Abstract

Modul ajar digunakan sebagai alternatif perangkat ajar yang bertujuan supaya guru dan peserta didik mendapatkan pengalaman belajar yang lebih interaktif dan menarik. Penggunaan modul ajar menjadi referensi bagi guru dalam merencanakan dan menerapkan pembelajaran selain RPP, dan perkembangan ini cukup baik bagi pendidikan di Indonesia. Karena hal ini menandakan bahwa Indonesia terus melakukan reformasi pendidikan yang lebih luas, sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan praktik belajar mengajar yang lebih baik dan sesuai dengan cita-cita pendidikan bangsa. Namun perlunya memahami perspektif guru dalam menanggapi perbedaan antara RPP dan modul ajar untuk memastikan keberhasilan implementasi kurikulum. Jenis penelitian yaitu deskriptif kualitatif melalui survei. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 23 sekolah di Sumatera Selatan dan Lampung dengan sampel sebanyak 35 orang guru. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tertutup (kuesioner) dan wawancara. Sebanyak 78% guru setuju dengan adanya Modul Ajar sebagai alternatif perangkat ajar pada Kurikulum Merdeka, namun hasil wawancara menunjukkan guru merasa kesulitan dalam penyusunan dan pengimplementasian Modul Ajar. Guru kesulitan beradaptasi dengan perbedaan komponen antara RPP dengan Modul Ajar. Persepsi guru terhadap penggunaan modul ajar dinilai baik.

Abstract

The study investigates the relationship between reading literacy, numeracy, and science learning outcomes among ninth-grade students at Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Mutiara Sunnah Palembang. It aims to address persistent challenges in literacy and numeracy within Islamic boarding schools, emphasizing their impact on academic performance. Employing a quantitative approach with a correlational method, data were collected from 28 students using literacy and numeracy tests alongside science scores from national assessments. Results reveal a strong positive correlation between reading literacy and science outcomes (r = 0.701, p < 0.01), underscoring the critical role of reading skills in comprehending scientific concepts. Numeracy showed a weaker, non-significant relationship (r = 0.336, p = 0.080) with science outcomes but was strongly correlated with literacy (r = 0.601, p < 0.05). These findings highlight the interconnectedness of literacy and numeracy as foundational competencies for science education. The study recommends integrative educational strategies that combine traditional methods with modern technologies to enhance these skills, ultimately improving students' academic success and preparedness for 21st-century challenges.

Abstract

The utilization of wetland vegetation as ethnobotany by the people of Burai Village reflects the strong relationship between local communities and their surrounding environment. This research aims to identify wetland plants used by the community and document their ethnobotanical values. The identification results will serve as a reference for the development of science learning resources and support the creation of contextual teaching materials for junior high school students in Burai Village The study applied a descriptive qualitative method with field surveys, observations, and in-depth interviews with traditional leaders and local residents. Data were analyzed through identification of species, uses, and cultural significance. The results identified 16 species of wetland plants utilized for food, traditional medicine, handicrafts, construction materials, and cultural ceremonies. Species such as Hymenachine amplexicaulis, Melaleuca leucadendron, Nelumbo nucifera, Eleocharis dulci, and Nypa fruticans are essential in daily life. The findings indicate that wetland vegetation plays a crucial role in supporting local livelihoods, preserving traditional knowledge, and maintaining cultural identity. This study emphasizes the importance of integrating local wisdom into sustainable wetland management to ensure ecological and cultural preservation in Burai Village

Abstract

Contextual and environment-based science learning remains a challenge, especially in enhancing students' science process skills (SPS). At MTs Nurul Ula Desa Burai, the lack of learning materials based on environmental exploration and the minimal use of active learning models pose obstacles. However, the swamp ecosystem in Desa Burai is rich in biodiversity and can be utilized as a learning resource. This study aims to develop a guided inquiry-based LKPD incorporating swamp vegetation biodiversity to improve SPS. Using the R&D method with the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate), the study involved seventh-grade students at MTs Nurul Ula Desa Burai. The results show that the LKPD is highly valid (94.74%), practical for students (75%) and teachers (95%), and effective in enhancing SPS based on observation, pretest and posttest results. In conclusion, this LKPD is valid, practical, and effective while also promoting and preserving the local wisdom of Desa Burai.

Abstract

Kelelahan kerja menunjukan keadaan seseorang yang melibatkan mental dan fisik sehingga memiliki perbedaan, hingga menurunnya produktivitas dalam melakukan pekerjaan. Kelelahan kerja juga bisa diartikan sebagai kejadian dimana seseorang menderita kelelahan fisik, mental serta emosional yang terjadi, dikarenakan stress yang sedang terjadi pada individu adalah dalam jangka waktu yang lama. Sedangkan stres kerja adalah keadaan terhadap kondisi tubuh terhadap tekanan serta tuntutan pekerjaan diluar batas kemampuan seorang pekerja memiliki, maupun faktor fisik dan lingkungan sehingga dapat mengganggu aktivitas kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara stres kerja dengan kelelahan kerja pada pekerja di Inkubator Bisni dan Teknologi (IBT), Universitas Teuku Umar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu berjumlah 30 pekerja. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian stres kerja dengan kelelahan kerja yang dilakukan dengan uji Chi Square Test mendapatkan nilai Pvalue  sebesar 0,03, sehingga nilai Pvalue < 0,05. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian ini terdapat hubungan kelelahan kerja dengan stres kerja pada pekerja di Inkubator Bisnis dan Teknologi, Universitas Teuku Umar.Kata Kunci: kelelahan kerja, stres kerja, pekerja IBTWork fatigue shows a person's condition that involves mental and physical so that they have differences, resulting in decreased productivity in doing work. Work fatigue can also be interpreted as an event where a person suffers from physical, mental and emotional fatigue that occurs, because the stress that is happening to the individual is in the long term. While work stress is a condition of the body's condition against pressure and work demands beyond the limits of a worker's ability to have, as well as physical and environmental factors that can interfere with work activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between job stress and job burnout among workers at the Business and Technology Incubator (IBT), Teuku Umar University. This research uses quantitative research methods with approach cross sectional. Respondents in this study amounted to 30 workers. Based on the results of work stress research with work fatigue which was carried out with the Chi Square Test, the Pvalue  was 0.03, so the Pvalue <0.05. Based on the results of this study, there is a relationship between work fatigue and work stress on workers at the Business and Technology Incubator, Teuku Umar University.keywords: job burnout, job stress, IBT workers
