Abstract

Kecelakaan tunggal pada kendaraan bermotor, baik sepeda motor maupun mobil, merupakan fenomena yang sering terjadi di jalan raya. Kecelakaan tunggal adalah kecelakaan yang hanya melibatkan satu kendaraan tanpa melibatkan kendaraan lain atau pengguna jalan lainnya. Meskipun hanya melibatkan satu pihak, kasus ini menimbulkan masalah hukum terkait dengan perlindungan terhadap pengguna jalan, baik dari segi keselamatan, hak-hak hukum, maupun tanggung jawab negara atas infrastruktur yang memadai. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji aspek perlindungan hukum bagi pengendara dalam kecelakaan tunggal, terutama terkait tanggung jawab penyediaan jalan yang aman, tanggung jawab pengendara, serta hak-hak korban kecelakaan. Melalui pendekatan normatif yuridis, artikel ini mengeksplorasi peran hukum dalam memastikan adanya perlindungan bagi pengguna jalan dari segi tanggung jawab pemerintah, hukum perdata, dan potensi klaim asuransi.

Abstract

Dalam perkara pidana pembunuhan, anak sering kali menjadi bagian dari sistem peradilan, baik sebagai korban maupun pelaku. Konteks ini memerlukan perhatian khusus dari aparat penegak hukum dan undang-undang untuk memastikan hak-hak anak terlindungi sesuai dengan prinsip kepentingan terbaik bagi anak. Perlindungan anak di Indonesia diatur melalui beberapa instrumen hukum, termasuk Undang-Undang Perlindungan Anak dan Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak. ini membahas implementasi hukum perlindungan anak dalam konteks pidana pembunuhan, baik dari sisi pelaku maupun korban, serta tantangan dan solusi dalam praktiknya

Abstract

This study aims to determine how effective it is in providing education on the Utilization of Turmeric in Efforts to Increase Immunity During the Covid-19 Period in RW 01 Pejaten Timur, South Jakarta. Immunity is a body's immunity where if there is a decrease it will have an impact on the ease of disease entering the body, and vice versa if it increases it will not be easy for disease to enter the body. Turmeric is one type of herbal plant that is abundant in Indonesia that contains curcumin which works to increase the body's resistance or immunity, meaning that the body's defense system to fight bacteria or viruses is increased. The purpose of this study is as an education that can increase knowledge about the Utilization of Turmeric in Efforts to Increase Immunity During the Covid-19 Period. Cross Sectional research design with a quasi-experimental pretest-posttest design with one type of treatment. The results of this study show a p-value = 0.000 which is smaller than the value of α = 0.05, which means that there is an effect of providing education that can increase knowledge about the Utilization of Turmeric in Efforts to Increase Immunity During the Covid-19 Period in the Community. The conclusion is that education provided to the community increases knowledge of the Utilization of Turmeric in Efforts to Increase Immunity During Covid-19 before and after education is carried out.

Abstract

Education is one of the pillars of managing diabetes mellitus, one of which is type 2 diabetes mellitus which is experienced by many diabetics. This study aims to determine the effect of type 2 diabetes mellitus education on the knowledge of M.T Hubbi Arrassuul's mother at RW. 01 Pejaten Timur Jakarta. This research method is a quasy experiment with one group pre-post design. The results of the study showed that knowledge increased after educational interventions with a p value of 0.000. The conclusion of this study is that education can help prevent type 2 diabetes mellitus by increasing knowledge about diabetes mellitus.

Abstract

Kekerasan terhadap perempuan merupakan bentuk kriminalitas yang erat kaitannya dengan ketimpangan gender dalam struktur sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk, faktor penyebab, serta relasi kekuasaan gender yang memengaruhi kekerasan terhadap perempuan di Kota Depok, sekaligus mengevaluasi respons aparat hukum dan masyarakat terhadap kasus-kasus tersebut. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan korban, aktivis, aparat penegak hukum, serta dokumentasi laporan institusional dan media. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk kekerasan yang dominan meliputi kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT), pelecehan seksual di ruang publik, dan kekerasan berbasis digital. Ketimpangan gender yang berakar pada nilai-nilai patriarki memperkuat kerentanan perempuan terhadap kekerasan dan menghambat pelaporan. Meskipun telah ada regulasi seperti UU TPKS dan UU PKDRT, pelaksanaan hukum masih menghadapi kendala struktural dan kultural, termasuk reviktimisasi korban dan kurangnya perspektif gender pada aparat penegak hukum. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pendekatan multi-level melalui reformasi hukum, edukasi publik, serta sinergi antara pemerintah, penegak hukum, LSM, dan komunitas dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang adil dan aman bagi perempuan

Abstract

Breast milk is a crucial issue in the public domain and is of concern to many countries in achieving the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) in the health sector. The government needs to support breastfeeding, one of which is by providing lactation rooms in public places, including office environments. This research aims to analyze the authority of local governments in providing lactation rooms in office environments based on Government Regulation Number 33 of 2012 concerning breastfeeding. The research method uses a normative legal approach based on Authority Theory, Rule of Law Theory and Welfare State Theory. Field findings concluded that the regional government's authority to provide lactation rooms in office environments is based on Government Regulation Number 33 of 2012 concerning breastfeeding related to basic services as regulated in Article 11 paragraph (2) of Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government. Regional governments are expected to make regional regulations that specifically serve as a legal umbrella for providing lactation rooms because in general the government is responsible for establishing policies in the form of creating norms, standards, procedures and criteria to fulfill the provision of lactation rooms, especially in office environments

Abstract

This research identifies problems regarding what customary protection is available for children who are the target of acts of moral injustice, what obstacles exist in providing customary protection for children who are the target of acts of moral injustice, and what efforts can be made to overcome these obstacles. -those obstacles. This research aims to discover what obstacles exist in providing customary protection for children through a victimology approach, who the targets of acts of moral injustice are, and what efforts can be made to overcome these obstacles. The results of the research show that through a victimology approach, economic factors, the environment, and lack of parental supervision are the most critical factors in the occurrence of appropriate criminal behavior toward children. Traditional attention to the target objects of injustice in the tyrannical justice system has not received optimal attention, and there needs to be more public awareness of practical ways to anticipate injustice and socialize in society. Women are advised not to go out alone at night, dress neatly, and be careful not to be tempted by men

Abstract

ABSTRACT Coronary heart disease (CHD) is a disease caused by plaque buildup in the coronary arteries which supplies oxygen to the heart muscle. The aim of the research is to find out that education can increase knowledge about coronary heart disease in preventive efforts Cross Sectional research design with a quasi experimental pretest-posttest design with one type of treatment. The results: of this study show that p-value = 0.000 is smaller than α = 0.05, which means that there is an influence from providing education to increase people's knowledge about coronary heart disease In conclusion:  the education provided to the public increases knowledge of coronary heart disease before and after the education is carried out. Keywords: Coronary Heart Disease/CHD, Society, Education  ABSTRAK Penyakit jantung koroner (PJK) adalah penyakit yang disebabkan menumpuknya plak didalam arteri koroner yang memasok oksigen ke otot jantung Tujuan Penelitian untuk diketahui edukasi dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan  tentang penyakit jantung koroner  dalam upaya prefentif. Desain penelitian Cross Sectional dengan desain quasi experiment pretest-posttest design dengan satu macam perlakuan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan p-value = 0,000 lebih kecil dari nilai α = 0,05 yang artinya Ada pengaruh dari pemberian edukasi dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan  tentang penyakit jantung koroner masyarakat. Kesimpulan, edukasi yang diberikan kepada Masyarakat meningkatkan pengetahuan  penyakit jantung koroner sebelum dan sesudah dilakukannya edukasi. Kata Kunci: Penyakit Jantung Koroner/PJK, Masyarakat, Edukasi
