Abstract

Perawat memiliki begitu banyak kewajiban dan tanggung jawab yang berkaitan dengan perlindungan kehidupan manusia, perawat berisiko tinggi mengalami stres. Kebutuhan untuk terus memberikan perawatan terbaik kepada pasien membuat perawat berada di bawah tekanan pekerjaan yang meningkat, di antara masalah lainnya. Mencari tahu bagaimana stres kerja mempengaruhi kinerja perawat shift malam di RS PKU Muhammadiyah, Sukoharjo, adalah tujuan dari penelitian ini. Penelitian semacam ini menggunakan metodologi cross-sectional dan bersifat kuantitatif. Ada empat puluh lima responden dalam sampel, dan metode pengambilan sampel adalah complete sampling. Uji Kendall Tau digunakan sebagai uji analitis dalam investigasi ini. Koefisien korelasi untuk uji Kendall Tau adalah 0,238, dan nilai-p adalah 0,031 <0,05. Kesimpulan: Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja perawat shift malam di fasilitas rawat inap RS PKU Muhammadiyah, Sukoharjo berkorelasi dengan stres terkait pekerjaan mereka. Berdasarkan data yang terkumpul, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa sebagian besar perawat di Instalasi Rawat Inap RS PKU Muhammadiyah Sukoharjo mengalami stres kerja, dengan persentase yang cukup rendah yaitu 62,2%. Dengan tingkat kinerja keseluruhan sebesar 86,7% dalam kategori baik, perawat shift malam di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Sukoharjo memiliki kinerja yang baik. Di Instalasi Rawat Inap, terdapat korelasi antara kinerja perawat shift malam dengan stres kerja, dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,05. Saran dari penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi evaluasi pihak manajemen rumah sakit dengan memberikan kesempatan pengembangan profesional dan pelatihan lanjutan serta mengimplementasikan program mentorship dimana perawat senior dapat membimbing perawat junior.

Abstract

Organizational culture can influence the job satisfaction of hospital administration officers. Based on the preliminary survey, it was discovered that there were 3 hospital administration officers who stated that they were satisfied with their work because of the good organizational culture in the hospital. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction of hospital administration officers. This research uses analytical research and quantitative methods as well as a cross sectional study approach. The research population and sample were taken by total sampling, namely all hospital administration officers in the hospital, totaling 21 respondents. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Quantitative data analysis used the chi-square relationship test. The results of this research from 21 respondents based on the results of the Chi-Square test showed the significance of p between the independent variable, namely competence and the dependent variable performance, the result was 0.025 (p<0.05), so Ho was rejected and it was stated that there was a relationship. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction of hospital administration officers. Suggestions should provide knowledge of hospital organizational culture to increase job satisfaction for hospital administration officers

Abstract

This research examines the information content in government announcements regarding the implementation of Large-Scale Social Restrictions. Signaling theory assumes that published announcements are necessary signals or information for investors to make decisions regarding investment. The research methodology used is quantitative, using secondary data in the form of daily closing prices, stock trading volume, number of shares in circulation, and the IHSG index of clothing and luxury goods sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020. The duration of observation is 30 days, starting from before the announcement and continuing 30 days after the announcement. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test and paired sample t-test were used to test the hypothesis. The research results show no significant difference in the average actual return, average abnormal return, and average trading volume activity variables before and after implementing the Large-Scale Social Restrictions policy. These results show that the market did not react to the announcement of implementing the Large-Scale Social Restrictions policy because market players tended not to capture the information.

Abstract

Kemandirian Kesehatan Anak Stunting melalui Sistem Informasi Gizi Anak Stunting (SIGAnTing) adalah program hilirisasi produk reka cipta dari Universitas Duta Bangsa Surakarta bekerja sama dengan mitra Kecamatan Gatak, Sukoharjo, Jawa Tengah. Tujuan dari kegiaatan Kemandirian Kesehatan Anak Stunting melalui Sistem Informasi Gizi Anak Stunting (SIGAnTing) adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan masyarakat dan kader posyandu tentang stunting serta membantu dalam percepatan pemantauan anak stunting di Kecamatan Gatak. Sistem Informasi Gizi Anak Stunting ( SIGAnTing) merupakan inovasi sistem informasi pemantauan gizi anak stunting berbasis android yang dapat di unduh melalui gawai dari pengguna sistem. Sasaran pengguna sistem adalah masyarakat, kader Posyandu, Pemerintah Desa dan dinas terkait di Kecamatan Gatak. Tahapan utama dari kegiatan ini antara lain: (1) Persiapan, melakukan kerjasama bersama dengan kecamatan dengan diketahui kader dan puskesmas, Melakukan persiapan dengan melakukan diskusi bersama pemangku kepentingan dikecamatan Gatak. Pendataan anak stunting di Kecamatan Gatak, Sukoharjo, Jawa Tengah. (2) Custome Software, Menyesuaikan software sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna sistem disini terdapat pengguna utama dari Sistem Informasi Gizi Anak Stunting (SIGAnTing) adalah masyarakat di pemerintah daerah , desa dan unit terkait seperti posyandu dan Ahli Gizi.(3) Pelaksanaan kegiatan, Pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi FGD, sosialisasi, penerapan dan pendampingan software ke desa, kader dan masyarakat.(4) Evaluasi kegiatan dan laporan, Tahap evaluasi kegiatan dan laporan meliputi evaluasi kegiatan selama berlangsung termasuk monitoing dan evaluasi dari penerapan aplikasi SIGANTING GATAK. Setiap Kegiatan telah terlaksana dengan baik dan lancar. Camat, Kepala Desa, Puskesmas, Kader hingga masysarakat sekala kecil telah ikut dalam penerapan dan penggunaan dapat berkontribusi secara maksimal dalam kelancaran pelaksanaan program.
