Abstract

ABSTRAKKegiatan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman kader dan warga terkait upaya pemanfaatan jaminan kesehatan. Kegiatan diawali pertemuan dengan kader kesehatan. Pengkajian awal didapatkan permasalahan masih kurangnya pemahaman kader dan warga terkait jaminan kesehatan dan belum optimalnya pemanfaatan jaminan kesehatan. Selain itu pandemi covid-19 yang melanda Indonesia ikut memberikan dampak bagi suatu daerah. Kebijakan pemerintah juga memberikan dampak bagi masyarakat tidak hanya ekonomi tetapi juga kesehatan. Masyarakat diharapkan dapat memastikan memiliki perlindungan sosial termasuk jaminan kesehatan, sehingga apabila terjadi kondisi sakit dapat terlindungi baik dari sisi pelayanan kesehatan maupun pembiayaannya. Pada prinsipnya pemerintah ingin pelayanan kesehatan kepada peserta JKN tidak terhambat, terutama memperhatikan kondisi sosial ekonomi saat ini.  Kegiatan dilanjutkan menyusun jadwal kegiatan. Bentuk kegiatan berupa pemberian materi dan video tentang pemanfaatan jaminan kesehatan dalam bentuk diskusi secara online melalui grup whatsapp dan kegiatan diakhiri dengan evaluasi. Dari kegiatan ini kader dan warga telah memperoleh pemahaman mengenai upaya pemanfaatan jaminan kesehatan pada masyarakat. Kata kunci: jaminan kesehatan; pemanfaatanABSTRACTThis Community Partnership Program activity aims to increase the understanding of cadres and residents regarding efforts to utilize health insurance. The activity began meeting with health cadres. The initial assessment found that the problem was still a lack of understanding by cadres and residents regarding health insurance and the not yet optimal utilization of health insurance. In addition, the Covid-19 pandemic that hit Indonesia also had an impact on an area. Government policies also have an impact on society, not only the economy but also health. The community is expected to ensure that they have social protection, including health insurance, so that if a sick condition occurs, it can be protected both in terms of health services and funding. In principle, the government wants health services to JKN participants not to be hampered, especially considering the current socio-economic conditions. The activity was continued by compiling schedule of activities. The form of activity is in the form of providing materials and videos about the use of health insurance in the form of online discussions through the WhatsApp group and the activity ends with an evaluation. From this activity cadres and residents have gained an understanding of the efforts to utilize health insurance in the community. Keywords: health insurance; utilization

Abstract

ABSTRAKKegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keselamatan pasien secara berkelanjutan pada fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan melalui pemahaman kerahasiaan medis pasien. Kegiatan ini diawali dengan pengkajian awal terhadap keadaan lapangan saat ini pada fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan melalui tenaga kesehatan/kader kesehatan dan warga. Pengkajian awal didapati masih kurangnya edukasi mengenai kerahasiaan medis pasien, terutama di saat pandemi Covid 19 saat ini fokus pelayanan kesehatan masih terpusat pada protokoler kesehatan atau physical distancing. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa masih kurangnya pengetahuan tenaga kesehatan/kader kesehatan dalam menjaga kerahasiaan medis, pengetahuan terkait hak dan kewajiban antara dokter dan pasien serta prosedur pelaksanaan kerahasiaan medis di fasilitas kesehatan. Kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan menyusun perencanaan dan jadwal kegiatan serta perlengkapan yang diperlukan. Bentuk kegiatan dikemas dalam bentuk materi dan video yang dibagikan melalui google drive secara online melalui grup whatsapp. Kegiatan diakhiri dengan evaluasi menggunakan google form. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat terdapat sebanyak 69,25% pemahaman warga dalam katergori baik, cukup sebanyak 11,5% dan kurang sebanyak 19,25%. Kegiatan berjalan dengan baik dan perlu adanya monitoring lebih lanjut. Kata kunci: informed consent; kerahasiaan medis; pasien ABSTRACTThis Community Service activity aims to improve patient safety in a sustainable manner in health care facilities through understanding patient medical confidentiality. This activity begins with an initial assessment of the current state of the field in health care facilities through health workers/health cadres and residents. The initial assessment found that there was still a lack of education regarding patient medical confidentiality, especially during the Covid 19 pandemic, currently the focus of health services was still focused on health protocols or physical distancing. The survey results show that there is still a lack of knowledge of health workers/health cadres in maintaining medical confidentiality, knowledge regarding rights and obligations between doctors and patients and procedures for implementing medical confidentiality in health facilities. The activity is continued by compiling a plan and schedule of activities as well as the necessary equipment. The form of activities is packaged in the form of materials and videos that are shared via Google Drive online via WhatsApp groups. The activity ended with an evaluation using a google form. The results of community service activities there are as many as 69.25% of citizens' understanding in the good category, 11.5% sufficient and 19.25% less. Abstract

Pengkajian awal didapati masih kurangnya edukasi mengenai privasi dan kerahasiaan medis pasien terutama di saat pandemi Covid 19 saat ini fokus pelayanan kesehatan masih terpusat pada protokoler kesehatan atau physical distancing. Hasil survey menunjukkan bahwa masih kurangnya pengetahuan tenaga kesehatan/kader kesehatan dalam menjaga kerahasiaan medis, pengetahuan terkait hak dan kewajiban antara dokter dan pasien serta prosedur pelaksanaan kerahasiaan medis di fasilitas kesehatan. Kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan menyusun perencanaan dan jadwal kegiatan serta perlengkapan yang diperlukan. Bentuk kegiatan dikermas dalam bentuk materi dan video tentang pentingnya menjaga kerahasiaan medis dalam pelayanan kesehatan, pemahaman tentang hak dan kewajiban antara dokter dan pasien serta prosedur pelaksanaan kerahasiaan medis melalui pelaksanaan informed consent. Kegiatan diakhiri dengan evaluasi di setiap kegiatannya. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat terdapat sebanyak 61,5% pemahaman warga dalam katergori baik, cukup sebanyak 23% dan kurang sebanyak 15,5%. Kegiatan berjalan dengan baik dan perlu adanya monitoring lebih lanjut.

Abstract

Completeness of medical records is one indicator of the quality of health services in hospitals. The completeness of medical records at X Hospital still does not meet the national standards that have been set. The purpose of this study was to identify the root cause of the incompleteness of the outpatient medical record document at Hospital X Malang City. This study used a descriptive research design by reviewing medical record documents and FGDs. Document review was conducted on 111 medical records taken by random sampling. Identification of the root of the problem is carried out through FGD activities by applying the 5 Why's. The results of the FGD showed that there were three factors that contributed to the incompleteness of medical records at X Hospital, namely humans, machines, and methods. The root of the problems identified were not having electronic medical records, the number of patients was not proportional to the allocation of time for doctor's services, medical and nursing assessment sheets were combined into 1 sheet, lack of knowledge of doctor assistants, and quality indicators and telemedicine SOPs that were still not differentiated from outpatient clinics.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the perception of patient safety culture dimensions on the willingness to report patient safety incident patient safety incident. This study used a quantitative correlation design with cross-sectional approach. Data analysis used multiple linear regressions. The result showed that perception of patient safety culture dimensions simultaneously affects the willingness to report patient safety incident in Hospital X Malang. The culture of communication openness partially has a positive and significant effect on the willingness to report patient safety incident. Teamwork, staff composition, feedback and learning from previous errors, non-punitive response to error, management support, cooperation between teams, handover and patient transfer process does not affect the willingness of patients to report patient safety incident.
