Abstract

Implementing orderly administration is important in running an organization, including student organizations. Lebak Student Family (KUMALA) Pandeglang Representative often experienced difficulties in organizing orderly administration ranging from correspondence, proposals, committee, and the highest form of the organization to the preparation of reports. The methods used in this activity are lectures, discussions, questions and answers, practice, and assignments. As for the results of this service, at the time of the pre-test there were 31.3% of participants had not received information and explanations related to orderly administration. Then after the post-test, 68.8% understood the meaning of orderly administration, 68.8% understood the purpose of implementing orderly administration, and 56.3% understood the impact of orderly administration on the progress of student organizations. This service has an impact on improving the implementation of orderly administration in the Lebak Student Family Organization (KUMALA) Pandeglang Representative

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan kebijakan manajemen bencana di negara-negara ASEAN Melalui analisis komparatif terhadap kerangka hukum, lembaga, dan praktik di lapangan, penelitian ini mengungkap keragaman pendekatan yang diterapkan oleh masing-masing negara dalam menghadapi risiko bencana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terdapat kesamaan dalam prinsip-prinsip dasar manajemen bencana, terdapat perbedaan signifikan dalam hal penekanan pada tahap mitigasi, kesiapsiagaan, dan respons darurat. Studi ini menyoroti pentingnya mempertimbangkan konteks lokal dan kapasitas institusional dalam merumuskan kebijakan yang efektif.

Abstract

Violence still often occurs both in the school environment and outside the school. Women have always been the victims of violence perpetrated by men because women are considered inferior beings. Jay Asher's novel Thirteen Reasons Why (2017) tells about thirteen reasons why Hannah Baker committed suicide, which were told in a recording. The researcher aimed to analyze the violence that Hannah Baker suffered in this study and the way she was affected by the violent acts using the theory of violence developed by Galtung (1990). The main data were obtained from Jay Asher's novel entitled Thirteen Reasons Why in the form of words, phrases, and sentences. After the data had been collected, the researcher started to classify them. The results revealed that Hannah experienced psychological, physical, and sexual violence. She was also treated very badly by people in her surroundings; one of whom even raped her. Thus, in the end she committed suicide because she could not bear the pressure in her life. The readers should comprehend the risks of teen stress and violence by examining the main topic and data, as experienced by Hannah Baker. For future studies, the researcher's suggestion was to use other viewpoints from the book and other theories of violence.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of brand image and brand ambassadors on purchasing interest among TikTok Shop app users, particularly among the 2021 cohort of students at Panca Sakti University in Bekasi. TikTok Shop, as a rapidly growing e-commerce platform, leverages the visual appeal and promotional power of brand ambassadors to build a strong brand perception among the younger generation. This study employs a quantitative approach with an associative causal research design. A questionnaire as a data collection method was sent by the researcher to Management students at Panca Sakti University Bekasi who had used the TikTok Shop app. The results of the study indicate that brand image has a positive influence on purchase intent. Brand ambassadors also influence purchase intent among TikTok Shop app users among Management students of the 2021 cohort at Panca Sakti University Bekasi. Brand image and brand ambassadors account for 24.5% of the influence on purchase intent among TikTok Shop app users among Management students of the 2021 cohort at Panca Sakti University in Bekasi, while the remaining 75.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
