Abstract

Marketing is one of the fundamental activities that need to be carried out by business actors, marketing activities include planning, pricing, promotion and distribution of goods or services that satisfy the needs of both existing and potential buyers. So that the marketing of "bangle chips" managed by PKK members is absolutely necessary, and cooperation from business people, government and academics is needed. This assistance uses the CBR (Community Based Research) method. The result of this assistance is Peratama, there is a formal distribution permit for the product "bangle chips". PKK members can market to a wider audience. And its products can be trusted by consumers. Second, PKK members have marketing management knowledge and skills. After the training and mentoring, now they not only know marketing management, but already have a systematic and very technical marketing planning and organization. Third, increasing sales volume, currently marketing is carried out with three strategies, namely, leaving it at the souvenir center, through social media and selling directly to consumers. So that the market share is even wider, and according to the recognition of the PKK chairman there is an increase in the number of sales.

Abstract

The purpose of this assistance is how to apply the Jibril Method teaching method in learning to read the Al-Qur'an. The impact of the change from this dedication included: TPQ teachers who previously used the sorogan method where after reading the volumes and the Qur'an the students were busy and free to play, but after changing to using the Jibril method the students were more focused and enthusiastic in recite the Koran because in the Jibril method it places more emphasis on the suitability and regularity of reading with the 'knock' code together. Technically the impact of the changes also occurred in (i) the increased understanding of Al-Qur'an teachers related to Jibril's learning method, teachers understood how varied the Al-Qur'an learning methods were, (ii) the quality of teaching and learning at TPQ could make students understand Qur'anic skills. TPQ Santri are increasingly interested in learning, because Jibril's method provides a fun method, (iii) Management is increasingly professional in TPQ.

Abstract

Pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan potensi atau aset desa, sebagai media pemberdayaan masyarakat, dengan mengembangkan destinasi wisata yang sering dikenal dengan istilah desa wisata. Pendampingan ini mengunakan pendekatan ABCD (Assets Based Community Development). Pendekatan pengembangan masyarakat berbasis asset ini secara berkelanjutan dapat membentuk kemandirian masyarakat dalam meningkatkan pendapatan sehingga mingkatkan pula kesejahteraannya. Pengembangan desa wisata Desa memiliki strategi dan progam yang dapat menunjang keberhasilan pembangunan, seperti pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia (SDM), pengelolaan sumber daya alam (SDA), pengelolaan industri kecil. Serta peran aktif dari masyarakat dan pemerintah menjadikan desa wisata. Tujuan utama pengelolaan desa wisata sambi selain menambah destinasi wisata di Kabupaten Nganjuk, juga untuk memberdayakan dan meningkatakn kesejateraan sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat sekitar.

Abstract
