Abstract

Peningkatan derajat KIA masih menjadi tujuan utama dalam rencana strategi Kementerian Kesehatan yang ingin dicapai pada tahun 2019 karena masih rendahnya derajat KIA di Indonesia yang ditandai dengan AKI yang masih tinggi, yakni 359 kasus/ 100.000 kelahiran hidup dan AKB yakni 32 kasus per 1000 kelahiran hidup. Data dari profil kesehatan Kabupaten Pekalongan menyebutkan AKI di Kabupaten Pekalongan sebanyak 244 kasus per 100.000 kelahiran hidup dan AKB di Kabupaten Pekalongan  sebesar 7,2 kasus per 1000 kelahiran hidup pada tahun 2014. Desa Api-api Kecamatan Wonokerto merupakan desa terdampak rob di Kabupaten Pekalongan. Kondisi ligkungan dan sosial yang ada menyebabkan Desa Api-api memiliki masalah kesehatan khususnya bidang KIA dengan ditemukannya kasus kematian bayi dan rendahnya keikutsertaan KB. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui masalah kesehatan ibu dan anak yang ada di Desa Api-api Kecamatan Wonokerto. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan penyajian data secara deskriptif.Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam kepada 150 responden yang terdiri dari PUS dan WUS dengan kisaran usia 18-35 tahun, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari data Puskesmas setempat. Hasil identifikasi menunjukkan adanya masalah KIA yang ditunjukkan dengan angka cakupan imunisasi yang rendah hanya 50% dan keikusertaan KB yang masih rendah serta tidak adanya aseptor KB yang menggunakan alat kontrasepsi jangka panjang. Saran yang bisa diberikan sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan KIA adalah melalui program KB dengan memberikan informasi tentang manfaat KB, penggunaan alat kontrasepsi jangka panjang dan menghidupkan kembali peran Bina Keluarga Balita (BKB), Bina Keluarga Remaja (BKR) dan Bina Keluarga Lansia (BKL). Kata kunci: identifikasi, KIA, KB

Abstract

Introduction: Kombucha tea is a health drink that can detoxify, antioxidant, energy source and boost the immune system. Kombucha has many variations in taste, including variations in adding fruit such as strawberries, apples, and peaches. Another variant of kombucha with added spices such as ginger and cinnamon. Pedada as a mangrove fruit that is widely available in coastal mangrove forests has potential as a food ingredient because it has very good nutritional content. The aims of this research is to tests of antibacterial effectiveness and antibiotic content from pedada variant of kombucha as a health drink. Methods: the research design is pure experimental research with a completely randomized design. Making kombucha variant pedada through two stages of fermentation. Results: Primary fermentation was carried out for 12 days to produce kombucha tea and secondary fermentation was carried out for 4 days with the addition of variations of pedada fruit juice with concentrations of 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%. The antioxidant test results showed that the kombucha variant pedada contains antioxidants in the presence of tannins, saponins and flavonoids in kombucha pedada variatiant. Conclusion: The Kombucha pedada variant also has antibacterial activity on E. coli and S. thypi bacteria. The antibacterial activity of E.coli showed higher results than chloramphenicol, while S. thypi showed lower effectiveness than chloramphenicol.

Abstract

Work accidents are incidents related to work and the company. Work accidents occur due to uncontrolled events caused by several factors. According to data from the International Labor Organization (ILO), almost every day people die due to work accidents and work-related diseases at a rate of 2,78 million every year. The preliminary study that has been carried out shows that work accidents occurred in the weaving production section of PT X. The research aims to identify hazards using the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) method. This research uses descriptive research using observational descriptive methods. The sampling technique in this research was purposive, with as many as 4 respondents. This research instrument uses an interview guide and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) table which is analyzed using univariate analysis. The results of this research show that several stages of work in the weaving section have dangers such as being pinched, hammered, cut, hit by a beam, falling or slipping, and electrical short circuits which cause minor injuries, cuts leg fractures, bruises, aches, headaches and fires, machine
