Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of classroom management and the level of student learning motivation and the effect of Class Management on Student Learning Motivation in the Department of Office Administration at SMK Negeri 1 Watampone, Bone Regency. This study uses a quantitative study with a population of all students at SMK Negeri 1 Watampone totaling 384 students, with a sample of 40 students at an error rate of 10%. Data was collected by means of observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is a descriptive statistical analysis using the formula of the mean (mean), standard deviation, and inferential statistical analysis using simple regression for hypothesis testing. The results showed that classroom management at the Office Administration Department of SMK Negeri 1 Watampone was classified as good, this was supported by the power approach, freedom approach, role balance approach, teaching approach, emotional and social atmosphere approach, and a combination approach. Meanwhile, the learning motivation of students in the Office Administration Department at SMK Negeri 1 Watampone is classified as high, this is supported by intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation. In addition, the results of the study indicate that there is a significant positive effect of classroom management on student motivation in the Office Administration Department at SMK Negeri 1 Watampone, Bone Regency. This can be seen from the results of data analysis carried out, obtained the level of influence of classroom management on learning motivation is classified in the low category, this is caused by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Admission of new students aims to ensure the acceptance of new students runs objectively, accountably, transparently, and without discrimination so as to encourage increased access to educational services. This study aims to determine the implementation of the acceptance of new zoning system students in the city of Tarakan in 2017. This study is a qualitative study, supporting instruments in this study are interview guidelines, observation guidelines, and document study guidelines. The main informants in this study were the Head of the Education Officer, the Head of the Education Officer, the Head of the UPT High School in North Kalimantan Province, the Head of the High School Supervisor of North Kalimantan Province. While the usual informants in this study were all the heads of UPT Education in Tarakan City Regency and other parties who were considered to know the problems in this study. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study it was found that using a computerized system that determines the amount of quota through the poor family path, achievement path, reionization path, regular track, and out of town path.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Kemendikbud) menerbitkan Surat Edaran Nomor 15 Tahun 2020 tentang Pedoman Penyelenggaraan Belajar Dari Rumah untuk mencegah penyebaran dan penularan Covid-19 di satuan pendidikan dan memastikan pemenuhan dukungan psikososial bagi pendidik, peserta didik, dan orang tua. Pembelajaran Daring dapat dilaksanakan melalui a) Media Belajar seperti ; Aplikasi Belajar Online, Pesan Instan ( WA,FB), media konferensi dan media berbasis video. b) Aktivitas belajar daring seperti ; menyampaikan materi, sesi tanya jawab, pemberian tugas dan koreksi tugas. Pembelajaran daring memiliki kelebihan dan kelemahan terhadap peserta didik terkhusus mahasiswa. Learning loss terjadi karena kurangnya kualitas serta fasilitas bagi anak yang menjalankan Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh. Sehingga akhirnya berdampak pada penurunan capaian belajar. Perubahan metode mengajar dari yang tatap muka menjadi daring juga menyebabkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa menjadi berubah sehingga berdampak akan terjadinya Learning loss.  Berdasarkan Peraturan Presiden (Perpres) Nomor 87 Tahun 2017 tentang Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter hadir dengan pertimbangan bahwa dalam rangka mewujudkan bangsa yang berbudaya melalui penguatan nilai-nilai religius, jujur, toleran, disiplin, bekerja keras, kreatif, mandiri, demokratis, rasa ingin tahu, semangat kebangsaan, cinta tanah air, menghargai prestasi, komunikatif, cinta damai, gemar membaca, peduli lingkungan, peduli sosial, dan bertanggung jawab, pemerintah memandang perlu penguatan pendidikan karakter. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakter mahasiswa , serta  dampak Learning Loss dalam pembelajaran Daring oleh mahasiswa BK FKIP UBT. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Kata Kunci : Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter, Learning Loss
