Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai keterkaitan antara variabel bebas yaitu; lingkungan kerja (X1), pendelegasian wewenang (X2), dan bonus pegawai (X3) dengan variabel terikat yaitu kepuasan kerja pegawai (Y) BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Batam, baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun secara bersama-sama. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Batam yang berjumlah 35 orang. Dalam penelitian ini tidak diadakan klasifikasi perbedaan pegawai berdasarkan jenis atau status golongan, kedua jenis kepegawaian tersebut mempunyai perlakuan yang sama Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling (acak sederhana). Dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin diperoleh sampel sebanyak 32 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan lingkungan kerja (X1), pendelegasian wewenang (X2), dan bonus (X3) terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai (Y) yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 23,247. Nilai ini jauh lebih kecil dari pada nilai Fhitung pada taraf signifikansi alpha 0,05 yaitu 2,95, atau F = 23,247 < F0,05(3:28) = 2,95. Pola hubungan keempat variabel yang dinyatakan oleh persamaan regresi ganda = -6,812 + 0,469X1 + 0,547X2 + 0,278X3. Sebelumnya berdasarkan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, semua instrumen memenuhi syarat validitas dan reliabilitas. Jika dihitung per variabel, maka variabel yang paling banyak berpengaruh adalah variabel pendelegasian wewenang yaitu memiliki koefisien determinasi sebesar 52,8%. Hal ini berarti pendelegasian wewenang merupakan faktor yang paling mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja pegawai.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure the community satisfaction index and analyze the gap between service performance and community expectations. The 9 elements used based on the Regulation of the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2017 consist of requirements, systems, mechanisms & procedures, completion time, costs / tariffs, product specifications type of service, executive competence, executive behavior, handling complaints, suggestions & input and infrastructure. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach while the population of this study is two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicle taxpayers in the working area of UPTD PPD SAMSAT Tanjungpinang which amounted to 68,977 taxpayers and the number of samples of this study used sample calculations developed by Morgan and Krejcie with a sample of 382 respondents. Then the data analysis technique uses the Community Satisfaction Index, Importance & Performance Analysis and gap analysis (GAP). The result of this study is a Community Satisfaction Index of 87.55 with service quality B. Measurement of service elements using cartesian diagrams there is 1 indicator in quadrant I (top priority), 13 indicators in quadrant II (maintain achievement), there are 7 indicators in quadrant III (low priority) and no indicators are included in quadrant IV (excessive). Then based on the GAP analysis, there are 8 indicators that are still below the average GAP score.

Abstract

Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing provides Special Flats in universities, one of which is at STISIPOL Raja Haji. This research was conducted to determine the impact of the provision of STISIPOL Raja Haji Special Flats. There are six dimensions used in this study including, effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and accuracy. This type of research is evaluative with a quantitative approach. The data collection method is a questionnaire in the form of a questionnaire that is distributed directly to all residents. The population in this study was 31 people. Furthermore, the population as a whole becomes a study sample or saturated sampling (census). The result of the evaluation research on the provision of Special Flats at STISIPOL Raja Haji as a whole have been very good with a value of 86,00 or letter A. Meanwhile, for each dimension, effectiveness is 86.00 or letter A, efficiency is 83.60 or letter B, adequacy with a value of 89.00 or letter A, equitable distribution with a value of 86.20 or letter A, responsiveness with a value of 86.40 or letter A and accuracy of 86.40 or letter A. The first suggestion of this study to the Ministry of PUPR should continue construction of special flats with the same concept as at STISIPOL Raja Haji. Second, STISIPOL Raja Haji, who will then be the recipient of the grant, must be able to manage and utilize it. Third, residents of STISIPOL Raja Haji Special Flats must maintain the facilities that are already available.
