Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) is a higher education program in Indonesia that aims to integrate science and community service. The program is mandatory for students to participate in social activities outside the campus. KKN began in the 1971/1972 academic year and was initially implemented by several well-known universities in Indonesia. The main concept of KKN is to allow students to experience the social, economic, and cultural problems of rural communities. The program has grown significantly and received government support to support development at the village level. KKN in Jelapat Village, South Barito Regency, Central Kalimantan, focused on the implementation of a zakat application to improve the performance of the Amil Zakat Agency in the region. The application improves the efficiency, transparency, and effectiveness of zakat management. Zakat application training helps mosque/musholla administrators to master technology in zakat management, reduce errors in data management, and report results accurately. Transparency in the management of zakat funds is also improved, strengthening public trust in the Amil Zakat Agency. The agency becomes more efficient in managing zakat recipient data and reporting the results of zakat collection, allowing it to focus on social programs. In addition to efficiency and transparency benefits, the zakat application training also strengthens the role of mosques/musholla in zakat collection and management. Mosques/mushollas, as centers of social and religious activities, play a strategic role in collecting zakat. In general, the training has a positive impact on zakat management and increases the social and economic benefits of zakat in the local community. The results showed a significant improvement in the efficiency and transparency of zakat management and strengthened the role of mosques/musholla in this process. Although challenges remain, the zakat application training is an important step in increasing the benefits of zakat in the local community.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Describe the application of the Collaborative Learning Model in the subject of Fine Arts for grade IV at MIS Darussa'adah Palangka Raya, (2) To determine the learning motivation of students before and after the use of the Collaborative Learning Model on the learning motivation of students in the subject of Fine Arts for grade IV at MIS Darussa'adah Palangka Raya, (3) To determine the effect of the use of the Collaborative Learning Model on the learning motivation of students in the subject of Fine Arts for grade IV students at MIS Darussa'adah Palangka Raya. The sample of this study was all grade IV students at MIS Darussa'adah Palangka Raya, totaling 19 students. This study used observation and questionnaires as data collection instruments. (1) Based on data analysis, it was found that the application of the collaborative learning model obtained an average value of 95.73 which is categorized as Very Good, (2) Students' motivation to learn fine arts before treatment obtained 63.75 which is categorized as Sufficient, while students' motivation to learn fine arts after treatment was 82.04 which is categorized as Very Good, (3) The effect of using the collaborative learning model on students' motivation to learn in the Fine Arts subject for students in class IV at Mis Darussa'adah Palangka Raya obtained a significant value of less than 0.05, namely 0.000, so the hypothesis in this study is accepted.

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of a Task-Based Language Assessment (TBLA) method integrated with students' prior knowledge and the local wisdom of Piil Pesenggiri in Indonesian language learning. The research employed the ADDIE model combined with lesson study, involving fifth-grade elementary students as subjects. Results demonstrated significant improvements in: (1) average learning outcomes (77.25, categorized as "good"), (2) critical thinking skills (25% increase), and (3) discussion participation (30% increase). TBLA transcript analysis revealed that incorporating nemui nyimah (hospitality) and sakai sambayan (mutual cooperation) values created contextual and inclusive learning. The STAD model effectively enhanced student collaboration, with 85% of groups showing productive interactions. These findings confirm that culturally-grounded TBLA approaches not only improve language competence but also strengthen cultural identity. The study recommends using authentic tasks based on local wisdom, transcript analysis for teacher reflection, and adaptive performance-based assessment. Practical implications include designing Indonesian language instruction that aligns with students' socio-cultural contexts.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) adalah sebuah program pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia yang bertujuan untuk mengintegrasikan ilmu pengetahuan dan pengabdian masyarakat. Program ini wajib bagi mahasiswa untuk berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan sosial di luar kampus. Konsep utama KKN adalah memungkinkan mahasiswa mengalami permasalahan sosial, ekonomi, dan budaya masyarakat pedesaan. Program ini telah berkembang signifikan dan mendapatkan dukungan pemerintah untuk mendukung pembangunan di tingkat desa. KKN di Kelurahan Jelapat, Kabupaten Barito Selatan, Kalimantan Tengah, berfokus pada implementasi aplikasi zakat untuk meningkatkan kinerja Badan Amil Zakat di wilayah ini. Aplikasi tersebut meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan efektivitas pengelolaan zakat. Pelatihan aplikasi zakat membantu pengurus masjid/musholla untuk menguasai teknologi dalam pengelolaan zakat, mengurangi kesalahan dalam pengelolaan data, dan melaporkan hasil dengan akurat. Transparansi dalam pengelolaan dana zakat juga meningkat, memperkuat kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap Badan Amil Zakat. Badan ini menjadi lebih efisien dalam mengelola data penerima zakat dan pelaporan hasil pengumpulan zakat, memungkinkan fokus pada program-program sosial. Selain manfaat efisiensi dan transparansi, pelatihan aplikasi zakat juga memperkuat peran masjid/musholla dalam pengumpulan dan pengelolaan zakat. Masjid/musholla, sebagai pusat aktivitas sosial dan keagamaan, berperan strategis dalam menghimpun zakat. Dalam garis besarnya, pelatihan ini berdampak positif terhadap pengelolaan zakat dan meningkatkan manfaat sosial dan ekonomi zakat dalam masyarakat setempat. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam efisiensi dan transparansi pengelolaan zakat serta memperkuat peran masjid/musholla dalam proses ini. Meskipun tantangan masih ada, pelatihan aplikasi zakat merupakan langkah penting dalam meningkatkan manfaat zakat dalam masyarakat setempat.
