This study aims to determine efforts to foster school dropouts at the Takalar District Social Service Office. This type of research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Indicators used as benchmarks in this study are accountability, transparency, participation, and the rule of law of the bureaucratic apparatus. Data collection techniques are done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used consists of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research on the application of the principles of Good Governance in the effort of developing school dropouts at the Takalar District Social Service Office show that governance at the Social Service Office is good enough

In a learning activity, the use of learning media in delivering material is very important in order to make it more effective and efficient for learning activities. This study aims to determine the use of instructional media in class X digital simulation subjects in office administration skills competency at SMK Negeri 4 Pangkep. Therefore, to achieve these objectives researchers used data collection techniques with observation, questionnaires, and documentation with a population and sample of 45 people. As well as the data processed using quantitative analysis to determine the extent to which the use of learning media in the digital simulation subjects. The results of this study indicate that the use of learning media in digital simulation subjects at SMK Negeri 4 Pangkep can be classified as good. This can be seen from the use of print media which are classified as good, the use of media reality which is classified as good and the use of electronic media which are classified as good.

Realitas menunjukkan bahwa tugas dan peran kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor sampai saat ini masih menimbulkan permasalahan di lapangan. Kepala sekolah lebih banyak menggunakan jam kerja untuk melaksanakan kegiatan administrasi dibanding melaksanakan supervisi. Selain itu kepala sekolah yang diangkat tidak terlebih dahulu dibekali dengan pengetahuan supervisi sehingga belum memahami sepenuhnya konsep, prinsip dan teknik supervisi akademik. Dalam melaksanakan tugas sebagai supervisor akademik, kepala sekolah masih diperhadapkan pula dengan instrumen supervisi yang masih bersifat manual sehingga memperlambat pelaksanaan supervisi dan tindak lanjut hasil supervisi. Kepala sekolah masih menggunakan alat hitung (kalkulator) untuk mengitung skor hasil supervisi sehingga hasil pelaksanaan supervisi tidak dapat diketahui oleh kepala sekolah dan guru secara langsung setelah suvervisi dilaksanakan.Keywords :Â Hoaks, Literasi, Teknologi Informasi

This study aims to determine: 1) Overview of parenting patterns and the formation of students' character; 2) The influence of parenting patterns on the formation of the character of students. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of associative research. This study highlights two variables, namely parenting patterns (variable X), and the formation of students' character (variable Y). The population is 267 teachers. While the research sample as much as 50% of the total population (134 people) were taken using proportional random sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaire, observation, and documentation techniques. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results showed that: 1) The parenting pattern of the parents was in the moderate category. 2) The formation of the character of students is included in the medium category; 3) There is a positive and significant influence between parenting patterns on the formation of students' character.

Abstrak: Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan keterampilan dalam bentuk pelatihan bagi para guru di jenjang sekolah dasar lingkup Gugus 2 Kecamatan Manggala Kota Makassar untuk membuat dan menggunakan media pembelajaran yang menyenangkan bagi siswa. Melalui penggunaan media pembelajaran yang baik dan tepat, penyampaian materi mampu diserap dengan lebih baik oleh siswa. Kegiatan pengabdian terdiri dari tiga tahap, yaitu tahap pertama yakni tahap persiapan yang terdiri dari observasi lapangan, pemantapan dan penentuan lokasi pelatihan dan penyusunan bahan/materi pelatihan; tahap kedua yakni pelaksanaan pembuatan dan penggunaan media pembelajaran; dan tahap ketiga yakni evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh pemateri. Indikator kegiatan ini dikatakan berhasil adalah apabila peserta mampu membuat dan menggunakan media pembelajaran secara baik dan tepat. Berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan PKM ini telah mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan, kemampuan dan keterampilan dalam pembuatan dan penggunaan media pembelajaran baik elektronik maupun non-elektronik sebagai kegiatan peningkatan profesionalisme guru sehingga dapat menciptakan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan bagi siswaAbstract: This community service aims to provide skills for teachers at the elementary school level in the scope of Cluster 2, Manggala District, Makassar City to create and use learning media that is fun for students. Through the use of good and appropriate learning media, the delivery of material can be better absorbed by students. In the future, with an increase in the quality of teachers in making and using learning media, it is hoped that elementary school students will be able to learn in a fun way. The service activity consists of three stages, the first stage is the preparation stage consisting of field observations, consolidation, and determination of training locations and preparation of training materials; the second stage is the implementation of making and using learning media; and the third stage, namely the evaluation conducted by the speaker. The indicator of this activity is said to be successful if the participants can make and use learning media properly and appropriately. Based on the results of the implementation of PKM activities, it can be concluded that this PKM activity has been able to increase knowledge, abilities, and skills in the manufacture and use of instructional media as an activity to increase teacher professionalism.

Tanpa motivasi, pegawai tidak akan mampu menjalankan tugas dan kewajibannya sesuai dengan tuntutan atau standar yang telah ditentukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran Motivasi Kerja Pegawai Pada Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan populasi penelitian sebanyak 42 pegawai. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah persentase.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi Kerja Pegawai Pada Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kabupaten Gowa termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Hal ini ditunjukkan melalui analisis data secara keseluruhan yang menunjukkan angka persentase sebesar 77,40 %. Nilai tersebut sejalan atau sesuai dengan hasil observasi yang dilakukan oleh peneliti dilihat dari beberapa indikator, antara lain, (1) lingkungan pekerjaan (2) kompensasi yang baik (3) supervisi yang baik (4) adanya perghargaan atas prestasi (5) status dan tanggung jawab (6) peraturan yang berlaku (7) kematangan pribadi (8) tingkat pendidikan (9) keinginan dan harapan pribadi (10) kelelahan dan kebosanan (11) kepuasan kerja.

Especially vocational education programs must be oriented to the needs of the labor market. Therefore, educational institutions need to establish cooperation with the industrial world. The aims of this study: to find out the implementation of industrial work practices of students. To find out the work readiness of students of class XI competency in Office Administration skills at SMK Negeri 1 Jeneponto. To determine the effect of the implementation of industrial work practices on the work readiness of students of class XI competency in Office Administration expertise at SMK Negeri 1 Jeneponto. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach to the type of association research There are 3 data collection techniques used in this study, observation, questionnaires and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis techniques. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: Implementation of Industrial Work Practices of students Competency in Office Administration Skills at SMK Negeri 1 Jeneponto is included in the excellent category. The work readiness of Class XI Office Administration students at SMK Negeri 1 Jeneponto belongs to the very high category. And there is a strong and significant influence between the implementation of industrial work practices on work readiness of students.

E-marketing creates fundamental changes in business and consumer behavior, this happens because marketing does not require a lot of money, in contrast to traditional marketing. The purpose of this study was to determine e-marketing in selling Eid cakes (kue lebaran) from the perspective of the Technology Acceptance Model by using Social Network Analysis. The data is obtained from tweets on the Twitter application, the data obtained are tweets from April 2-20 2022. Data analysis uses the ATLAS.ti application. This study uses the keyword "jual kue lebaran", including only tweets, without retweets and images. Meanwhile Create codings from: authors, mentions, hashtags, and query hashtags only. Then do network analysis, tweets that stand alone or have no relationship with other tweets will be eliminated or excluded. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that Eid cake producers on the Twitter market their sales in the form of general promotional tweets or mentions to several accounts using easy word selection in conducting searches.

Administrative services by Fees for Acquisition of Land and Building Rights at the Makassar City Regional Revenue Agency office have resulted in a good performance. The purpose of this research is to describe the effectiveness of administrative services of acquisition duties on land and building rights at the Makassar City Regional Revenue Agency office. This research is a quantitative descriptive. The results showed: shows that the effectiveness of administrative services for land and building rights in the office of the Regional Revenue Agency of Makassar City with the effective category of timeliness which is categorized as effective is 94.61%, the accuracy of services categorized as effective is 71.38%, politeness and friendly categorized as effective 94%, ease of getting services that were categorized as effective 94.46%, and comfort in getting services that were categorized as quite effective 54.30%. This proves that the administrative service of acquisition fees on land and building rights (BPHTB) at the Makassar City Regional Revenue Agency office has been able to carry out its duties and responsibilities and can implement an administrative service system properly.

This study aims to determine the strategy for improving administrative services at the Office of Religious Affairs, North Galesong District, Takalar Regency. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used consisted of data condensation, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the Strategy for Increasing Administrative Services at the Office of Religious Affairs, North Galesong District, Takalar Regency can be seen from five service improvement strategies, namely (1) Core Strategy, all employees have understood the goals and functions and their respective duties are in accordance with SOP, several types of services are not implemented due to Covid-19. (2) Consequences Strategy, does not apply a reward system, the community appreciates (reward) employees who help them voluntarily, minimizing sanctions. (3) Customer Strategy, services provided are based on needs, services are in accordance with SOPs, implementon line systems on the SIMKAH application, facilities are available, security guarantees and one-stop services. (4) Control Strategy (Supervision Strategy), having full trust in employees, conveying and finding out what the community needs in administrative services at the Religious Affairs Office at every meeting at the local Camat Office or Village Office. (5) Culture Strategy, building team work, holding regular evaluation meetings and with disciplined leaders able to improve administrative services. The supporting and inhibiting factors can be seen in the awareness factor, organization and service facilities.
