Abstract

One of the challenges faced by BPJS Kesehatan in implementing the JKN program is that there are still many JKN participants who are in arrears in paying their monthly JKN contributions. Community service activities aim to increase community compliance in paying National Health Insurance contributions, increase public knowledge about the importance of paying JKN contributions on time, and increase public understanding of the mechanisms and procedures for paying JKN contributions and paying JKN fines. The implementation method is carried out by applying pre-test, socialization, mentoring, question and answer and post-test. The target of the activity is 59 community members who are in arrears in paying JKN contributions in Tumpang District, Malang Regency. Community service activities have a positive impact on the community in Tumpang District, Malang Regency. The implementation of socialization and mentoring activities is able to increase public knowledge about the JKN program and increase public awareness to pay JKN contributions on time.

Abstract

Strengthening literacy, numeracy and character skills is an important effort to improve the quality of human resources in the Digital Age and the Era of Disruption. As a teacher or education personnel, developing students' activeness so that they can apply numeracy skills well is a big responsibility. The numeracy skills in question are number concepts and arithmetic operation skills used for daily life skills. This service activity aims to provide numeracy literacy-based learning process assistance to junior high school teachers in Medan City to improve the ability of teachers to create Numeracy Literacy HOTS questions. This activity is carried out in several stages, namely the team preparation stage, school observation, making modules/materials to be delivered to mentoring activities. In delivering the material, the community service team used various methods, questions and answers, discussions, lectures and assignments. All of these methods are used as needed. The result of the activity is that teachers can develop HOTS-based questions in groups according to their respective subjects. The group was chosen in order to provide a positive stimulus to teachers who do not know and understand the preparation of HOTS-based questions on Numeracy Literacy to be encouraged to be able to compile independently and apply in preparing evaluation questions to students.

Abstract

Background: The level of public knowledge about the JKN program is still lacking. The lack of knowledge means that there are still people who are not yet JKN participants or people who are already JKN participants but do not know the benefits of the JKN program. Based on research, several factors influence a person's level of knowledge, both internal and external to the person. Subjects and Method: This is a quantitative analytic study with a cross-sectional approach. Samples were taken by non-randomized sampling using quota sampling of 180 respondents. This study used univariate and bivariate analyses. Results: The research results showed that the majority of respondents had a good level of knowledge about the JKN program (75.6%). The determinant factors related to this knowledge are educational factors (p-value: 0.00) and the role of JKN cadres (p-value: 0.049). Conclusion: From this research, the recommendation that can be given to BPJS Health is to increase the participation of JKN cadres as a means of providing education to the public regarding the JKN program.

Abstract

Background: In 2022, Dr. Soeroto Ngawi Regional General Hospital used website-based online outpatient registration. Since the implementation of the registration system, there has never been an official evaluation of this system, besides that observation by researchers there are still several problems that occur in the use of a website-based registration system. This study aims to evaluate its use by looking at perceptions of usefulness and ease of use using the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) method. Subjects and Method: This type of research is quantitative analytic with a cross-sectional approach. Results: The results of data analysis on the perceived usefulness in the use of website-based registration at Dr. Soeroto Ngawi Regional General Hospital show that respondents agree that online registration at Dr. Soeroto Ngawi Regional General Hospital can be used effectively by outpatients. As for the perception of ease (Perceived Ease of use) of the 5 indicators, 2 of them disagree and 3 of them agree that online registration at the Dr. Soeoroto Ngawi Regional General Hospital can be used easily by outpatients. Conclusion: From the correlation test results, it can be concluded that perceived usefulness and ease of use affect user acceptance of the website-based outpatient registration system at Dr. Soeroto Ngawi Regional General Hospital.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the prevalence of hypertension based on Basic Health Research 2018 is 34.1%. Knowing the epidemiological picture of hypertension sufferers at Klinik Mediska PT. KAI Daop 7 Madiun branch of Kediri City in August - October 2020. Data collection techniques with secondary data by total sampling in the form of data on hypertension patients who have been registered in August - October 2020. The number of hypertensive patients in the male gender is 68% and for females is 32%. ages> 65 years 36%, ages 56-65 years 34%, ages 46-55 years 20%, 36-45 years 6%, ages 26-35 years 4%. The remaining 40% of the smoking habit is 60%. had comorbidities 34%. BMI overweight 64%, normal 32%, underweight 4%. The risk factors for hypertension included: male gender, age> 45 years, smoking habits, comorbidities, and high BMI. Promotional and preventive efforts, as well as education, are needed to be related to several risk factors for hypertension to suffer

Abstract

Penerapan Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) di fasilitas kesehatan merupakan bagian dari transformasi digital dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di Indonesia. RS Tk. II dr. Soepraoen telah mengimplementasikan RME pada unit rawat jalan sejak November 2023, namun belum dilakukan evaluasi terhadap penerimaan pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan RME rawat jalan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel sebanyak 61 responden dipilih dari populasi 158 tenaga kesehatan melalui teknik stratified random sampling yang terdiri dari dokter, perawat, petugas laboratorium, radiologi, farmasi, dan pelayanan medis. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner dan wawancara berdasarkan model Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang mencakup lima aspek yaitu persepsi kegunaan, persepsi kemudahan, sikap, minat, dan penggunaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh aspek TAM memperoleh respon positif dengan skor rata-rata 100% yang menginterpretasikan penerimaan pengguna terhadap RME rawat jalan dinilai sudah baik. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi RME di RS Tk. II dr. Soepraoen telah berjalan dengan baik dan disarankan untuk digunakan sebagai dasar pengembangan sistem lebih lanjut guna mendukung pelayanan yang berkelanjutan dan berbasis teknologi.

Abstract

The Chronic Disease Management Program (Prolanis) is an effort to improve the quality of life for chronic disease sufferers through regular health monitoring and proper management. However, the level of adherence of Prolanis participants to follow the program remains a major challenge. One way to improve participant adherence is by involving health cadres who act as a link between participants and healthcare facilities. This Community Service activity aims to implement education and training for health cadres to increase participant adherence in following Prolanis. The results of the Community Service activity show an increase in cadres' knowledge about Prolanis and their skills in communicating with participants. In addition, cadres were educated to carry out measurements of height, weight, Body Mass Index (BMI), as well as blood sugar and blood pressure measurements. It can be concluded that training health cadres plays an important role in improving Prolanis participants' adherence, and this activity is expected to support the success of Prolanis implementation.

Abstract

Salah satu implementasi sistem kendali mutu dan kendali biaya pada Fasilitas Kesehatan Tingkat Pertama (FKTP) adalah adanya penyesuaian pembayaran kapitasi berdasarkan pencapaian indikator Kapitasi Berbasis Kinerja (KBK). Hingga saat ini, pencapaian indikator KBK di Puskesmas wilayah Kota Blitar masih belum maksimal. Penelitan ini merupakan penelitan deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan data capaian indikator KBK pada Puskesmas di wilayah kota Blitar. Rata-rata capaian pembayaran KBK di Puskesmas wilayah Kota Blitar sebesar 98%. Hambatan yang dialami dalam pencapaian target indikator angka kontak pada Puskesmas di wilayah Kota Blitar adalah meningkatnya penyebaran virus Covid-19, seringnya gangguan pada aplikasi P-Care dan minimnya kemampuan petugas dalam melakukan input data ke aplikasi P-Care. Selain itu, tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pencapaian indikator RRNS adalah adanya permintaan pasien untuk dapat langsung dirujuk ke Rumah Sakit tanpa melalui pemeriksaan terlebih dahulu dan adanya perbedaan persepsi terkait implementasi rujukan antara Puskesmas dengan BPJS Kesehatan. Disisi lain, kendala yang dihadapi dalam pencapaian target indikator RPPT di Puskesmas wilayah Kota Blitar dikarenakan sebagian besar peserta lanjut usia dan adanya pandemi Covid-19 yang menyebabkan beberapa kegiatan Prolanis tidak dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik.

Abstract

Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM) represents a growing global health challenge with significant clinical and economic implications, notably in Indonesia. The burden is intensified by renal and cardiovascular complications, especially among National Health Insurance beneficiaries. This retrospective study evaluated the direct medical costs of hospitalized T2DM patients with such complications at a type B hospital from 2019 to 2022. Costs were analyzed from both healthcare provider and payer perspectives, covering medical services, medical support services, pharmaceuticals, and other support services. Of the 192 patients reviewed, most were male (57.8%), aged 45–64 years (72.4%), with hospital stays of 1–5 days (90,1%) and severity level E-4-10-I (100%). Renal complications incur higher treatment costs than cardiovascular complications, with medical support services dominating renal costs and medical services such as doctor and nursing procedures, examinations, and visits contributing most to cardiovascular costs. These results highlight the urgent need for preventive measures, early diagnosis, and innovative treatments to optimize T2DM management and reduce associated economic burdens.

Abstract

Penyimpanan formulir dokumen rekam medis keluarga merupakan bentuk implementasi, kesadaran keluarga di masyarakat RT.06 RW.02 Kelurahan Tunjungsekar Kota Malang. Untuk mendukukung program kesehatan pemerintah dengan melakukan kegiatan dokumentasi dokumen rekam medis menggunakan peralatan teknologi dan non teknologi. Sesuai kemampuan masing-masing kelauarga dalam melakukan kegiatan penyimpanan dokumen rekam medis keluarga, serta melakukan analisis kegiatan pengelompokan kegiatan penyimpanan dokumen rekam medis keluarga sesuai dengan riwayat pemeriksaan keluarga, yang menghasilkan 23% kepala keluarga sudah melakukan penyimpanan dokumen rekam medis keluarga. 15% belum melakukan kegiatan penyimpanan dokumen rekam medis keluarga. Kegiatan tersebut didampingi oleh dosen RMIK Poltekkes Kemenkes Malang selama 4 Bulan dengan hasil laporan penyimpanan dokumen rekam medis keluarga di kelompok dawis.
