Abstract

Briefing on Social Media Management and Content Creation TikTok at Dieng Kulon Tourism Village The development of technology allows everyone to use it for various purposes, one of which is promotion. The use of social media for promotional media has a big influence on the products offered because of the wide reach of social media. Dieng Kulon Tourism Village, which does not yet have a special social media for the village, is an opportunity for the Pancasila University Tourism Faculty to carry out this service. The purpose of this activity is to provide assistance to tourism awareness groups and village youth groups on how to manage social media accounts and create content for village promotional media. The initial method is preparation and planning in the form of group discussions with Pokdarwis Dieng Kulon Tourism Village, social media practitioners, lecturers, and discussions between members. The implementation of this community service is to provide material exposure regarding social media management and TikTok content creation. And evaluation in the form of giving pre-test and post-test. The results obtained are in the form of increased understanding of social media account management and content creation, especially TikTok.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study elucidates the digital museum concept and discovers visitors’ learning experiences at Gedung Juang 45 museum, Bekasi district. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a learning process and learning outcome approach to obtain the phenomena' in-depth results. This study aims to show various efforts by museum managers to provide the learning process through interesting and engaging museum activities and various technology provided in the form of, the Digital Map, Interactive Book, Air Wall of the Ancient Sundanese Kingdom, and various interactive media. Moreover, the learning experiences outcomes obtained by visitors are the technology used to produce new knowledge and new abilities in using technology so that they could engage in the learning process. Although it's not too significant in changing behavior, this museum can be a good reference for the learning process for the community so that the purpose of the museum being an engaging educational center can increase knowledge for visitors to become one of the alternative educational tours for Bekasi District. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini mendeskripsikan konsep museum digital dan menemukan pengalaman belajar pengunjung di museum Gedung Juang 45, kabupaten Bekasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan proses pembelajaran dan hasil belajar untuk mendapatkan hasil fenomena yang mendalam. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan berbagai upaya pengelola museum dalam menyediakan proses pembelajaran melalui kegiatan museum yang menarik dan menarik serta berbagai teknologi yang disediakan dalam bentuk, Peta Digital, Buku Interaktif, Tembok Udara Kerajaan Sunda Kuno, dan berbagai media interaktif. Selain itu, hasil belajar yang diperoleh pengunjung berupa teknologi yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan pengetahuan baru dan kemampuan baru dalam menggunakan teknologi sehingga dapat terlibat dalam proses pembelajaran. Walaupun tidak terlalu signifikan dalam mengubah perilaku, museum ini dapat menjadi referensi yang baik untuk proses pembelajaran bagi masyarakat sehingga tujuan museum sebagai pusat pendidikan yang menarik dapat menambah pengetahuan bagi pengunjung untuk menjadi salah satu wisata edukasi alternatif bagi daerah Bekasi.

Abstract

Prambanan Temple and Borobudur Temple, managed by PT Taman Wisata Candi, play a crucial role in implementing these venue indicators, as they are key providers of event venues at local, national, and international levels. This research employs qualitative research methods with descriptive analysis approach, including interviews with stakeholders at PT Taman Wisata Candi involved in event management. The aim is to understand the role of temple management in supporting sustainable events as a venue provider. The findings indicate that the management has followed the principles of sustainable event management, focusing three socio-cultural elements of the environment broadly categorized under “Tanggung Jawab Sosial Lingkungan” (TJSL), or Environmental Socio Responsibility. This program aims to support all activities at PT Taman Wisata Candi. However, certain aspects need to be concidered to minimize negative impacts during events at Prambanan and Borobudur Temples. To accomplish this, it is necessary to strengthen the event management process by providing supporting documents, such as the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for post-event activity reporting related to sustainable event indicators, as well as the creation of guidebooks detailing the objectives of the nine indicators. These indicators cover aspects such as planning, policy formulation, monitoring, and evaluation following the Event Industry Council’s approach to sustainable events.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the tourism potential of Candirejo Tourism Village through a storynomics tourism approach, which leverages storytelling to create enganging narratives that inspire creative interpretations and imaginations among visitors. The research employs qualitative descriptive research method, gathering primary data through interviews with the head of Candirejo Tourism Village and the local community (Pokdarwis), and secondary data through literature reviews. The result of this research is that the potential possessed by the Candirejo Tourism Village is packaged through a brief description of the narrative of the values ​​contained in the Candirejo tourist village in this research which will be displayed on the official website, namely candirejo.com, in the form of a Flipping Book.The study suggested that Candirejo Tourism Village promotes tourism by utilizing storynomic narratives, presented through creative and interactive media such as digital flipbooks, to attract tourist and enrich their experience of Candirejo’s tourism before visiting Candirejo tourist village.

Abstract

This research aims to identify Co-Creation within the Service Dominant Logic approach and analyze it’s influence on Tourist Experience in Penglipuran Tourism Village, Bali. This research uses quantitative descriptive research method. The independent variables of Co-Creation in this study are participation, personalization, interaction, and involvement, while the dependent variable is Tourist Experience. The sample gained 117 respondents with purposive sampling techniques. Through implementation of Co-Creation, showing that the personalization variable bring deep impression for the tourist because of the authenticity of the culture and traditions displayed; on the involvement variable, tourists are enthusiastic about learning the local customs of Penglipuran; on the participation variable, tourists feel a deep cultural experience as they participate in meaningful tourism activities; whilst on the interaction variable, tourists actively interact directly with local residents. The variable of Tourist Experience shows that tourists gain a lot of inspiration and overall tourists get satisfying experience from the services, activities and amenities. Analyzing the impact showed that Co-Creation simultaneously has a positive and significant influence toward Tourism Experience, while partially variables of personalization and involvement have an influence on Tourist Experience. This left two other variables, which is participation and interaction have no effect on the tourist experience.

Abstract

Salah satu bentuk pendekatan dan perencanaan pada pengembangan pariwisata ialah menggunakan Community Based Tourism (CBT). Kabupaten Banjarnegara, Desa Dieng Kulon telah dikategorikan sebagai desa wisata yang maju dengan menerapkan CBT. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis lima dimensi dalam penerapan Community Based Tourism (CBT) melalui dimensi (ekonomi, sosial, budaya, lingkungan serta politik). Data pada penelitian ini didapatkan melalui observasi serta wawancara, yang memakai pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini peneliti mampu menyimpulkan jika penerapan lima dimensi Community Based Tourism telah berdampak positif terhadap kesejahteraan penduduk setempat desa wisata Dieng Kulon dan sudah sejalan sepenuhnya sesuai dengan indikator-indikator dimensi Community Based Tourism. Dari lima dimensi Community Based Tourism (CBT), dimensi ekonomi mempunyai peran yang lebih unggul dalam penerapan Community Based Tourism di desa Dieng Kulon karena dengan adanya dana pengembangan, lapangan kerja baru, serta peningkatan pendapatan untuk penduduk dapat memberikan manfaat yang nyata bagi masyarakat lokal untuk mendorong kemajuan ekonominya.
