Abstract

This development research aims to design the management of the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an program. This study applies the development method of Borg and Gall research. Development design is using the inverted Taba model. The seven steps of the model applied are: first, diagnosing needs; second, formulating goals; third, choose content; fourth, organize content, fifth; choose learning experience, sixth; organize learning experiences, seventh; evaluate. The development plan is then validated by experts and declared feasible for field testing.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with diversity which includes ethnicity, language, culture, social status and religion. This is one of the reasons why Indonesia is known as a multicultural country. With multiculturalism in Indonesia, it is necessary for people in Indonesia to have a moderate understanding of religion, this is usually called religious moderation. The aim of this research is to discuss religious moderation in uniting multicultural Indonesian society. The method used in this research is a qualitative method in the form of library research using a descriptive analysis approach. The results of this research show that a country that is nicknamed a multicultural society needs to have an understanding and awareness of the need for an attitude of respect for differences, diversity and ways of interacting with other people as best as possible without having to look at their background and origin. This is the reason why religious moderation education is needed by having an attitude of tolerance, respecting differences of opinion and recognizing the existence of other people, so that it can create a peaceful and harmonious Indonesian society.

Abstract

Narkoba adalah narkotika dan obat bahan berbahaya yang jika diminum, dihisap, dihirup, ditelan, atau disuntikan, berpengaruh pada kesehatan fisik, psikis dan pola pikir manusia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan Teknik Self Management Pada Pecandu Narkoba Melalui Konseling Kelompok di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas IIA Banyuwangi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, pertama proses konseling kelompok pada warga binaan menggunakan teknik self management dan dilaksanakan melalui enam tahapan sehingga sebagian besar dari mereka mampu mengungkap dan menyelesaikan permasalahan secara bersama-sama. Kedua dengan self management melalui konseling kelompok para pecandu narkoba mampu membentuk suatu pengendalian diri dalam menghadapi permasalahan dan mewujudkan harapan yang diinginkan dengan usaha dan kemampuannya sendiri sehingga mereka tidak terjerumus kembali ke dalam narkoba dan memulai kehidupan baru yang lebih baik setelah menjalani masa hukuman.
