Abstract

The purpose of the study is to describe teaching learning process of the Islamic Education subject in all state senior high schools inPalangkaRayaCity. There is the primary problem in this study, how are the implementation of teaching learning process of the Islamic Education subject in all state senior high schools inPalangkaRayaCity?The subjects of the study were the Islamic education teachers that amounted 11 people. The instrument of data collection were used observation and documentation. Data analysis of this study used quantitative descriptive by  asissted SPSS program version 12.0 and microsof excel.The findings showed that: (1) Teaching learning process of the Islamic Education subject at SMAN 2 Pahandut was good category. It was based on the result of observation got score of 73,53. It was in 50-75 interval mark. (2) Teaching learning process of Islamic education subject at SMAN 2 Pahandut was good category. This was based on getting of teaching score that was done by teacher. It scored of 69,07. (3) Teaching learning process of the Islamic Education subject at SMAN 2 Jekan Raya was very good category. It was based on getting score of 76,47. (4) Teaching learning process of the Islamic Education subject at SMAN 3 Jekan Raya was very good category. It could be seen from getting score of 77,94. It was in 75-100 interval mark.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengetahuan dan kemampuan guru dalam mengevaluasi hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) se Kota Palangka Raya.Subjek penelitian adalah guru-guru PAI di MTs se Kota Palangkaraya yang berjumlah 46 orang yang tersebar di 11 MTs. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah tes, angket, dan dokumen. Validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen tes dianalisis dengan bantuan Iteman MicroCat, sedangkan angket dianalisis melalui komputer program SPSS. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis kuantitatif dilakukan dengan bantuan komputer program SPSS  for Windows  versi 12.0.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pengetahuan guru PAI tentang tes, pengukuran, dan evaluasi termasuk kategori sedang; (2) pengetahuan guru PAI tentang perencanaan tes termasuk kategori tinggi; (3) pengetahuan guru PAI tentang penulisan soal termasuk kategori sedang; (4) pengetahuan guru PAI tentang analisis butir soal termasuk kategori sedang; (5) pengetahuan guru PAI tentang penyekoran termasuk kategori sedang; dan (6) pengetahuan guru tentang pelaporan dan pemanfaatan hasil tes termasuk kategori sedang. Kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan evaluasi hasil belajar menunjukkan bahwa:  (1) kemampuan guru PAI dalam membuat kisi-kisi soal belum terungkap; (2)  penulisan soal yang dilakukan guru PAI termasuk kategori tinggi; (3) pelaksanaan tes yang dilakukan guru PAI termasuk kategori tinggi; (4) tingkat kesukaran soal yang dibuat guru PAI termasuk kategori sedang; (5) kemampuan guru PAI dalam melakukan analisis butir soal belum terungkap; (6) pemeriksaan dan penyekoran hasil tes yang dilakukan guru PAI termasuk kategori tinggi; dan (7) pemanfaatan hasil evaluasi oleh guru PAI termasuk kategori sedang.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to analyze and describe the difficulty level, the item discrimination, the validity, and the reliability of the test items in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah City Cluster II on subjects of Quran Hadith, Morals Aqeedah, Fiqh, Arabic, and SKI in Academic Year of 2010/2011 in Palangka Raya.This study used descriptive quantitative approach. The technique that was used for data collection was documentation technique in the form of exam questions and students’ answer sheets. Meanwhile the technique for data analysis used statistical analysis that consisted of formulas of difficulty level item, item discrimination, validity, and reliability of the test items.The results of the study showed that: (1) the difficulty level on Quran Hadith test items was eligible which there were 6 items found, Morals Aqeedah test items had no difficulty level that met the criteria of good items, as for Fiqh test items, there were 6 items that included criteria for difficulty level of good items, and the last were Arabic test items that had 17 good items which met the criteria. (2) The item discrimination that met the criteria for Quran Hadith were 11 items, Morals Aqeedah were 3 items, Fiqh were not found, Arabic and SKI were only 1 item found. (3) From 50 test items, most of the items on the 5 subjects met the criteria of validity as Quran Hadith had 47 valid items, Morals Aqeedah had 29, Fiqh had 46, Arabic had 47, and SKI had 45. (4) Correlation index for reliability showed that Quran Hadith, Fiqh, Arabic, and SKI included in reliable category, whereas only Morals Aqeedah did not

Abstract

The study was inspired by the Directorate General Decree of Islamic Education, Ministry of Religion of Indonesia Number 1443 of 2023 about the school implementers of the ‘Merdeka’ Curriculum for the 2023/2024 academic year, one of which is Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Kapuas appointed as the curriculum implementer. It is, therefore, an evaluation is needed to be carried out. The study was aimed at (1) describing the suitability of planning with the process standard; (2) describing the suitability of implementation with the process standard; and (3) describing the suitability of assessment with the assessment standard. The study employed a qualitative method using evaluation research. The gap model was employed in the study. Interviews, observation, and documentation were used to collect data. The analysis revealed that (1) the planning carried out at MAN Kapuas Regency is suitable with the standard process That is, the planning covered learning objectives, steps for learning activities, and assessments, (2) the implementation of learning at MAN Kapuas Regency has been carried out based on the process standard. It was carried out in an interactive, inspiring, fun, challenging atmosphere, motivating students to participate actively, and has also implemented individual learning; (3) the assessments at MAN Kapuas are based on assessment standards. It was at the beginning, during, and after the learning process. However, have not been able to carry out the assessment optimally in the P5 activity (Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile Project).

Abstract

This article investigates the continuous social history of Pengajian Langgar in South Kalimantan, initiated by Shaikh Muhammad Arsyad al-Banjary and his descendants until the present day. This research is important because Pengajian in South Kalimantan, until today, remains maintaining its tradition. This study used literature and interviews as methods. The paper finds that the spread of Islamic teachings from Mecca officially began in the mid-18th century. His pioneering was Shaikh Muhammad Arsyad Al-Banjary (1122-1227 H./1710 – 1812 M.). These are the scholars who developed the pengajian system in South Kalimantan. Pengajian is a system of teaching that disseminates the teachings of Islam in this area at the beginning of the residence of the scholars concerned. However, many are taking place in Langgar. Until 1920, in almost every langgar, Tuan Guru provided themselves to conduct Pengajian in this area.

Abstract

Learning outcomes are proof of the success of students in undergoing the learning process and are proof of success for teachers in educating their students. The compatibility between the learning style and the learning outcomes to be achieved will affect the learning outcomes. This study aims to examine the correlation of learning styles to student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education (PAI) subjects at Palangka Raya High School. This study involved 176 grade XI students consisting of 12 classes as a sample. Data was collected through a learning style questionnaire consisting of 30 statement items and a multiple-choice learning outcome test administered through Google Forms. The results of Spearman's correlation analysis demonstrated that the correlation coefficient between learning style and learning outcomes was 0.055 with a p-value of 0.466, which stated that there was no significant relationship between the two variables based on the analysis conducted. Thus, the student's learning style did not significantly affect the learning outcomes in PAI subjects. This study suggests looking at other more effective factors that influence learning outcomes, such as teaching methods and learning conditions, to be considered in further studies to obtain a more comprehensive picture of the factors that play a role in improving learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Describe the application of the Collaborative Learning Model in the subject of Fine Arts for grade IV at MIS Darussa'adah Palangka Raya, (2) To determine the learning motivation of students before and after the use of the Collaborative Learning Model on the learning motivation of students in the subject of Fine Arts for grade IV at MIS Darussa'adah Palangka Raya, (3) To determine the effect of the use of the Collaborative Learning Model on the learning motivation of students in the subject of Fine Arts for grade IV students at MIS Darussa'adah Palangka Raya. The sample of this study was all grade IV students at MIS Darussa'adah Palangka Raya, totaling 19 students. This study used observation and questionnaires as data collection instruments. (1) Based on data analysis, it was found that the application of the collaborative learning model obtained an average value of 95.73 which is categorized as Very Good, (2) Students' motivation to learn fine arts before treatment obtained 63.75 which is categorized as Sufficient, while students' motivation to learn fine arts after treatment was 82.04 which is categorized as Very Good, (3) The effect of using the collaborative learning model on students' motivation to learn in the Fine Arts subject for students in class IV at Mis Darussa'adah Palangka Raya obtained a significant value of less than 0.05, namely 0.000, so the hypothesis in this study is accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara intimate friendship dan self disclosure terhadap kepercayaan diri mahasiswa IAIN Palangkaraya angkatan tahun 2023. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini  menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Populasi pada penelitian ini seluruh mahasiswa Pendidikan agama islam Angkatan 2023. Teknik sampel yang digunakan penelitian menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh atau sensus dimana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel yakni 133 mahasiswa. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti melalui observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara intimate friendship dan self disclosure terhadap kepercayaan diri mahasiswa karena keduanya tidak saling mempengaruhi dalam upaya meningkatkan kepercayaan diri mahasiswa dari hasil uji hipotesis terdapat nilai signifikan 0,127 dengan kriteria niali sig > 0,05 hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa Ha ditolak dan H0 diterima. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh intimate friendship dan self disclosure terhadap kepercayaan diri mahasiswa Pendidikan agama islam Angkatan 2023 fakultas tarbiyah dan ilmu keguruan IAIN Palangka Raya.

Abstract

Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) learning in schools often faces challenges, especially in improving students' higher-order thinking skills. One of the factors that results in low learning outcomes in higher-order thinking skills is the use of learning models that do not involve students fully and actively. Therefore, an innovative and effective learning model is needed, one of which is the contextual teaching learning model using PhET media. This study was conducted to examine the application of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model using PhET media on energy materials in grade 4 elementary school, and the significant influence of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model using PhET media on Higher Order Thinking Skills in energy materials in grade 4 elementary school. he method used is a quasi-experimental qualitative design with a one-group pretest-posttest design. Data in the study were obtained through observation, tests and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study uses observation sheets to see the application of the contextual teaching learning model using PhET media, with a score of 87.5 in the satisfactory category. Descriptive statistical data were obtained; the average pretest score was 44.00. Then, after applying the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model using PhET media, it increased to 90.87. The normality test obtained a pre-test value of 0.057 ˃ 0.05, so the distribution of data in this pretest was distributed normally. As for the post-test, the results of higher-order thinking skills have a value of 0.541 ˃ 0.05 with normal distribution. The hypothesis test uses the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test with a Mean Rank of 8.00 and a Sum of Rank of 120.00 with a significance value of 0.000, which means that it is less than the significance level (α) of 0.05, so that H₀ is rejected. This means that there is a significant difference between pre-test and post-test scores. In conclusion, the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model using PhET media has an effect on Higher Order Thinking Skills in energy materials in grade 4 elementary school.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Gaya mengajar guru di MIS Nahdlatul ‘Ulama Palangka Raya,untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar siswa mata pelajaran IPAS di MIS Nahdlatul ‘Ulama Palangka Raya dan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya mengajar guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa mata pelajaran IPAS kelas V di MIS Nahdlatul ‘Ulama Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasi. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V di MIS Nahdlatul ‘Ulama Palangka Raya yang berjumlah 56 siswa. Pengumpulan data pata penelitian ini menggunakan lembar observasi gaya mengajar guru dan angket motivasi belajar siwa yang di isi oleh siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji regresi linear sederhana dan uji hipotesis. Sesuai dengan analisis deskriptif, maka Variabel gaya mengajar guru diperoleh nilai minimum sebesar 4 dan maksimum sebesar 7 dengan rata-rata nilai 4,91 termasuk kategori sangat kurang. Variabel motivasi belajar diperoleh nilai minimum 71 dan maksimum 100, dengan nilai rata-rata pada variabel ini sebesar 87,00 termasuk kategori sangat kurang. Berdasarkan perhitungan korelasi pearson diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,069, yang mana nilai tersebut menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang cukup lemah antara gaya mengajar guru (X) dengan motivasi belajar siswa (Y) pada mata pelajaran IPAS Kelas V di MIS Nahdlatul ‘Ulama Palangka Raya. Nilai signifikansi statistik (Sig) sebesar 0,615 menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh yang terdeteksi tidak signifikan secara statistik, karena nilai Sig. lebih besar dari 0,05.
