Abstract

This study aims to identify factors that influence happiness at work in generation Y employees based on sociodemographic review. The research method applied is descriptive quantitative method using survey method by looking at the frequency of respondents' answers and cross-tabulating with several categories of response answers. The approach used in this research is indigenous psychology. The research sample consisted of 200 employees. Data collection was conducted through purposive sampling technique using questions in a questionnaire developed by Kim (2009) Center For Indege- nous & Cultural Psychology (CCIP) Faculty of Psychology UGM and modified by the author according to research needs. The results showed that there are five factors that make a person happy at work, namely (1) positive relationships with others (2) achievement at work (3) work environment both physical and non-physical (4) compensation (5) the work factor itself. The positive relationship factor with others occupies the largest percentage of the other four factors. Furthermore, the results of the analysis based on sociodemographic reviews show that there is no difference between marital status and factors that affect happiness at work. Furthermore, there is no difference between employment status and factors affecting happiness at work. Based on the last level of education, there are variations in the results obtained. Based on gender, there are differences in the dominant factors affecting happiness at work

Abstract

The 5.0 revolution era has transformed work into work with flexibility.  Flexibility at work allows employees to work anywhere, but this flexibility can cause psychological fatigue where employees cannot differentiate between work and rest time.  Therefore, employees redesign tasks and jobs according to their preferences, which is called job crafting.  This research aims to explain what factors can cause employees in the 5.0 era to carry out job crafting.  The research was conducted with a systematic literature review (SLR), using the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis) and Bibliometric methods to filter topics, sub-topics and journals that fit the criteria.  Thus, 41 journals were obtained from databases, namely ScienceDirect, Emerald, PubMed, and SemanticScholar.  Based on the results of research that has been conducted, job crafting is influenced by autonomy (25%), work environment (18%), job demands (16%), job resources (15%), job satisfaction (13%), characteristics (13%).  Employees who do job crafting are usually very motivated to develop, so employees will look for ways to increase their work contribution.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali efek mediasi career adaptability terhadap future time perspective dengan employability bagi mahasiswa yang berada di akhir masa perkuliahan. Employability adalah kesiapan kerja sebagai sebuah kemampuan individu dalam mendapatkan pekerjaan. Future time perspective merupakan pandangan masa depan yang ada pada tiap individu. Career adaptability adalah kesiapan individu dalam menghadapi tantangan atau tugas yang akan datang dalam situasi kerja, career adaptability sebagai variabel mediator yakni sebagai perantara antara future time perspective dan employability. Jenis Penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat ukur skala employability, future time perspevtive, dan career adaptability. Partisipan pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang berada di akhir masa perkuliahan pada perguruan tinggi di berbagai universitas yang ada di Indonesia berjumlah  150 orang. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode uji analisis hipotesis regresi menggunakan proses SPSS. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh langsung future time perspective terhadap employability tidak signifikan serta career adaptability terbukti mampu memediasi hubungan future time perspective dan employability. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah menjadi panduan bagi mahasiswa tingat akhir dalam mempersiapkan diri menghadapi dunia kerja. Pengembangan kemampuan adaptasi karir dan pandangan masa depan yang kuat akan memunculkan kesiapan kerja, baik secara fisik maupun mental. Kata Kunci: Career Adaptability, Future Time Perspective, Employability, Mahasiswa Tingkat Akhir AbstractThis research aims to explore the mediating effect of career adaptability on the relationship between future time perspective and employability for students who are at the end of the lecture period. Employability refers to an individual's readiness for work, encompassing their ability to secure employment. Future time perspective represents an individual's outlook on their future. Career adaptability is defined as an individual's preparedness to face upcoming challenges or task in the work environment, serving as a mediator between future time perspective and employability. This quantitative research employed measurement scales for employability, future time perspective, and career adaptability. Participants in this study are 150 students who are at the end of their college years university from various universities in Indonesia. Data were analyzed using hypothesis testing through regression analysis with process in SPSS. The results of this study show that effect of future time perspective between employability not significant, and career adaptability was found to mediate the relationship between future time perspective and employability. The implications of this study serve as a guide for final-year students in preparing for their transition into the workforce. Abstract

In this era, employees are required to have the ability to respond and adapt quickly to change, known as workforce agility. This study aims to explain the dimensions and factors that can affect workforce agility. The research was conducted by systematic literature review (SLR), using PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis) and Bibliometric methods to filter topics, subtopics, and journals that fit the criteria. 42 journals were obtained from the database, namely Sciencedirect, Emerald, PubMed, Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar, and Mendeley Web Importer. Based on the results of research that has been done, workforce agility is influenced by Psychological Empowerment (18%), Leadership (14%), Organizational Culture (10%), Workplace Spirituality (10%), Enterprise Social Media (ESM) (9%), Knowledge Management (8%), Organizational Learning (7%), Innovative Work Behavior (7%), Emotional Intelligence (3%), and Job Satisfaction (2%). Employees who have high agility are usually adaptable to changing situations, tasks, and new technologies, and are able to work in a variety of dynamic conditions.

Abstract

AbstractConsumptive behavior is a lifestyle of consumers in society who tend to perceive material as something that can bring satisfaction in itself, this lifestyle can lead to consumptiveism. Consumptive behavior is influenced by several factors such as social factors and psychological factors which consist of conformity and perception, which will be used as factors that influence consumptive behavior in this study. This study aims to determine the relationship between conformity and perception with consumptive behavior towards Korean make-up products in the DMC Project community. The hypothesis proposed by the researcher is first: there is a relationship between conformity and perceptions of consumptive behavior, second: there is a relationship between conformity and consumptive behavior, third: there is a relationship between perception and consumptive behavior. The research method used in this research is quantitative method with non-random sampling technique, namely purposive sampling with a total of 60 subjects. This study used three scales to collect data including the consumptive behavior scale with 21 items (α = 0.961), the conformity scale with 24 items (α = 0.960) and the perception scale with 18 items (α = 0.931). The data obtained were then processed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques assisted by the SPSS 25.0 for windows program. The results showed first, the result of R = 0.838 and the value of F = 67, 039 with p = 0.000 (p <0.01), which means there is a correlation between conformity and perception simultaneously with consumptive behavior. Second, the value of t = 8,422 and p = 0.000 (p <0.01) means that there is a relationship between conformity and consumptive behavior. Third, t = -0.564 and p = 0.575 (p <0.01) means that there is no relationship between perceptions of consumptive behavior.Keywords: Consumptive behavior, conformity, Korean make-up products

Abstract

IInterest in organization is the existence of interest from students to participate in and choose to be active in an organization that makes a person have a tendency to pay attention to the activities of the organization he chooses based on encouragement from within. Perceptions of the organization and social motives are factors that influence the occurrence of organizational interest.                  This study aims to determine the relationship between perceptions of organization and social motives with organizational interest in the ushuluddin faculty and religious studies. Researchers used quantitative research methods with precision sampling techniques and the samples in this study were 70 students who joined the Study Program Student Association (HMPS). Data collection techniques in this study used a psychological scale including a scale of organizational interest, perception of the organization and social motives. The scale of organizational interest is 21 items (α = 0.905), the perception of the organization is 21 items (α = 0.880), and the social motive is 19 items (α = 0.866). The analysis technique used is a multiple regression analysis technique assisted by the SPSS 21.0 for windows program.                  The analyzed data shows the results: The results showed that the value of Rx1.2.3-y = 0.542, the value of F = 13.951 on the significance of p = 0.000 and stated (p < 0.01). The results obtained that the perception of the organization and social motives provide an effective contribution of 29.4% to the dependent variable and 70.6% generated by other variables outside the study. Based on the calculation results obtained the value of rx1-y = 0.459 and p = 0.000 (p <0.05). The results obtained indicate that there is a relationship between perceptions of the organization and interest in the organization. The results obtained stated that the perception variable towards the organization received an effective contribution of 16.7% to the interest in organization. Based on the calculation results obtained the value of rx2-y = 0.418 and p = 0.000 (p <0.05). The results obtained indicate that there is a relationship between social motives and organizational interest. The results obtained stated that the social motive variable received an effective contribution of 12.7% to organizational interest. Keywords: Interest in Organization, Perception of Organization, and social motives

Abstract

AbstractThe 21st century is an open century that contains various challenges and opportunities that require the birth of qualified, superior and competitive individuals for the life of the nation's people. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of rank one in the independent curriculum in the science subjects of grade X students of SMK Abdurrab Pekanbaru. The method in this study is descriptive research.  This research was conducted at SMK Abdurrab Pekanbaru, the population in this study was grade X students of the Department of Medical Laboratory Technology (TLM) and the Department of Pharmaceutical Technology (TF). The result of this study is that the use of rank one in learning has the advantage of allowing students to actively participate in learning, and can make students have a sense of pleasure and motivation to learn more diligently, so that it will affect their learning outcomes.Keywords: Rank One, Merdeka Curriculum, and IPAS
