Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) menganalisis modal yang dimiliki oleh  pemimpin lokal dalam berperan di KUBE Caraka Putra; (2) menganalisis tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam KUBE Caraka Putra; (3) menganalisis pengaruh peran pemimpin lokal terhadap tingkat partisipasi dalam KUBE Caraka Putra. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif (metode survei) dan metode kualitatif (wawancara mendalam dan observasi lapang) dalam proses pengumpulan data. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Biru, Kecamatan Majalaya, Kabupaten Bandung. Hasil penelitan menunjukkan, pertama, Peran pemimpin lokal dalam bentuk mobilisator dan mediator yang memiliki modal manusia,institusi, sosial, ekonomi, dan moral dapat meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam KUBE Caraka Putra. Kedua, Partisipasi masyarakat KUBE Caraka Putratermasuk dalam kategori nonpartisipasi. Ketiga, adanya pengaruh peran pemimpin lokal sebagai mobilisator dan mediator yang mempunyai modal manusia, institusi, sosial, ekonomi, dan moral menyebabkan partisipasi masyarakat masih pada tingkat manipulasi dalam kategori nonpartisipasi.Kata kunci: partisipasi masyarakat, pemberdayaan masyarakat, peran pemimpin lokal=====ABSTRACTThis study aims: (1) to analyze the capital owned by local leaders in playing a role in KUBE Caraka Putra; (2) to analyze the level of community participation in KUBE Caraka Putra; (3) to analyze the influence of the role of local leaders on the level of participation in KUBE Caraka Putra. This research approach uses quantitative methods (survey methods) and qualitative methods (in-depth interviews and field observations) in the data collection process. This research was conducted in Biru Village, Majalaya District, Bandung Regency. The research results show, first, the role of local leaders in the form of mobilizers and mediators who have human, institutional, social, economic, and moral capital can increase community participation in KUBE Caraka Putra. Secondly, the participation of the KUBE Caraka Putra community was included in the non-participation category. Third, there is the influence of the role of local leaders as  mobilizers and mediators who have human, institutional, social, economic, and moral capital causing public participation at the level of manipulation in the non-participation category.Keywords: community empowerment, community participation, the role of local leaders

Abstract

Manual zakat management at BAZNAS Tulungagung Regency still faces various obstacles, such as data recording errors, delays in report preparation, and less than optimal transparency of zakat fund distribution information. This study aims to design, develop, and evaluate a web-based E-Zakat System that suits the operational needs of BAZNAS Tulungagung Regency. The study uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach with data collection through observation and interviews with BAZNAS managers to identify system requirements. The software development process applies the Feature-Driven Development (FDD) method which includes five stages, namely Develop an Overall Model, Build a Feature List, Plan by Feature, Design by Feature, and Build by Feature. The system was developed using the Laravel Livewire 3 framework with a MySQL database, and is equipped with features for managing muzakki and mustahiq data, zakat payments and distribution, content management, WhatsApp notifications, and user management. System evaluation was carried out using Black Box Testing. The test results showed that all 47 test scenarios were successfully executed according to their functions, so that the system was declared suitable for use to support more effective, efficient, transparent and accountable zakat management.
