Abstract

Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman dan keterampilan melalui pelatihan pembuatan sabun cuci piring cair dalam upaya pemberdayaan Kelompok Arisan Ibu-Ibu RT 08 RW 11 Kelurahan Sidomulyo Barat, Kecamatan Tuah Madani. Target kegiatan adalah mampu menambah pengetahuan dan memotivasi masyarakat khususnya ibu-ibu arisan RT.08 RW 11 Kelurahan Sidomulyo Barat tentang keterampilan usaha melalui pembuatan sabun cuci piring cair. Kegiatan dilakukan yaitu : Sabtu-Minggu, 07 dan 08 Oktober 2023, setelah diskusi dengan masyarakat ditetapkan di Perumahan Vila Bunga Arengka Blok. C 1, RT.08 RW 11 Kelurahan Sidomulyo Barat Kecamatan Tuah Madani Kota Pekanbaru, Riau. Peserta yang hadir sebanyak 28 orang ibu rumah tangga , 13 orang ibu-ibu telah memiliki usaha makanan ringan, usaha catering, pembuatan bunga dan usaha hantaran pesta. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah peserta berhasil membuat sabun cuci piring dan dimasukan didalam kemasan dan tercapainya kelompok kerja (Pokja) RT 08 RW 11 yang memiliki keterampilan dalam membuat Sabun cuci piring.

Abstract

Tujuan Pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan penyuluhan untuk memberikan semangat usaha usaha dan teknik peningkatan pelayanan usaha pada usaha rumahan yang ada di RT 08 RW 11 Kelurahan Sidomulyo Barat, Kecamatan Tuah Madani. Target minimal kegiatan adalah mampu menambah pengetahuan dan memberi semangat kepada ibu-ibu yang sudah memiliki usaha maupun usaha yang baru akan dirintis. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada yaitu : Sabtu dan Minggu, 04-05 Mei 2024, melalui rapat disepakati tempat dilakukan di Perumahan Vila Bunga Arengka Blok. C 1, RT.08 RW 11 Kelurahan Sidomulyo Barat Kecamatan Tuah Madani Kota Pekanbaru, Riau. Peserta terdiri dari 23 orang ibu rumah tangga , 14 orang ibu-ibu sudah mempunyai usaha kue, usaha loundry, usaha makanan prozen, kedai harian ,pembuatan bumbu pecal dan tahu pedas. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Pertama, peserta mendapat pengetahuan baru berdasarkan berbagai pengalaman oleh pelaku usaha sukses agar peserta yang sudah memiliki usaha dapat memperbaiki manajemen usaha, meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan terhadap pelanggan dan meperluas jaringan pertemanan termasuk melakukan kontrol keuangan secara tepat guna agar usaha dapat maju. Kedua, setelah mendapatkan penyuluhan juga dapat dengan mudah dan sungguh-sungguh dapat mendapatkan penghasilan rutin dari penjualan online maupun offline. Berdasarkan hasil praktik penjualan secara onlinie dalam 20 jam dan mampu menghasilakan uang rata-rata sebesar Rp 22.000 dari memanfaatkan secara positif media sosial dan jaringan pertemanan

Abstract

Tujuan Pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan penyuluhan untuk memberikan pengetahuan , pemahaman dan keterampilan literasi keuangan melalui penyuluhan bimbingann pencatatan laporan keuangan di Perumahan Garuda Sakti Residense RT 05 RW 01 Kelurahan Air Putih, Kecamatan Tuah Madani. Target minimal kegiatan ini adalah mampu menambah pengetahuan masyarakat khususnya UMKM Rumah tangga Perumahan Garuda Sakti Residence Panam tentang literasi keuangan melalui sosialisasi dan bimbingan dasar pencatatan laporan keuangan usaha. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada yaitu : Sabtu, 19 Oktober 2024, melalui rapat disepakati tempat dilakukan di di Perumahan Garuda Sakti Residense RT 05 RW 01 Kelurahan Air Putih, Kecamatan Tuah Madani, Riau. Peserta terdiri dari 25 orang ibu rumah tangga dari 32 orang peserta arisan. Peserta ada yang telah memiliki usaha mandiri berupa, kedai harian, penjual makanan dan sarapan pagi, usaha kue, dan usaha laundry. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Pertama, meningkatnya pemahaman peserta ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang memiliki usaha berhasil memperdalam pemahaman mereka mengenai konsep dasar literasi keuangan, Kedua, meningkatnya keterampilan pencatatan keuangan, menyadari risiko usaha dan meningkatkan daya saing ibu rumah tangga yang memiliki usaha memperoleh kesempatan untuk mengasah keterampilan mereka dalam menerapkan konsep literasi keuangan dalam situasi nyata. Serta menyadari resiko usaha yang mungkin dialami, sehingga pelaku usaha harus waspada terhadap keumungkinan tersebut. Selanjutnya, bila pengelolaan keuangan sudah baik dan usahapun sudah stabil, maka memungkinkan dapat menjadi mitra binaan BUMN/D

Abstract

Patient satisfaction in health services is found to be low and is one of the determinants of patient loyalty so that the impact of satisfaction will result in patient loyalty. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence patient satisfaction. Methods: used in this research is descriptive and quantitative with 150 respondents who underwent care and treatment at the Pekanbaru City Regional General Hospital. The variables studied were Service Quality, Patient Satisfaction and Patient Loyalty. To measure the variables studied, a questionnaire was used. Path analysis is used to analyze the relationship between variables. Results: the study found 1) The results showed that service quality at the Pekanbaru Regional Hospital significantly increased patient loyalty, with a P-Value of 0.000 and T-Statistics 11.342. 2) The results showed that the quality of service at the Pekanbaru Regional Hospital significantly affected patient satisfaction, with a P-Value of 0.000 and T-Statistics of 14.437. 3) The results showed that patient satisfaction at the Pekanbaru Regional Hospital significantly influenced patient loyalty, with a P-Value of 0.004 and T-Statistics 2.840. 4) The results showed that service quality in Pekanbaru Regional Hospital significantly influenced patient loyalty through patient satisfaction, with a P-Value of 0.008 and T-Statistics 2.605

Abstract

This research was conducted at CV. Abone Computer Teluk Kuantan. The Population of this research are the consumers who bought laptop at CV. Abone Computer Teluk Kuantan as many as 536 consumers. Samples taken are based on the method uses slovin formula that is 84 respondents. The Method of data collection uses interviews and questionnaires. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linier regression analysis method with result Y = -0,281 + 0,105X1 + 1,388X2 + 0,136X3-0,02X4. This research can be done with several analysis that is based on t test which shows that partially advertising variable, sales promotion, public relation, direct marketing, influence to the purchase decision at CV. Abone Computer Teluk Kuantan. Furthermore, based on simultaneous test (F test) known independent variable influence dependent variable where the value of Fcount (166,569) <Ftabel (2,49) with sig (0,000) <0,05. While based on the calculation of Coefficient Determination (R2) value obtained Adjusted R Square value of 0.889. This shows that advertising, sales promotion, public relations, direct marketing gives an effect of 88.9% of the purchase decision at the CV. Abone Komputer Teluk Kuantan, while the remaining 11.1% is influenced by other variables that are not examined in this research

Abstract

The problem in this research was listener decision in choosing Persada Riau Broadcast 92,4 FM Pekanbaru. Research variables were brand image, personality, promotion and listener decision. The purpose of this research to show (1) The Influence Of Brand Image, Personality and Promotion simultaneously toward listener decision, (2) The Influence Of Brand Image, Personality and Promotion Partially toward listener decision.  Based on observation and prliminary study,writer found that listener decision in choosing Persada Radio Broadcast 92,4 FM Pekanbaru. Is in low category.writer guested that thelow of listener decision because of severalfactors, which are, the low of company brand image by listener, the low of listener decision in choosing Persada Radio Broadcast, the promotion of broadcast Radio is not enough adequate. In sloving the problem, there were two hipothesis. First : There is an Influence of Brand Image, Personality and Promotion Broadcast 92,4 FM Pekanbaru. Second : There is an Influence of Brand Image, Personality and Promotion partially toward Listener Decision in Choosing Persada Radio Persada Broadcast 92,4 FM Pekanbaru.The Population was community of persada broadcast 92,4 FM Pekanbaru. The total number of population was 455 participant. Sampling in this research calculte by using slovin formula as many as 82 respondent. Data collection by using questionaire of likert scale. Then,the questionqires analyzed by using correltion technique and multiple linier regression in SPSS for windows version 19. The analysis finding shows that brand image, personality and promotion simultaneously toward listener decision got contribution score 58,7 %. The influence in regression Y= 14,422+0,496X1-0,381X2+0,513X3. According to research finding, writer concluded that there is significant influence or brand image, personality and  prootion simultaneously toward listener decision. Writer suggested to company to increase their brand image tolistener. And understanding listener personality with appropriate program, then increasing promotion. It did not mean that others unresearch factors were ignored

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of organizational culture on employee work discipline at PT Timur Jaya Pekanbaru. To achieve this goal, a study was conducted using a sample of 35 people, using a random census method. Methods of data analysis using simple linear regression. Based on the results of testing organizational culture has a significant effect on Employee Discipline of PT Timur Jaya Pekanbaru, this is proven based on the t test found that t-count is greater than t-table (3.829 > 2.034). R. Square value of 0.308. This means that the contribution or contribution of organizational culture to the work discipline of employees of PT Timur Jaya Pekanbaru is 30.80% while the remaining 69.20% is influenced by other variables outside of organizational culture variables. Recommendations that can be submitted It is hoped that employees will further improve their work culture by carrying out all work according to applicable guidelines.

Abstract

This research was conducted on students of Taruna Satria Vocational High School Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research was to find out the effect of store atmosphere on purchase decision of students of Taruna Satria Vocational High School Pekanbaru. Data analysis techniqued used quantitative analysis. The sample selection method employed accidental sampling in which the subjects are determined accidentally from the population number who are willing to be the sample. The research samples were 90 students. Based on the simple linear regression discussion with its regression equation: Y = 0.168 + 0.736, the regression coefficient value is positive which means the more the store atmosphere given then the purchase decision will increase. The result of t test, the tcount value for store atmosphere variable is in the amount of 9.928 > ttable in the amount of 1.987. Therefore, it can be concluded that the store atmosphere variable has significant effect towards purchase decision of consumers at D5 Mart Pekanbaru. Next, it can be concluded that the store atmosphere gives contribution or effect towards the consumer purchase decision in the amount of 50.1% while the rest 49.9% is influenced by another variable that was not investigated in this research.

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Citi Link Indonesia in Pekanbaru. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of promotions on consumer decisions in choosing an airline for the Pekanbaru - Jakarta route. Data analysis in this research used qualitative and quantitative descriptive methods with a sample of 100 respondents from 48,818 existing populations and analyzed using a simple linear regression method. The results of data processing showed that the average value of the sales promotion variable was in the agree or good category, namely on an interval scale of 4.13. Based on the results of a simple regression test, it can be seen that the value of t_count > t_table (6.509 > 1.985) and significance < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), then Ha is accepted, meaning that promotion has a positive and significant effect on the decision to choose Citilink airline for the route. Pekanbaru Jakarta. The R square value obtained is 0.302 or 30.2%, meaning that the promotional variable has an influence on the decision to choose Citilink airline for the Pekanbaru Jakarta route by 30.2% and the remainder (100-30.2%) = 69.8% is influenced by the variable others not examined in this study.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to find out the impact of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction on Coffeeshop XYZ City Pekanbaru. To that goal, the research was conducted using a sample of 100 people, using simple random methods. (accidental random sampling). Data analysis methods use simple linear regression. Basing the t test results partially obtained that t-count is larger than t-table (12,711 > 1,984). Thus it can be concluded that the service quality variable has a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction on Coffeeshop XYZ Kota Pekanbaru. The R. Square (R2) value of 0.622 (62.2%) explains that the service quality variable contributes an influence on consumer satisfaction on Coffeeshop XYZ City Pekanbaru by 62.2%. The remaining 37.8% describes other free variables not observed in this study. Recommendations that can be submitted are expected that the company pay attention to employees of Coffeeshop XYZ Kota Pekanbaru have expertise in using aiding tools in the service process as this gets the lowest response from respondents
