Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pola asuh orang tua dalam membentuk karakter sosial emosional anak usia dini. Masa anak usia dini merupakan periode kritis dalam perkembangan karakter, di mana keterlibatan orang tua sebagai pendidik utama sangat penting. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola asuh orang tua, khususnya pola asuh demokratis, berdampak positif terhadap perkembangan sosial dan emosional anak, meningkatkan kepercayaan diri dan kemampuan sosial mereka. Sebaliknya, pola asuh otoriter dapat menghambat perkembangan emosional anak, menyebabkan kesulitan dalam berinteraksi sosial. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor lain yang mempengaruhi perkembangan sosial emosional anak, termasuk keteladanan orang tua dan lingkungan sosial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah library research, yang melibatkan pengumpulan dan analisis data dari berbagai sumber literatur yang relevan. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola asuh yang tepat, responsif, dan suportif berkontribusi terhadap perkembangan kepribadian sosial-emosional anak. Oleh karena itu, orang tua dianjurkan untuk menerapkan pola pengasuhan suportif dan menciptakan lingkungan yang positif bagi pertumbuhan anak. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi orang tua dan pendidik dalam upaya mendukung perkembangan karakter sosial emosional anak usia dini

Abstract

Now, information technology is growing rapidly in all fields, including business. Information technology has many benefits, for instance, in marketing activities. Product marketing can utilize information technology such as social media (Instagram) and e-commerce (Shopee). By utilizing social media and e-commerce, the products marketed will be known to the wider community. Marketing is one of the keys to success in maintaining the running of the business and competing with manufacturers of similar products. Woven crafts in Gundik Village, Slahung, Ponorogo are small and medium-sized enterprises. Marketing of these woven craft products is still limited to the surrounding Ponorogo area and is marketed through shops and word of mouth. Therefore, the sales in this business are still small, and many people do not know about this woven craft product yet. Besides, there are many people around this business, for example, the youth community, who have a lot of free time. This community service aims to develop the marketing of the woven craft business and provide knowledge about online marketing media to the youth community so that their daily activities are more productive and they make good use of their free time. The method used in this service was the Asset-based Community Development (ABCD) approach by introducing Instagram social media and e-commerce as product marketing media. As a result, this community service, which focuses on introducing online marketing media to develop the woven craft business and youth community during the introduction process and after the introduction process, has a positive impact.

Abstract

The era of globalization impacts marketing activities in the transportation sector, one of which is motorcycles. In the increasingly growing motorcycle business, of course, it needs to be balanced with user satisfaction. This study aims to determine user satisfaction influenced by promotional variables and the quality of motorcycle repair shop services. The design of this study is descriptive and verification, with an analysis unit of 89 consumers. The data collection procedure uses literature and field studies through interviews and distributing questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, and significance tests simultaneously and partially. The study's results indicate that simultaneously and partially the promotional variables and the quality of motorcycle repair shop services have a significant and positive effect on user satisfaction. It is recommended to increase the frequency and intensity of communication, as well as improve the motorcycle service process to be more reliable.

Abstract

Penerapan teknologi Building Information Modeling (BIM) dalam proyek konstruksi menawarkan peluang peningkatan efisiensi dibandingkan metode konvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan membandingkan hasil penjadwalan proyek menggunakan dua pendekatan: metode konvensional dengan Microsoft Project dan metode berbasis BIM menggunakan Navisworks Manage, pada studi kasus pembangunan Unit Sekolah Baru (USB) SMKN di Tangerang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan data sekunder berupa Detail Engineering Drawing (DED) dan kurva-S perencanaan, serta data primer dari observasi dan wawancara. Proses melibatkan pemodelan ulang 3D dengan Autodesk Revit, pembuatan Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), dan perencanaan predecessors. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa meskipun kedua perangkat lunak menghasilkan total durasi proyek yang sama yaitu 63 hari kalender, terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada tanggal mulai beberapa pekerjaan, seperti pada tie beam TB2, tangga lantai 2, dan balok struktur atap. Perbedaan ini disebabkan oleh konfigurasi tipe predecessors (FS dan SS) dalam Ms. Project. Penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa pendekatan BIM melalui Navisworks Manage lebih unggul dalam visualisasi dan simulasi waktu, sedangkan Ms. Project efektif dalam kontrol berbasis sumber daya. Implikasinya, pemilihan metode penjadwalan perlu disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan proyek, dan integrasi kedua metode dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pengambilan keputusan dalam manajemen proyek konstruksi di era digital.
