Abstract

This study aims to determine theimplementation of the policy and the factors that influence Roadside Parking Levy in Dumai City.This study classified into descriptive analysis bahasannya where development is directed to howefforts to address the factors that affect the implementation of the policy. The results indicate theimplementation of curbside parking charges policy can not be implemented in accordance withthe desired goal, which is to create order in a parking curb and generate revenue that can contributea large Revenue. It is influenced by the resource, disposition, birokrasim structure and content ofthe policy.

Abstract

The purpose of thisstudy is to analyze and explain the mechanism of the implementation of the Program Raskin (Ricefor the Poor) in an effort to improve the welfare of the poor in New Seacoast village of Kerincidistrict Pelalawan. The research relies on interviews with informants between researchersdeliberately researchers determine in accordance with the needs of the required information. Laterobservations for viewing and analyzing events in the field. The results show the distribution ofRaskin in New Seacoast Village goes poorly, it is because at the time the distribution is still foundsome problems that a lot can hinder the process of distribution of Raskin himself.

Abstract

This studyaims to examine and analyze the effect of formal education, skills and compensation partial andsimultaneous effect on employee performance Siak District Secretariat. This study used a surveydesign. The information obtained using a questionnaire or questionnaires, interviews, directobservation or a combination of data gathering techniques that. Results showed no effect levelsand no significant terhdap rectorate if the employee performance and compensation expertise ofemployees in the steady state. Employee expertise and significant effect on the performance of anemployee if the level of education and the provision of compensation in the steady state.Compensation and significant effect on the performance of an employee if the level of educationand skills in a state of permanent employees. This suggests that high compensation levels ofeducation and skills affect employees who have a positive effect on employee performance SiakDistrict Secretariat.

Abstract

Penelitian inibertujuan untuk menganalisis transformasi (perubahan) penyelenggara pendidikan dari IAIN SuskaRiau menjadi UIN Suska Riau. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan berbicara tentang urgensi perubahan, oleh karena menyangkut hal yangbersifat rasional obyektif atau bersifat filosofis dari perubahan itu sendiri, maka kiranya tidakbanyak berbeda antara IAIN satu dengan IAIN lainnya. Sedangkan yang berkaitandengan strategi dan apalagi implikasi, sekali pun di antara masing-masing perguruan tinggi memilikikesamaan, maka masih terdapat perbedaan, oleh karena kondisi dan situasi yang berbeda.Kata Kunci: transformasi, organisasi, budaya, strategi, situasi

Abstract

This studyaimed to observe the effect of knowledge competencies, skill, and motivation on the performanceof Members of the Anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) of Riau Province. Methodsof data collection research done by filling the questionnaire to obtain data in accordance with thepurposes of research, in this item in accordance with the questions at issue. Data analysis wasperformed by measuring the degree of correlation between the independent and dependentvariables, using multiple regression analysis and correlation. Results showed partially visiblepresence of a significant and positive relationship between competence, skills, and motivation onthe performance of DPRD Riau Provincial. Simultaneous hypothesis testing to prove that there isa significant and positive relationship between competence, skills and motivation to the performanceof DPRD Riau Province.
