Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of Human Resources (HR) development of lecturers at the Ibn Rusyd d College of Islam (STAI) in the modern era, focusing on strategies, implementation, and challenges faced. The approach used is qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results showed that the development of human resources of lecturers at STAI Ibnu Rusyd d includes three main aspects, namely improving academic qualifications, strengthening professional competence, and fostering an Islamic work ethic. The strategies applied include the provision of further study scholarships, need-based training, and coaching through scientific forums and research activities. The implementation of this strategy is quite effective despite several obstacles, such as budget limitations, lack of active participation of some lecturers, and challenges in adapting to the latest educational technology. The research also found that the success of lecturers' human resource development management depends not only on the formal policies of the institution, but also on the commitment of the leadership, the motivation of individual lecturers, and the support of the academic ecosystem. This research is expected to be a reference for other higher education institutions in formulating adaptive and sustainable HR development policies.

Abstract

Salah satu bentuk tugas dan tanggung jawab seorang pemimpin yang diterapkan oleh kepala sekolah di lembaga pendidikan yaitu kegiatan supervisi kepala sekolah. Kegiatan supervisi bagi kepala sekolah berfungsi untuk mengawasi, membangun, mengkoreksi dan mencari inisiatif terhadap jalannya seluruh kegiatan pendidikan yang dilaksanakan di lingkungan sekolah. Penyajian tulisan ini didasarkan pada analisis data kepustakaan dengan model analisis deskriptif. Dari hasil pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja guru Bahasa Indonesia yang baik tentunya tergambar pada penampilan mereka baik dari penampilan kemampuan akademik maupun kemampuan profesi menjadi guru artinya mampu mengelola pengajaran di dalam kelas dan mendidik siswa di luar kelas dengan sebaik-baiknya. Upaya untuk membantu meningkatkan dan mengembangkan potensi sumber daya guru dapat dilaksanakan dengan berbagai teknik supervisi. Jika supervisi dilaksanakan oleh kepala sekolah, maka ia harus mampu melakukan berbagai pengawasan dan pengendalian untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru bahasa indonesia. Pengawasan dan pengendalian ini merupakan control agar kegiatan pendidikan di sekolah terarah pada tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Pengawasan dan pengendalian juga merupakan tindakan prefentif untuk mencegah agar tenaga kependidikan tidak melakukan penyimpangan dan lebih berhati-hati dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the strengthening character education in islamic education of learning planning, strengthening character education in the implementation of islamic education learning and strengthening character education in the evaluation of Islamic Education learning at State of Elementary School 1 Gedung Sari. This research used descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used non-participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion and verification. The results showed that the strengthening character education in Islamic Education learning planning at at State of Elementary School 1 Gedung Sari was integrated into the objectives, materials, methods, and learning activities designed in the syllabus and lesson plans containing religious, nationalist, independent, mutual cooperation, and values ??values. integrity. Second, strengthening character education in the implementation of elementary schoool learning at State of Elementary School 1 Gedung Sari is integrated into preliminary activities containing religious values. The core activities contain religious values, nationalism, independence, mutual cooperation, and integrity. And the closing activity contains integrity and religious values. Third, strengthening character education in the evaluation of islamic education learning at State of Elementary School 1 Gedung Sari was integrated into authentic assessments, namely the realm of attitude, knowledge, and skills, which contain religious, nationalist, independent, mutual cooperation, and integrity. Abstract

Al-Qur'an Education Parks (TPQ) are non-formal educational institutions that play a significant role in shaping children's character and morals from an early age. However, the majority of TPQs still focus primarily on reading and memorizing the Quran, while instilling the values ​​of religious moderation has not been optimally implemented. The main challenge is how to internalize an understanding of religious moderation among students so that they can grow into a tolerant, peace-loving, and respectful generation. This community service activity aims to contribute to creating social harmony by teaching religious moderation from a young age. TPQ Madrasatul Qur'an was chosen as the target Islamic elementary education institution for this activity, with an emphasis on strengthening the values ​​of tolerance, justice, and balance. This community service activity aims to disseminate an understanding of religious moderation within the TPQ through interactive methods, including storytelling, informal discussions, good moral habits, and simple social activities. The results of this activity indicate that the students experienced an increase in their understanding of moderation, cooperation, and the habit of respecting differences. The method applied in the community service program was Participatory Action Research (PAR). In this method, ustadzah (preachers), ustadzah (male and female), and children actively participated in guidance and educational activities appropriate to their context. Data collection was carried out through observation, recording, and direct participation that occurred during religious guidance and development at the TPQ Madrasatul Qur'an. The findings obtained illustrate that learning strategies that focus on the values ​​of religious moderation are able to strengthen children's religious understanding in a fair and non-discriminatory manner. This program also succeeded in increasing understanding and love for the nation and state, in addition to a critical response to radical teachings with the principle of anti-violence committed in the name of religion. It is hoped that the habituation of these values ​​from childhood can become a strong foundation for creating a harmonious, just society with a national perspective.
