the needs and challenges needed by the people of Pekanbaru city. This study aims to determine the implementation of promotions and facilities offered, to determine consumer buying interest, and to determine the effect of promotion and facilities offered on consumer buying interest in Villa Bunga Arengka housing type 70 at PT. Adhi Karya Persada Nusantara. This research is descriptive quantitative with statistical calculation. Statistical analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression. Population in this research is resident of Villa Bunga Arengka type 70 house as much as 150 KK. The sample used in this study taken 50% of the total population is set as many as 70 respondents. The results showed that the promotion of Villa Bunga Arengka housing type 70 at PT. Adhi Karya Persada Nusantara is in the category "agree". This means that the implementation of this housing promotion is perceived by consumers is good. While the score of facilities offered on Villa Bunga Arengka housing type 70 at PT. Adhi Karya Persada Nusantara also in the category "agree". This means that the facilities offered by this company are perceived by consumers very well. Consumer buying interest in Villa Bunga Arengka housing type 70 at PT. Adhi Karya Persada Nusantara is in the category "agree". This means that the products and facilities offered by the company are perceived by consumers very well. And after double linear regression testing is known that the implementation of promotions and facilities offered jointly significant effect on consumer buying interest in Villa Bunga Arengka housing Type 70 PT. Abstract

This research was conducted at the Pasir Penyu Camat Office in Indragiri Hulu Regency. The purpose of this study is to find out the Effect of the Work Environment on the Performance of Employees of the Camat Office Pasir Penyu in Indragiri Hulu Regency. This research place was conducted at the “Pasir Penyu” Camat Office in Indragiri Hulu Regency. The sample in the study was 32. Data analysis is done using validity tests, reliability, normality test, simple linear regression, R2 test and t test. The test is done to determine the relationship between free variables and bound variables. Based on the results of the study obtained a value of R square of 51.5% which shows that the work environment affects employee performance, while 48.5% is influenced by other variables that are not examined and the results of the t test conducted by the researchers obtained the value of t count (5.645 ) > t table (2,042). Thus it can be concluded that the work environment has a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Pasir Penyu Camat Office in Indragiri Hulu Regency
