Abstract

Suami sebagai sosok yang dapat diandalkan dalam keluarga memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap segala bentuk keberhasilan aktivitas anggota keluarga. Peran suami yang aktif dan positif mendukung ibu dalam memberikan ASI eksklusif dapat meningkatkan kesuksesan pemberian ASI eksklusif. Petugas kesehatan memerlukan intervensi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan peran suami ini. Studi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran intervensi untuk meningkatkan peran suami dalam mengsukseskan pemberian ASI eksklusif. Pencarian literatur dalam studi ini mengggunakan pencarian electronic data base yaitu Science Direct, EBSCO (MEDLINE & CINAHL) dan Springer . Artikel yang digunakan dalam studi ini diterbitkan dari 2010 sampai 2019, dalam bahasa inggris, full text dan adanya kesesuaian dengan topik. 10 artikel yang dinilai berkorelasi dengan studi diekstraksi dan dianalisis. Strategi berupa pemberian kelas antenal suami-ibu, konseling individu maupun kelompok, dan peer support dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran suami tentang pentingnya menyusui eksklusif. Intervensi tersebut secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan peran aktif suami dalam mengsukseskan pemberian ASI eksklusif. Intervensi edukasi kesehatan dan konseling tentang menyusui maupun kunjungan rumah dapat meningkatkan peran suami yang dalam mengsukseskan pemberian ASI eksklusif.

Abstract

Lanjut usia merupakan masa pertumbuhan manusia yang rentan terhadap berbagai masalah kesehatan seperti hipertensi. Hipertensi juga menjadi penyakit tidak menular (PTM) yang paling tinggi angka kejadiannya dibandingkan PTM lainnya yaitu sebesar 76,5% di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Hipertensi yang tidak terkontrol dapat menyebabkan masalah kesehatan lebih serius. Penatalaksanaan hipertensi mengharuskan lansia memiminum obat secara rutin. Kepatuhan lansia menjadi kunci keberhasilan dalam mengendalikan tekanan darah. Keterlibatan keluarga dalam pengobatan tentu membawa dampak positif dalam keberhasilan terapi pengobatan. Tujuan: untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan kepatuhan minum obat pada lansia hipertensi di   Kabupaten Pati. Metode Penelitian: Jenis penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi yaitu seluruh lansia hipertensi di Kabupaten Pati dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 44 lansia dengan tekhnik purposive sampling sesuai kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Hasil: Lansia yang mendapatkan dukungan keluarga kategori baik cenderung lebih patuh minum obat. Hasil uji statistik menggunakan uji Chi Square didapatkan p value 0,002 (<0,05). Simpulan: Terdapat  hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan kepatuhan minum obat pada lansia hipertensi di Wilayah Kabupaten Pati.

Abstract

This study analyzes the relationship between body mass index and physical activity with hypertension in the Kemayoran Health Center work area. The method used is a cross-sectional design. The study results showed a p-value of 0.020 on the BMI variable and 0.045 on the physical activity variable. In conclusion, a significant relationship exists between body mass index (BMI) and hypertension and between physical activity and hypertension in the Kemayoran Health Center work area. Abstract

Osteoarthritis is the most common inflammatory joint disease. Based on the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2017, it is estimated that OA sufferers in the world reached 9.6% in men and 18% in women. (Budiman & Widjaja, 2020). Objective: To obtain an overview of nursing care for Mr. M with post-operative Total Knee Replacement (TKR) to overcome pain by implementing classical music therapy. The method used during the study was descriptive in the form of a case study that studied a nursing care problem in patients with osteoarthritis on the 5th Floor of the Eri Soedewo Pavilion, Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital. The results of the case study conducted for 3 days showed that the provision of Al-Qur'an murrottal therapy was quite significant in reducing pain in post-operative patients. The conclusion obtained was that after the results of the case study, it could be concluded that the provision of post-operative murrottal therapy for Total Knee Replacement had an effect on reducing pain in osteoarthritis patients.

Abstract

Education is one of the pillars of managing diabetes mellitus, one of which is type 2 diabetes mellitus which is experienced by many diabetics. This study aims to determine the effect of type 2 diabetes mellitus education on the knowledge of M.T Hubbi Arrassuul's mother at RW. 01 Pejaten Timur Jakarta. This research method is a quasy experiment with one group pre-post design. The results of the study showed that knowledge increased after educational interventions with a p value of 0.000. The conclusion of this study is that education can help prevent type 2 diabetes mellitus by increasing knowledge about diabetes mellitus.

Abstract

Joint pain and stiffness is one of the complaints of joint disorders that are generally experienced by the elderly (elderly). If left unchecked over time, it will result in disability and functional impairment in daily activities. Therapy to reduce complaints can be in the form of giving pain medication and without giving drugs with joint motion exercises. Isotonic movements can help reduce joint pain and stiffness. The role of cadres in supporting the prevention of joint disorders is important. This activity is called isotonic movement training to reduce joint pain and stiffness in the elderly. The target of the training was 21 elderly posyandu cadres. The methods used in providing training are lectures, practices and discussions. The purpose of the training is to increase cadres' knowledge of isotonic exercises and improve cadres' basic skills about isotonic exercises. After the training, the knowledge and skills of cadres increased. Isotonic movement exercises can help reduce joint pain and stiffness in the elderly.

Abstract

Age isa period of human growth that is prone to various health problems such as hypertension. Hypertension is also the highest incidence of non-communicable diseases (NCDs) compared to other NCDs, which is 76.5% in Central Java Province. Uncontrolled hypertension can lead to more serious health problems. Management of hypertension requires the elderly to take medication regularly. Elderly compliance is the key to success in controlling blood pressure. Family involvement in treatment certainly has a positive impact on the success of treatment therapy. Objective: to determine the relationship between  family support and medication adherence in hypertensive elderly in Pati Regency. Research Method: A type of correlational descriptive quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The population  is all hypertensive elderly in Pati Regency  and the number of samples is 44 elderly according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results: Seniors who received good category family support tended to be more compliant with taking medication. The results of statistical tests using the Chi Square test  obtained a p value of 0.002 (<0.05). Conclusion: There is a relationship between family support and medication adherence in hypertensive elderly in Pati  Regency.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Hipertensi dapat dicegah dengan memonitor tekanan darah dan memodifikasi pola hidup dengan benar salahsatunya aktifitas fisik dan manajemen stress. Pola aktivitas fisik in aktif dan monoton serta manajemen stress penderita hipertensi perlu ditingkatkan untuk membantu sirkulasi darah berjalan dengan lancar dan resiko penyumbatan dapat dicegah. Pemberian modalitas dengan aktifitas aerobik dengan mengkombinasikan Teknik relaksasi dengan musik klasik dapat membantu mengelola gejala dan mengontrol tekanan darah. Tujuan kegiatan adalah memberikan Dukungan Bagi Penderita Hipertensi Melalui Pelatihan Progresive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) Dengan Musik Klasik di Puskesmas Kemayoran. Metode Program kegiatan yang dilakukan yaitu dengan memberikan pelayanan kesehatan pelatihan self care dengan aktifitas relaksasi otot ringan dengan kombinasi musik yang diperuntukkan bagi penderita hipertensi Posyandu terintegrasi. Hasil kegiatan didapatkan tahapan latihan mudah diingat untuk dilakukan dan ada dampak kenyamanan setelah menerapkan latihan. Kata Kunci: Hipertensi, Progresive Muscle Relaxation, Musik Klasik  ABSTRACT Hypertension can be prevented by monitoring blood pressure and properly modifying lifestyle patterns, including physical activity and stress management. The pattern of physical activity being inactive and monotonous, as well as stress management in hypertension patients, needs to be improved to help blood circulation run smoothly and prevent the risk of blockage. The provision of modalities with aerobic activities combined with relaxation techniques using classical music can help manage symptoms and control blood pressure. The objective of the activity is to provide support for hypertension patients through Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) training with classical music at the Kemayoran Community Health Center. The method of the program activities conducted is by providing health services through self-care training with light muscle relaxation activities combined with music, intended for integrated Posyandu hypertension patients. The results of the activity showed that the exercise stages were easy to remember and perform, and there was a sense of comfort after applying the exercises. Keywords: Hypertension, Progressive Muscle Relaxation, Classical Music
