Abstract

Background: In 2022, Dr. Soeroto Ngawi Regional General Hospital used website-based online outpatient registration. Since the implementation of the registration system, there has never been an official evaluation of this system, besides that observation by researchers there are still several problems that occur in the use of a website-based registration system. This study aims to evaluate its use by looking at perceptions of usefulness and ease of use using the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) method. Subjects and Method: This type of research is quantitative analytic with a cross-sectional approach. Results: The results of data analysis on the perceived usefulness in the use of website-based registration at Dr. Soeroto Ngawi Regional General Hospital show that respondents agree that online registration at Dr. Soeroto Ngawi Regional General Hospital can be used effectively by outpatients. As for the perception of ease (Perceived Ease of use) of the 5 indicators, 2 of them disagree and 3 of them agree that online registration at the Dr. Soeoroto Ngawi Regional General Hospital can be used easily by outpatients. Conclusion: From the correlation test results, it can be concluded that perceived usefulness and ease of use affect user acceptance of the website-based outpatient registration system at Dr. Soeroto Ngawi Regional General Hospital.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to answer two main points of discussion, namely: first, related to the construction of the meaning of the offense of defamation. Second, the development of regulations for defamation offenses. This research uses a doctrinal approach. The sources of legal material for this research are the Criminal Code, Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions, Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions, and Law Number 19 2024 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions which are then analyzed qualitatively. The construction of the meaning of the offense of defamation in the ITE Law focuses on post-amendment, Articles 27A and 27B provide a more detailed definition of defamation. The development of the regulation of defamation offenses in Indonesia shows legal adjustments to technological advances, starting from the Criminal Code which does not cover electronic media to the ITE Law which regulates pollution via digital media. Defamation is regulated in the new Criminal Code in Articles 344 to Article 346 of the new Criminal Code. Existing developments, both the revision of the 2008 to 2024 ITE Law and the new Criminal Code, show a more specific definition and protection of freedom of expression, balancing the protection of individual reputations with the ever-evolving digital reality. Keywords: Dynamics, Defamation, Electronic Media

Abstract

This research aims to explore the influence of human resource (HR) development strategies on organizational resilience in facing crises through student practice experiences. In an increasingly dynamic and challenging context, this research examines how student involvement in work practices can make a significant contribution to innovation, flexibility and talent development in organizations. Quantitative techniques were used to conduct this research. The non-probability sampling approach is the sampling methodology used in this research with a sample size of 100 respondents, namely FEB UNM Management students. Partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis is the data analysis method used. The results of this research prove that there is a positive direct influence between HR development strategies on organizational resilience, as well as indirect influences through work innovation variables and student practical experience.

Abstract

Abstrak—Udang vaname (Litopenaeus vannamei) adalah jenis udang introduksi yang mempunyai nilai ekonomi tinggi dan memiliki pertumbuhan yang relatif cepat. Kualitas air yang baik menjadi kunci dalam budidaya udang vaname. Suhu, salinitas, pH, dan ketinggian air merupakan parameter penting yang perlu dikontrol secara berkala dan rutin. Kurang terkontrolnya perubahan kualitas air menjadi salah satu penyebab banyak udang stres dan mati seperti yang terjadi di kecamatan kalitengah. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi internet of things penulis membuat Sistem Monitoring Tambak Udang Vaname yang dipasang pada petak pertama tambak. Sistem ini dapat memberikan kemudahan pemilik tambak dalam mengontrol kualitas air tambak jika terjadi perubahan secara signifikan sehingga pemantauan bisa di lakukan dari mana saja tanpa harus datang ke lokasi tambak. Sistem yang dibangun menggunakan microcontroller NodeMcu Wemos D1 mini dan menggunakan sensor pH SEN0161 untuk mengukur kadar pH, sensor suhu DS18B20 untuk mengukur temperatur, dan sensor ultrasonik HC-SR04 untuk mengukur ketinggian air. Selanjutnya data akan dikirim dan di tampilkan di aplikasi MIT. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang sudah di implementasikan didapatkan setiap sensor memiliki tingkat akurasi yang cukup baik dengan percent error sensor pH 1,94%, suhu 0,66%, turbidity 2,49% dan tds 2% sehingga sistem memiliki prospek yang besar dan dapat digunakan untuk budidaya udang vaname.Kata kunci— udang vaname, monitoring, internet of things.
