Abstract

Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is important to maintain and improve so that the quality of human resources in the company is always in prime condition. Every company has a different level or level of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS). PT. XYZ is a company that uses corrosive materials, therefore Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) analyst at PT XYZ is needed. The Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) analysis carried out in this study used the FMEA method to determine which part of the production process had Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) that needed repair the most. From the research results, it was found that the highest Risk Priority Number (RPN) value was the pickling and degreasing production process.

Abstract

Isu utama dalam pengabdian ini adalah keterbatasan UMKM di Desa Mekarjaya, Kecamatan Pacet, Kabupaten Bandung terkait pendaftaran Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB), desain kemasan, dan pengembangan website, yang menghambat pertumbuhan dan daya saing mereka. Fokus pengabdian ini adalah memberikan bimbingan teknis dan administratif untuk membantu UMKM memenuhi persyaratan legal, meningkatkan kualitas kemasan produk, dan memperluas jangkauan pasar melalui website. Tujuan pengabdian adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan UMKM dalam administrasi bisnis, pemasaran produk, dan kehadiran digital. Metode yang diterapkan mencakup pelatihan tatap muka, sesi konsultasi, dan implementasi pendaftaran NIB, desain kemasan, serta pembuatan website. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan peningkatan jumlah UMKM yang terdaftar secara resmi, kualitas kemasan yang lebih baik, dan kehadiran online yang meningkat, sehingga berdampak positif pada pertumbuhan usaha dan kontribusi ekonomi lokal.

Abstract

The shift in lifestyle has transformed payment systems in West Kalimantan, moving toward cashless transactions. Non-cash payments, particularly through e-wallets, have become increasingly popular compared to traditional cash payments. This change in consumer behavior stems from various factors. This study analyzes data on server-based electronic transactions in West Kalimantan from 2021 to 2024. However, uncontrolled use of e-wallets during shopping can lead to excessive purchases of non-priority items, often unnoticed by users, resulting in consumptive behavior. This research examines the impact of Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Promotion on the consumptive behavior of ShopeePay users among university students in Pontianak City. A quantitative associative research design was employed to explore relationships between variables. Data were gathered using structured questionnaires distributed to active students in Pontianak, measured with a Likert scale, and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) via SmartPLS 3.0 software. The findings demonstrate that Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Promotion significantly influence consumptive behavior. Ease of use minimizes transaction barriers and promotes spending, perceived usefulness enhances efficiency and encourages frequent use, while promotions, such as discounts and cashback, have the strongest effect by triggering impulse purchases. Although FinTech innovations like ShopeePay offer convenience, they also pose challenges in managing spending habits. The study underscores the need for financial literacy programs and awareness campaigns to encourage responsible financial behavior. Future research should explore broader populations, cultural influences, and group behaviors to provide deeper insights into consumptive patterns. Additionally, e-wallet providers are advised to implement budget control features and financial reminders to assist users in managing transactions more wisely.

Abstract

Mathematics and physics are two interrelated disciplines, particularly at the high school level, where mathematical ability serves as a critical foundation for understanding physics concepts. This study aims to examine the relationship between students"™ mathematical skills and their physics learning outcomes through a literature review. The method used was library research, focusing on articles published between 2015 and 2025, selected based on keywords, credibility, and relevance to the topic, and then analyzed using a thematic synthesis approach. The findings indicate that most studies report a significant positive relationship, ranging from moderate to strong, between mathematical competence and students"™ achievement in physics. Mathematics functions not only as a technical prerequisite but also as a cognitive tool that supports problem-solving and conceptual understanding. However, evidence also shows that strong mathematical ability does not always guarantee optimal performance in physics, as learning outcomes are also influenced by misconceptions, motivation, and instructional strategies.

Abstract

Women are creatures of God Almighty who must be protected, even though gender equality has been done with men. Therefore women must be protected from all forms of intimidation, harassment, exploitation, violence both physically and psychologically. Because the nature of women in the eyes of the social and religious eyes have differences with men, as the nature of women is the weakest god creature. Even in law, women have different protections compared to men. This writing is in the form of descriptive narrative which means describing using available legal materials which are then processed based on the theories obtained and using normative methods based on library studies, namely by collecting various kinds of literature consisting of books, journals, and documents others relating to violence and sexual harassment and social control of these crimes. Sexual crime experienced by women in Indonesia is caused by the weak social control in the community that makes the bond of social ties not well established, causing women to be lower in the eyes of the perpetrators who commit violence against women. report the actions that occur, thus there will be omission of these conditions so as to make the perpetrators freely commit sexual violence against women. Therefore the role of community social control is very necessary to protect women.
