Abstract

Abstrak: Kurikulum Merdeka yang diwacanakan oleh Mendikbud ristek diterapkan diberbagai sekolah. Karakteristik kurikulum ini mendukung pemulihan belajar terkait pembelajaran berbasis projek dengan softskill dan karakter profil Pancasila, fokus pada materi esensial dan pembelajaran terdiferensiasi. Pencapaian pembelajaran Merdeka memerlukan pengembangan perencanaan kurikulum Merdeka dengan baik. Permasalahan mitra SMP di Jakarta berkaitan dengan pengembangan perencanaan kurikulum Merdeka, (1) Penerapan kurikulum Merdeka belajar baru akan diterapkan, (2) Belum semua guru memahami bagaimana perangkat kurikulum diterapkan dalam perencanaan belajar. (3) Pembuatan modul ajar diperlukan kesamaan pemahaman satu sekolah. Sebagai perangkat kurikulum yang utuh, memerlukan kerjasama sumber daya manusia yakni guru di sekolah dalam mengupayakan terlaksananya kurikulum Merdeka belajar. Solusi dari kami dengan memberikan pelatihan kurikulum merdeka kepada guru-guru di SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Jakarta mencapai perencanaan pembelajaran. Kata Kunci: Kurikulum Kurikulum Merdeka, SMP Abstract:  The Independent Curriculum discussed by the Minister of Education and Culture for Research and Technology is applied in various schools. The characteristics of this curriculum support the recovery of learning related to project-based learning with soft skills and Pancasila profile characters, focusing on essential materials and differentiated learning. The achievement of Merdeka learning requires the development of Merdeka curriculum planning properly. The problems of Junior High Scholl in Jakarta partners are related to the development of Merdeka curriculum planning, (1) The implementation of the new Merdeka learning curriculum will be implemented, (2) Not all teachers understand how curriculum tools are applied in learning planning. (3) Making teaching modules requires a common understanding of one school. As a complete curriculum tool, it requires the cooperation of human resources, namely teachers in schools in striving for the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar curriculum. Our solution is to provide independent curriculum training to teachers at Junior High Scholl in Jakarta to achieve lesson planning. Keywords: Curriculum, Curriculum Merdeka, Junior High School

Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan membangun mental dan soft skill peserta agar siap kerja dan berwirausaha, khususnya dalam menghadapi peluang kerja di Jepang. Melalui seminar motivasi, peserta dibekali keterampilan komunikasi, kepemimpinan, dan manajemen waktu yang esensial di dunia kerja. Mitra kegiatan ini adalah SMKN Jeunieb, Aceh, yang menghadapi permasalahan rendahnya minat dan kepercayaan diri siswa dalam pelajaran Bahasa Jepang. Hal tersebut berdampak pada kurangnya motivasi untuk bekerja di Jepang. Seminar juga memberikan pemahaman tentang budaya kerja di Jepang serta strategi menghadapi pasar kerja global. Kolaborasi antara institusi pendidikan dan dunia industri diharapkan dapat meningkatkan relevansi keterampilan peserta dan daya saing mereka. Hasil yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah terbukanya peluang kerja di Jepang bagi peserta, serta meningkatnya semangat berwirausaha sebagai alternatif menciptakan lapangan kerja baru. Pengabdian ini menjadi langkah konkret dalam mendukung kesiapan generasi muda menghadapi tantangan global.   Kata Kunci: bahasa Jepang, kesiapan kerja, motivasi, soft skill, wirausaha. Abstract:  This service activity aims to develop participants' mindset and soft skills to prepare them for employment and entrepreneurship, particularly in pursuing job opportunities in Japan. Through a motivational seminar, participants are equipped with essential workplace skills such as communication, leadership, and time management. The partner institution, SMKN Jeunieb in Aceh, faces challenges including students’ low enthusiasm and self-confidence in learning the Japanese language, which impacts their motivation to prepare for careers in Japan. The seminar also provides insights into Japanese work culture and strategies to navigate the global job market. Collaboration between educational institutions and industry is expected to enhance the relevance of participants' competencies and improve their competitiveness. The expected outcomes of this program include increased job opportunities in Japan and a stronger entrepreneurial spirit among participants, enabling them to create new job opportunities. This initiative represents a concrete step in supporting youth readiness to face global challenges. Keywords: entrepreneurship, Japanese language, job readiness, motivation, soft skill.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa Jepang calon pekerja dari siswa SMK NU 1 Slawi melalui pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI), khususnya dalam konteks persiapan bekerja di Jepang. Metode Pelaksanaan meliputi pelatihan interaktif menggunakan aplikasi Mai Nichi no Seikatsu dan Bimi Japan serta simulasi komunikasi di dunia kerja Jepang. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan peningkatan pembelajaran bahasa Jepang (kosakata, pola kalimat, percakapan). Tingginya partisipasi calon pekerja menunjukkan pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis AI sangat relevan dan menarik bagi generasi muda mempersiapkan diri dalam menghadapi tantangan global bekerja di Jepang. Kegiatan ini membuktikan pembelajaran bahasa Jepang tidak terbatas dengan metode konvensional namun dapat dikembangkan melalui inovasi digital yang praktis. Sebanyak 92% siswa merasa metode ini dapat membantu dan efektif dalam pembelajaran bahasa Jepang. Oleh karena itu, integrasi tekonologi pembelajaran berbasis AI dalam lingkungan sekolah perlu di dorong guna mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi tantangan global dan peluang kerja di Jepang.   Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran bahasa Jepang, Kecerdasan buatan, Pendidikan vokasi, tenaga kerja di Jepang, teknologi pendidikan Abstract:  This community service activity aims to improve the Japanese language proficiency of prospective workers from SMK NU 1 Slawi students through an artificial intelligence (AI)-based learning approach, particularly in the context of preparing to work in Japan. The implementation method included interactive training using the Mai Nichi no Seikatsu and Bimi Japan applications, as well as communication simulations in Japanese workplace scenarios. The results showed a significant improvement in Japanese language learning, particularly in vocabulary, sentence patterns, and conversational skills. The high level of participation among prospective workers indicates that AI-based learning is highly relevant and appealing to younger generations as they prepare to face global challenges in working abroad. This activity demonstrates that Japanese language learning is not limited to conventional methods but can be enhanced through practical digital innovations. A total of 92% of students stated that this method was helpful and effective in learning Japanese. Therefore, the integration of AI-based learning technology in school environments should be encouraged to better prepare students for global challenges and job opportunities in Japan. Abstract

Women in the renaissance era were portrayed as weak, emotional and illogical. This made it obligatory for women to be in the domestic sector, namely taking care of household affairs and limiting women to work. Until finally feminism was born in women who craved freedom. Today, feminism is present in various forms of literary works, one of which is the anime series Arte by Kei Ookubo. The purpose of this study is to analyze the basic character of feminism in the main character of the anime series Arte, Analyzing the internal and external factors of the emergence of the spirit of feminism. Both objectives are analyzed based on Sarah Gwyneth Ross's theory of feminism.This research uses a qualitative analysis description method with a literary feminism approach. This research uses a literature study where the object of research is the anime Arte which is researched using Sarah Gwyneth Ross's theory of feminism. It was found that Arte fulfills the five basic characters of feminism. First, Arte maintains she excellence in the arts. Second, Arte has intelligence equal to men. Third, the masculinity shown by Arte is the courage to speak up. Fourth, Arte understands the discrimination experienced by women so that she appreciates and praises women's hard work. Fifth, Arte has high creativity. Arte's inner voice to highlight she artistic talent is an internal factor in the formation of feminism. Meanwhile, the figure of father is an external factor in the formation of feminism.

Abstract

Fraud is a form of criminality that often occurs in modern society and is often raised in literary works, including films. This study aims to analyze the forms of fraud in Hitoshi One's Tokyo Swindlers and explore the three elements in Donald Cressey's Triangle Fraud theory, namely pressure, opportunity, and rationalization. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a literary sociology approach. Data were obtained through literature study and content analysis of movie scenes depicting fraudulent practices. The results showed that the movie Tokyo Swindlers represented various forms of fraud such as identity fraud, transactions, hoaxes, and money laundering, which were carried out systematically by a land mafia group. The three elements of the Fraud Triangle are found explicitly in the motivation and behavior of the characters in the film. This research shows that movies can be a powerful medium of social reflection on the reality of criminality in society. The limitation of this research lies in the focus of a single object and has not reached the audience's reception. This research is expected to contribute to literary studies, criminology, and popular culture studies.
