Abstract

CV.Percetakan Anugerah Ilahi adalah badan usaha yang bergerak dibidang percetakan yang ingin mengembangkan sistemnya yang masih manual menjadi terkomputerisasi. Kendala yang dialami oleh perusahaan saat ini adalah proses penyediaan pendistribusian barang dan informasi bahan bekas arus barang tidak real time, baik antar departemen maupun antar perusahaan, perusahaan dengan supplier serta perusahaan dengan distributornya. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini dapat membantu perusahaan untuk mengelola informasi yang dibutuhkan secara real time, pengiriman barang yang tepat waktu serta mempererat hubungan antara perusahaan dengan manufaktur logistik, supplier, distribusi, produksi dan para konsumennya. Untuk merancang sistem informasi persediaan dan pendistribusian barang bekas pada percetakan Anugerah Ilahi. Fitur-fitur yang digunakan dalam sistem Green Supply Chain ini untuk mendukung proses bisnisnya meliputi : pendataan supplier, persediaan, manufaktur logistik, distribusi dan Produksi, Diharapkan dengan adanya strategi tersebut Percetakan Anugerah Ilahi dapat lebih memperkuat posisinya di dalam pangsa pasar.

Abstract

Palembang Jumputan Fabric SMEs are an interesting industry to analyze using the E-Business chain application value and performance measurement using the concept IT Balanced Scorecard that can help Palembang jumputan fabric SMEs entrepreneurs control performance and provide feedback in developing its operational performance. The technique of analyzing the data uses a quantitative descriptive approach, which describes a data in the form of numbers obtained from enumeration and counting.  To achieve competitive advantage, companies must pay more attention to three aspects, namely, Service, Quality and Price. The highest value added was received by the jumputan craftsmen, which was 19.43%, with a value of Rp. 35,737, the second added value is on the shop side, which is 7.19% with a large value of Rp. 17,211. The use of information technology at Griya Kain Tuan Kentang has not been able to contribute to the organization, support user orientation, support operational activities, and has not been able to compete in the future. The final result in measuring the performance of information technology users at Griya Kain Tuan Kentang is 60.63%.

Abstract

Destination Palembang has some cultural heritages, one of that is the jumputan fabric. One of the jumputan fabric production places in Palembang is the Griya Tuan Kentang Industry. However, in the process, the production of jumputan fabric still uses a manual process including scheduling the production process.  This study aims to analyze the management of jumputan production scheduling in the Griya Tuan Kentang Industry.  The population of this study was 20 craftsmen but the researcher only conducted interviews with 1 craftsman as the owner of Juanda jumputan.  This research was conducted using qualitative descriptive analysis methods. Data analysis techniques using descriptive qualitative are one type of research whose research result research is not obtained through statistical procedures or other quantification methods.  The results of this study were carried out by trying the number of orders based on sales history in April 2022Based on sales history in April 2022, there are 6 orders for 735 sheets with a size of 3 x 1.5 m with a total number of workers of 143 persons who have their respective duties and responsibilities per stage so that all orders can be completed within 87 days.

Abstract

Aset adalah sumber daya dengan nilai ekonomi yang dimiliki oleh individu, perusahaan, atau negara dengan harapan akan memberikan manfaat di masa yang akan datang. Jenis aset umum yaitu: Aset lancar, aset tidak lancar, aset fisik, aset tidak berwujud, aset operasi, dan aset tidak beroperasi. Mengklasifikasikan jenis-jenis aset dengan benar sangat penting untuk kelangsungan hidup sebuah perusahaan. Perusahaan adalah organisasi modern dan yang menjalankan aktivitas tertentu untuk mencapai sebuah tujuan. Selain mencari keuntungan, tujuan perusahaan adalah pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan dan meninggalkan kesan positif di mata masyarakat. Analisis dan perancangan sistem informasi pengelolaan aset merupakan solusi dari masalah yang dijelaskan oleh UML), menggunakan diagram BPMN untuk memodelkan proses bisnis yang berjalan di perusahaan, dan menggunakan use case diagram untuk memodelkan desain data. Sistem ini mampu mengelola permintaan, penerimaan, pendistribusian, data aset, serta pembuatan laporan aset dan laporan MPP.

Abstract

Fires are disasters that can occur suddenly and cause significant losses to both human lives and property. Conventional detection systems are generally limited to smoke or temperature alarms, making them less accurate and often slow in providing warnings. This study aims to design and implement an Internet of Things (IoT)-based fire detection system capable of providing real-time early fire warnings. The system employs an ESP32 microcontroller connected to a DHT22 sensor to measure temperature and humidity, an MQ-2 sensor for flammable gas detection, and a flame sensor for direct flame detection. Sensor data are transmitted to the Firebase Real-time Database and forwarded as automatic notifications via the Telegram application. Testing was conducted on 400 data samples covering both fire and non-fire conditions, with performance evaluation using Precision, Recall, Accuracy metrics, and End-to-End Delay measurement. The results show an accuracy of 91%, precision of 88.55%, recall of 93.19%, and an average notification delivery delay of 2.804 seconds. These findings indicate that the system can detect fires effectively and responsively on a small scale, with potential for further development through additional sensors and testing in more complex environments.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based information system for internship registration and report management at the Palembang City Communication and Informatics Office. Previous studies have developed internship information systems that generally focus on online registration, document submission, certificate generation, academic administration, and notification features. However, existing systems typically do not include secure account verification, structured daily logbook monitoring, or integrated role-based data management tailored for government institutions. These limitations create a gap that this study addresses by developing a more comprehensive and transparent internship management solution. A descriptive qualitative approach was used through interviews and observations, and a prototyping model guided the system development process. The system was built using Next.js, Express.js, MongoDB, JSON Web Token (JWT), Nodemailer, and Tailwind CSS, with features such as online registration, document upload, account verification, daily logbook submission, final report upload, and role-based access for admins and supervisors. Implementation results show improvements in administrative speed, communication, data accuracy, and transparency compared to manual processes. Overall, the system supports a more modern, efficient, and structured internship management process within government institutions.

Abstract

Pemerintah negara Indonesia melakukan percepatan pembangunan pemerintahan yang berbasis elektronik. Pada tahun 2018 Presiden Republik Indonesia mengeluarkan peraturan yang dituangkan ke dalam Perpres Nomor 95 Tahun 2018 tentang sistem pemerintahan berbasis elektronik. SPBE terdiri dari 4 domain utama yaitu domain kebijakan, tata kelola, manajemen dan layanan. Berdasarkan dari nilai bobot domain, domain layanan merupakan domain yang memiliki bobot nilai tertinggi yaitu 45,50%. Guna mendukung percepatan SPBE perlunya dilakukan penilaian tingkat kematangan domain layanan SPBE. Saat ini di kota Palembang belum melakukan penilaian secara sistematis terhadap nilai domain layanan SPBE maka dari itu perlu dilakukan penilaian secara sistematis menggunakan  framework SPBE berdasarkan Permenpan-RB Nomor 59 Tahun 2020. Domain layanan SPBE terbagi menjadi dua aspek yaitu aspek layanan administrasi pemerintahan berbasis elekronik yang terdiri dari 10 indikator penilaian dan layanan publik berbasis elektronik yang memiliki 6 indikator penilaian. Hasil penilaian 16 Indikator domain layanan tersebut menghasilkan nilai indeks aspek layanan administrasi pemerintahan sebesar 3,45 dan indeks aspek layanan publik sebesar 4,0. Berdasarkan hasil nilai indeks aspek tersebut dapat diketahui capaian nilai indeks domain layanan sistem pemerintahan berbasis elektronik pada pemerintah kota Palembang yaitu 3,67 dengan predikat Sangat Baik
