Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi yang diterapkan oleh Bagian Perundang-Undangan Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Lampung dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan masyarakat pasca-implementasi Peraturan Daerah Nomor 7 Tahun 2024 tentang Pelayanan Informasi Publik. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif-analitis, penelitian ini mengkaji lima dimensi strategi berdasarkan kerangka teori Henry Mintzberg: perencanaan, manuver, pola tindakan, posisi, dan perspektif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun strategi yang diterapkan telah meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat, masih terdapat tantangan seperti keterbatasan anggaran, distribusi informasi yang belum merata, dan aksesibilitas yang terbatas di daerah terpencil. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memahami strategi tata kelola pemerintahan dan menekankan pentingnya inklusivitas serta adaptabilitas dalam implementasi kebijakan. Rekomendasi praktis diberikan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas proses legislasi dan membangun lingkungan pemerintahan yang lebih partisipatif.

Abstract

Memes are popular cultural products that has gained significant influence in the political communication, particularly among younger demographics. With their ability to combine textual and visual elements, memes have become an effective instrument for conveying socio-political aspirations and critiques in the digital age. This study utilizes Barthes' semiotic theory to analyze the denotative and connotative meanings of elements within political memes. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach to provide an in-depth description of the construction of political narratives. Data collection was conducted through two principal methods: literature analysis and content uploads on platform X (Twitter) using the purposive Search Advanced Technology (SAT). The findings show that political memes represent public dissatisfaction with political actors, government elites, and policymakers, making them a strategic informal communication instrument. The study successfully identifies national and international political narratives and situations. Meme products have simplified political narratives, attracted public attention, stimulated critical discussions, and built collective awareness. In conclusion, political memes on social media play a crucial role in representing modern political dynamics and the centralization of media in shaping public perception, as well as facilitating political discourse. By emphasizing the relevance of modern digital culture, this study pioneers in explaining the role of memes as a product of popular culture. However, this research is limited to platform X (Twitter), and cross-platform studies with a mixed-methods approach are necessary for a more holistic understanding of memes in advanced political discourse. This finding contributes to the study of political communication and contemporary digital culture.

Abstract

Schools are one of the educational institutions that are very useful for the intellectual life of the nation and state. In the world of education, a technology is needed that can convey information accurately and quickly. An information is one of the very important needs of society. This research examines the development of a school information system in AL-FAJAR Kindergarten that can integrate all existing processes in the school with related data. The integration is carried out to increase efficiency in terms of resources used by the school and to provide structured data storage media. This system was developed using a programming language as a database server and tools using activity diagrams, use cases and sequences. The development of the school information system uses the Schoolhost Management System content development methodology. This system is expected to assist and support the process of collecting, processing, and managing data or information, as well as the implementation of teaching and learning in schools.

Abstract

Permasalahan lingkungan hidup yang sering menjadi sorotan yaitu masalah sampah, mulai dari masalah sampah industri, sampah perkantoran, sampah pusat perniagaan, sampah pasar tradisional, sampah fasilitas publik hingga sampah rumah tangga. Sampah terbagi menjadi beberapa golongan yaitu sampah organik dan non-organik. Perhatian khusus harus lebih diberikan dalam pengelolahan sampah atau limbah non-organik untuk dapat diolah menjadi sesuatu yang memiliki nilai dan manfaat. Salah satu solusi pengelolahan sampah berupa kursi pintar akupuntur berbasis android yang memanfaatkan teknologi IoT (Internet of Things). Kursi pintar yang akan terhubung dengan android sebagai pengatur kecepatan yang akan dihasilkan dan mengatur bagian yang bergerak. Selain menjadi solusi dalam pengelolahan limbah ban bekas yang jarang dimanfaatkan, kursi pintar ini juga menjadi solusi untuk pengobatan alternatif akupuntur. Proses pengobatan alternatif akupuntur yang menekan titik-titik tertentu pada tubuh menggunakan jarum. Namun, pada kursi pintar akan mengganti jarum dengan ban bekas sebagai pengganti jarum yang menjadi solusi untuk seseorang yang fobia terhadap jarum tetapi ingin mendapatkan manfaat dari pengobatan akupuntur.
