Abstract

Based on the development process and the test results of the target, it can be concluded as follows (1) result of this activity in the form of textbook of Akidah Akhlak for Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, (2) average learning outcomes in the final test after using textbook increased to 77.25% compared with 67.00% of average learning outcomes in the final test before using textbook. Refers to the T-test and Sig (2-tailed) test result is 0.001 after being compared with the received error rate is 0.05, the developed textbook has been effective.

Abstract

The development of textbooks is one of the main factors in successful learning. This Islamic-based English textbook has the distinctive characteristics of contextual and Islamic-based material which is equipped with 4 aspects of language skills. This research aims to develop an Islamic-based English textbook and examine the validity and attractiveness of the textbook being developed. The research method used is research and development using the Borg & Gall design. The results of this research show that the development of English textbooks has good qualifications, as evidenced by the results of validation by material experts with a percentage of 80%, design experts with a percentage of 92%, and class teachers with a percentage of 94%. Textbooks have a high level of attractiveness as evidenced by the results of interviews and questionnaires with students with a percentage of 90.04%, so textbooks have fulfilled aspects of development & needs in the learning implementation process.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the opportunities and challenges in integrating philosophical values ​​such as justice, honesty, responsibility, and spirituality in Islamic educational management. Using a qualitative approach and case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis from several Islamic educational institutions. The results of the study indicate that resistance to change, limited resources, lack of understanding, and minimal community support are the main challenges faced in implementing philosophical values. However, there is a great opportunity to develop more inclusive and ethical educational management through increasing awareness and education about philosophical values, developing a value-based curriculum, and strengthening the commitment of educational leaders and community participation. The implications of this study indicate that with the right strategies, Islamic educational institutions can overcome these obstacles and improve the quality of their educational management. This study makes a significant contribution to the literature on Islamic educational management and offers practical guidance for educational institutions in integrating philosophical values ​​into their daily management policies and practices.

Abstract

The application of language model based on artificial intelligence, like a ChatGPT, as a self-learning tool is one of the most recent innovations garnering attention in the rapidly evolving field of technology-assisted English language learning. The objective of the study on the application of ChatGPT as a self-directed learning resource for university students studying the English language encompasses: evaluating the effectiveness of ChatGPT in improving English language skill, assessing its impact in accelerating material comprehension, identifying challenges faced by students, and analyzing their motivations and experiences. Conducted as a qualitative research using thematic analysis. Data collection involved steps of data coding, theme categorization, and interpretation of result that describe students experience and views. In conclusion, university students can benefit greatly from using ChatGPT as a self-learning tool for English language acquisition.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak penundaan pilkades terhadap penyelenggaraan pilkada serentak 2024 di KabupatenSampang dengan berdasarkan pada Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa dan Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 112 Tahun 2014 tentang pemilihan Kepala Desa sebagaimana telah diubah dengan Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri No. 112 Tahun 2020 tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri No. 112 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemilihan Kepala Desa, serta diatur dalam Perda masing-masing kabupaten. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian Yuridis Normatif atas Penundaan Pilkades di KabupatenSampang. Penelitian ini mengkaji dan menyelidiki masalah hukum yang muncul dari peraturan Bupati Sampang mengenai tertundanya Pilkades di KabupatenSampang. Data yang dikumpulkan digunakan sebagai bahan dasar untuk penelitian dengan melakukan penelusuran terhadap peraturan dan literatur lain yang relevan dengan masalah yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan yang dibuat oleh Bupati Sampang untuk menunda Pilkades sampai tahun 2025, yang dimuat dalam Surat Keputusan (SK) Bupati nomor 188.45/272/KEP/434.013/2021, bertentangan dengan prinsip Lex Superior Derogat Legi inferiori. Dalam konteks Pilkada Sampang 2024 Paslon Mandat resmi mengajukan gugatan hasil Pilkada ke Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK). Kata Kunci: Penundaan, Pilkades, Pilkada, Demokrasi
