Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode” penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebar kuisioner pada 50 responden yang merupakan karyawan pada 3(tiga) cabang restoran KQ5 Steak and Bowl yang ada di sidoarjo. “Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda yang menggunakan program SPSS (Statistical Program For Social Science) versi” 22 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan, variabel beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan, variabel stress kerja berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan . Hal itu menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja, beban kerja, dan stress kerja berpengaruh terhadap efektifitas kerja karyawan KQ5 steak and bowl PT Indonesia Berkah Mandiri. Dan variabel lingkungan kerja, beban kerja, stress kerja berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan KQ5 Steak and Bowl PT Indonesia Berkah Mandiri.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of service quality, price, and location on customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as the mediating variable, in the context of a barbershop during the COVID-19 pandemic. Using a quantitative approach, data from 100 respondents who visited Elcapitano barbershop in Sidoarjo were collected through purposive nonprobability sampling. The research employs path analysis via Smart PLS 3.0. The findings reveal that service quality significantly influences customer loyalty, while price has no significant effect on loyalty, and location also does not impact loyalty. Furthermore, service quality positively affects customer satisfaction, price affects customer satisfaction, and location influences customer satisfaction. Lastly, customer satisfaction is shown to have a significant influence on customer loyalty. Specifically, service quality influences customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, whereas price does not affect loyalty through satisfaction, and location affects loyalty through customer satisfaction. These findings offer valuable insights for barbershop owners and similar businesses in enhancing customer loyalty during challenging times, such as a pandemic. Highlights: Mediating Role of Customer Satisfaction: This study underscores the crucial role of customer satisfaction as a mediator in the relationship between service quality, price, location, and customer loyalty. It highlights how a satisfied customer base is essential for building loyalty. Impact of Service Quality: The research emphasizes the significant influence of service quality on customer loyalty, underscoring the importance of providing high-quality services to retain and attract loyal customers. Resilience in Challenging Times: This study's relevance extends to businesses facing challenges like the COVID-19 pandemic, as it provides insights into strategies for maintaining and strengthening customer loyalty even during such difficult periods. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, compensation and work environment on employee performance throught motivation as an intervening variable at UD. Jaya Usaha Snack. The method in this study using quantitative. Data collection was carried out using interview and questionnaires that had been distributed to all employess, totaling 50 employees who were used as research responden. The results of data processing using IBM SPSS using path analysis techniques.

Abstract

This research is a type of quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were all employees of CV Bintang Tex Indonesia as many as 85 employees. The sampling technique used the total sampling method (saturated sampling). The analytical tool used in this study is a path analysis technique with the help of software for an operating system called Smart-PLS (Partial Least Square) Version 3.0. The data used in this study are questionnaire data and data sourced from CV Bintang Tex Indonesia. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The results of this study prove that Hypothesis 1: Training and Compensation Variables have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, while Leadership Style has no significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Hypothesis 2: Leadership Style Variable has a significant effect on Work Motivation, while Compensation has no significant effect on Work Motivation. Hypothesis 3: The leadership style variable has a significant effect on job satisfaction through work motivation as an intervening variable, while job training has no significant effect on job satisfaction through work motivation as an intervening variable, and compensation has no effect on job satisfaction through work motivation as an intervening variable.
