Abstract

This study examines conceptual and empirical models regarding Manager Skills, Sharia Compliance, Characteristics of Islamic Banks, Manager's Perceptions of Islamic Bank Internal SDI, Manager's Perceptions of Customer Characteristics, Manager's Perceptions of the Existence of Regulation, Manager's Perceptions of Government Support for the Portion of Profit Sharing Financing in Sharia People's Financing Bank The selection of research locations was carried out by means of a simple random proportional technique (proportional simple random sampling). The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling. In this study there were 36 BPRS in DIY and Central Java, then five people were taken as respondents for each BPRS consisting of the Board of Directors, the Sharia Supervisory Board, Marketing Manager, Operations Manager (Financing Manager) and Customer Service. So the number is 180 (one hundred and eighty) respondents. As for the object of the assessment is the Operations Manager / Funding Manager, considering that this research is related to the portion of profit sharing financing. The results showed that 1) Manager's conceptual skills had a positive effect on the portion of profit-sharing financing in BPR Syariah 2) Manager's technical skills had a positive effect on the portion of profit-sharing financing in BPR Syariah 3) Manager's social skills had a positive effect on the portion of profit-sharing financing in BPR Syariah 4 ) Managers' perceptions about the internal SDI of Islamic banks have a positive effect on the portion of profit-sharing financing in Islamic BPR Sharia BPR 7) There is no influence of the characteristics of Islamic banks on the portion of profit sharing financing in Sharia BPR 8) There is no effect of sharia compliance on the portion of profit sharing financing in Islamic BPR face the portion of profit sharing financing in Sharia BPR

Abstract

AbstractThis research is a continuation of previous research, namely to further explore the effect of communication on employee performance. The variables used in this study are communication, organizational culture and organizational commitment in relation to employee performance. This study took place in the Darul Amanah Sukorejo Islamic Boarding School, Kendal Regency, using all employees as research respondents. Hypothesis testing in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis obtained show that communication has a positive effect on employee performance, organizational culture also has a significant and positive effect on employee performance and organizational commitment has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has also been shown to mediate the effect of communication and financial compensation on employee performance. Keywords: Communication, Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance AbstrakPenelitian ini adalah lanjutan dari penelitian sebelumnya, yakni untuk lebih mendalami pengaruh kominikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Vareabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah komunikasi, budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi dalam kaitannya dengan kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini mengambil lokasi di Pondok Pesantren Darul Amanah Sukorejo Kabupaten Kendal dengan menggunakan seluruh pegawai sebagai responden penelitiannya. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis yang diperoleh menunjukkan komunikasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, budaya organisasi juga berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Komitmen organisasi juga terbukti memidiasi pengaruh komunikasi dan kompensasi finansial terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata kunci : Komunikasi, Budaya Organisasi, Komitmen Organisasi, Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

This type of research is an explanatory study, with a population of around 100 respondents who are interested in buying a house in Bale Agung Pemalang Housing. The sample collection uses non-probability sampling. The sampling technique used purposive. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using correlation, regression, using the SPSS application. This study concludes that price, promotion and brand image have an effect on purchasing decisions, both partially and stimulantly, the price variable has a greater influence than the promotion variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of motivation, discipline and facilities on the job performance of UPTDPagerbarang Clinic employees. This research is included in quantitative research using a sample of 87 UPTD Pagerbarang Oinic employees with saturated sampling technique. The data was processed with the SPSS 26.00 application using the multiple regression method. The results of data processing from this study show the results where the three independent variables have a significant effect on improving employee performance. The results of hypothesis testing show that motivation, discipline, and work facilities have a very significant effect on employee performance. The results of the F test show that simultaneously has a significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Empowerment is basically a process that is run with the full awareness and preparation of the parties to increase the capacity and capability of the community in developing and helping themselves to the good state. Target awareness here is a small business, because most of them can not empower their business due to the difficulty of obtaining additional capital. BMT Maunah Tegal is one of the institutions supporting economic activity is shown to support the community and small businesses by presenting a variety of financing, one of which is murabahah. The purpose of this study was to describe the Murabaha financing and small business pemberdyaan performed at Baitul Mall wa Tamwil Maunah Tegal and determine the effect of Murabaha financing to small business empowerment. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, technique of data collection through questionnaires addressed to the respondent customers Baitul Mall wa Tamwil Maunah Tegal, and to study the documentation. Samples from the Baitul Mall Customer wa Tamwil Maunah Tegal by 69 respondents. Based on the survey results revealed that with df = ttable n-2, 69-2 = 67 finished ttable test of df 67 is 67 = 2292. T say if the significant value of t <t table so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, whereas if t count> t table then H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, so it can be concluded that the value of t (4364) and ttable of attachment (2292) then t count> t table so that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, thus meaning that the granting murabaha financing has significant influence to empower small businesses.

Abstract

Sharia banking is a bank whose activities refer to Islamic law and in its activities neither charges interest nor pays interest to customers. Sharia bank rewards received or paid to customers depend on the contracts and agreements entered into by the customer and the bank. Agreements (contracts) contained in sharia banking must comply with the terms and pillars of the contract as regulated in Islamic sharia. Over the last decade, the Islamic banking industry has developed very rapidly, not only the number of Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) but also their assets have increased several times to hundreds of trillions. Seeing the current phenomenon of sharia banking is the author's interest in carrying out research. This research approach uses a descriptive approach, namely by obtaining data collection and data analysis aimed at creating systematic, current and accurate descriptions, depictions of the facts, as well as the relationships between the phenomena being investigated. The types and sources of data are quantitative data and secondary data taken from company reports. The results obtained are that Bank Syariah Indonesia is included in the very rapid development category. This is proven every year that he is able to achieve good goals and development. This shows that the public's response to trusting Indonesian Sharia banks is very good. And able to balance the challenges and opportunities in this current of globalization.

Abstract

With the existence of sharia banking , banks carry out business in a way that complies with Sharia, known as Sharia principles. It consists of exchanging money in accordance with sharia principles while managing risk ( mudharabah ), managing money ( murabahah ), fairness or abundance ( ijarah ), or lending money from one bank to another ( ijarah wa iqtina ) and so on. In its development, institutions outside the banking structure, such as insurance, also participated. Insurance is a non-bank financial institution that operates in the economy outside the banking sector. It is tasked with supporting economic activities by providing investment and financing access services. The unique thing about sharia insurance is that it carries out procedures for all its activities with principles that are in line with sharia, so in all these cases it is also very important to see, measure, control and monitor risks that arise from operational activities. Therefore, the authors' skepticism regarding their hypothesis is whether or not there is an influence of sharia principles on risk management in sharia insurance. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive statistical analysis . The impact of applying Islamic principles to risk management in the sharia insurance sector is that the application of Islamic principles to risk management in the insurance sector is very beneficial. However, there are parts that need to be limited and clarified as to what kind of disaster we can help with, of course this requires company regulations and customer agreements to be in good and correct accordance.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Lapangan (KKL) merupakan mata kuliah yang bertujuan memberikan pengalaman praktis kepada mahasiswa dalam menerapkan teori yang telah dipelajari, khususnya di bidang manajemen bisnis. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada UMKM Bakpia Wong Jogja, sebuah usaha oleh-oleh khas Yogyakarta yang telah berkembang pesat sejak didirikan pada tahun 2018. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan Bakpia Wong Jogja, termasuk pengembangan produk, penggunaan teknologi informasi, dan perencanaan bisnis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasi langsung dan wawancara untuk mendapatkan gambaran rinci mengenai proses produksi, distribusi, dan pemasaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang inovatif, seperti pengembangan varian rasa, kemasan menarik, serta pemanfaatan platform digital, berhasil meningkatkan daya saing di tengah persaingan pasar yang ketat. Kesimpulannya, integrasi antara inovasi produk dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi menjadi kunci keberhasilan Bakpia Wong Jogja dalam mempertahankan citra sebagai pusat oleh-oleh khas Yogyakarta.

Abstract

The Influence of Independent Commissioners, Liquidity, and Leverage on Tax Aggressiveness in Manufacturing Companies in the Food and Beverage Industry Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2024 Period. This study aims to find out and provide empirical evidence regarding the Influence of Independent Commissioners, Liquidity, and Leverage on Company Tax Aggressiveness in Manufacturing Companies in the Food and Beverage Industry Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2024 period. The number of samples in the study were 21 companies with a total of 63 research data obtained using purposive sampling method based on predetermined criteria. The data used is secondary data in the form of audited annual financial reports for the 2020-2024 period taken from the website www.idx.co.id. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics, assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test and hypothesis testing. Based on the results that have been obtained, it is found that the Independent Commissioner and Liquidity have no effect on Tax Aggressiveness and the Leverage variable has an effect on Tax Aggressiveness.
